" So am I, I'd imagine the chaos if there were backed up sewers and everyones left shoes missing.... why the left shoe I have no idea." She was amused so amused.

And pleased to find the two still down here oooohing as Leo got out paper to put down his number and placing down the four bags down. "yes I am most glad yous got in touch with me too - now I can prevent that chaos and stop worrying with me.' she moves closer to Leo eagerly, sensing they didn't just hand out their numbers so freely or easily.

A grin at her friend. ' its not much in those bags and I'm afraid I could find little in the way of bras or undies but theres some to get by in." she assures. To Leo, " thank you for caring for Erica and Elena... and...um... my... um... the boys." she still wasn't quiet ready to truly declare herself their mother or them her sons...

Erica chuckled and nods, "noted..." amused by that thought of an eagerly chattering Don, he seemed so quiet around her.

Chuckling at Haley's words next and nodding " yeah what is with that... only the left shoe..." unawares she might not have wanted to burden the turtles further with things but Leo might still chat to his brother and eyeing the bags with the usual and expected curiosity.

And grateful for Haley's fore thought waving away her apology. " you did what you could it's great Haley, thank you." watching with a grin as Haley moved forward to accept the number from Leo not even hiding her eagerness. It was sweet.

Leo laughs at the alien induced chaos. Though he does fully expect that Haley is probably not kidding. Yet another of those 'joke... kinda' things that has been going on all night.

Not typically, no. But... he has a few reasons. They just got rid of Erica's phone, so there's no way to contact her anymore. And really, he doesn't want the whole Koala Demon destroying New York thing.  Then there is the whole biological mother of the children thing. Even if she can't say it yet. So yes. Phone number.

...and also, she promised him a sparring match.

"You're welcome." He responds simply.

He then turns to Erica. "Did you want to go through some of this here, or can it wait until we get back?"

She grins and whilst giving Erica a moment to answer Leo and eyeing the turtle man herself with more interest because she thoroughly meant to follow through her promise for a sparring match she opens her own phone to type the number in at once. 

" I promise to call Lilo tonight and explain to her whats going on, and my brother too as much as we don't want Stitch her doing what his original programing would demand whilst searching for you Erica we don't want my brother a fully trained martial artist and dragon shifter here looking for you either.  They will both keep their mouths shut and I will only tell them you have gone into hiding not where or how or with whom." 

that way she could keep chaos from descending on New York by keep her promise to Leo to not let any more know of them than need to.

Sending to the number Leo had given her, her own number.

Erica moved as Haley texts and catches her friend in a hug, a tight one, " No Leo it's okay I'll go through them back at your home, I know you have other things to attend to at home." squeezing Haley, Feeling her friend move to squeeze her back - arms and tail wrapping about her. " thanks for keeping the might hunters at bay - wish them well for me until I can get in touch with them myself. And for keeping the turtles to yourself." 

She was touched by the concern.

letting her friend go slowly, reluctantly but also knowing indeed Leo's attentions and presence was more than likely required in his home so she did initiate them going home. Give Haley time to absorb the bombshell dropped on her today.

turning to the bags preparing to lift two herself. they were not heavy all told, bulging and awkward sure but not heavy.

Oh Leo could feel himself being eyed, but allows it and doesn't respond to it. If she thinks he didn't notice, that's fine with him. When Erica says she can wait, he smiles. The wait is appreciated, though he knows she has to be itching to see what's in the bag.

He certainly doesn't want anyone tearing up the city... or finding his family, while desperately searching for Erica, so he's glad to hear that Haley will let their friends know that Erica is safe.

"Thank you, Haley. My family appreciates your discretion." He bows enough to convey that appreciation, but not so far it could be read as anything else.

When his phone bleeps he pulls it out and smiles. Then... tucks the phone back in his belt because he's liable to accidentally delete the number instead save it. He will have Don do it when he gets home.

Since the bags aren't heavy, he allows Erica to take the two, and Leo gathers up the remaining bags.

Well at least she sensed if she flirted with the Leo there would be nothing to come from it. Which suited Haley for the moment.

She was curious about the rest of his family but still not curious enough to overcome her shock and surprise and want to meet them on the fact it would mean meeting the little guys too. And that she was not ready for.

torn between heartily wishing she had stomped her eggs like most young dragonesses but also sort of excited and pleased she had not.

Squeezing Erica and the girls relished the contact and warmth of each other. then drew back. " alright be careful and stay low... I can help out in muggle matters if asked if it comes onto my turf but for most of it I have to keep out of it." she would watch them go before heading back upstairs.

Erica grins at Haley, she found herself staring at the turtles a bit too - well it wasn't like they were not interesting to look at!

And well she'd seen more about male turtles than she had anticipated in the morning pee time with the boys.

She had bags and grins, " will do Haley, don't go causing trouble just so you have to step in on muggle stuff okay?" half teasing cause she suspected Haley might.

then a tad seriously, " don't take too long girl, they are sweet little guys and you will be most angry with yourself if you don't get to know them." ready to follow Leo.

Haley nods indicating she won't waving them off.

Leo is in quite over his head with his family as it is, and that is his priority. Then there's the war he's just walked his brothers into, so... yes. He's not interested in anything.

He lets the girls have their moment, taking a few steps away before waiting patiently for Erica.

Once they're done, Leo will head for home, taking a slightly circuitous route despite the bags, as is his custom. Once they're away and out of earshot and he's sure they're not being followed, Leo speaks.

"Let me know if you need to stop at all, or if you need me to take one of those."

Erica walks quietly, a lot on her mind and an ache in her belly. the only thing with not saving photos on her phone was that those she printed out were lost to her now. And that was sad. Still at least some could be retrieved off social media through friends.

She nods, following this time without holding his hand made her a little nervous. Okay greatly nervous. And she was of course lost within moments but she followed the shadow ahead and with all her own silence, " I'm alright, but thanks."

She doesn't sound alright. Or smell or 'feel' alright as far as Leo's concerned. The one thing he can, and does, do at the moment is drop back slightly so they're side by side instead of in a line.

"It's pretty safe here if you want to talk. I know there's been... a lot for you in the past couple of days."

He won't force her to talk. Just extend the invitation.

Erica shifts when she feels Leo slow and that they were more side by side than him ahead of her and she thinks on his words, the invitation. Not sure where to begin for some moments.

Then nods, " I know - I have a feeling if I wanted to talk any one of you guys would be willing earholes... or shoulders to cry on. And Elena seems happier than I have seen her since father's MIA papers came to us and I had to explain to her what it meant. Just wish some of the small sentimental things hadn't been in the apartment I guess... I know it's silly to miss such things as Grandmas favourite cookwear or Dads watch or mothers perfume, and going to school, working...but you know... it just hurts. But shouldn't be too sad... we have shelter and food and safety with you guys."

Leo listens quietly, letting Erica talk, and not getting in the way of her explanation. He smiles sadly in the dark of the tunnels.

"It's not silly." He states emphatically.  "You're... losing the life you lived, and that can be as real as any person. It's okay to mourn that.

He makes a mental note to have someone go check out her apartment at some point here sooner than later. And he makes a couple more turns. They're getting close, but there's still a little time to talk if she likes.

" yeah... might cry in a bit in a shower I reek of work and nervous sweats, I am so sorry about that by the way." Assuming she smelled revolting and as much as she couldn't help such a thing apologetic about it.

Voice softer surely they were closing back in on his home. " Thanks by the way... no wonder your leader, kinda impossible to hide any of these feelings from you and then you go and be all reassuring and soothing." Erica smiles some of the weight lifted from her tone but she was not lying she would probably do a good sob in a shower.
