Oh, he definitely wants to walk this haunted trail!

"Sounds like continuing the task they were assigned." there were a few entities that he could think of that had similar motives. Their assignment to guard their kings or gods or leader words of choice did not end with their deaths. It continued into the afterlife. Genuine interest in the topic!

He is definitely enjoying the gentle exploration for now. Though part of him wants to throw her down on the bed.

Leo doesn't know yet that it would be even better if she did that to him.

He chuckles through the deep churr that's more felt than heard at Lilo's words. Humming a light affirmation.

"Only the beginning." after which there's an almost growling quality to his churr for just a moment. He is pretty sure there's a little more that has to happen tonight, but also... he wants this moment too.

Like her grin and interest in Leo could get any bigger! Just.... She shifts on his lap parting her knees a little more and catching his big hands, bringing them to the wrap about dress with hers hands, if he lets her that is, all the while -


"finally! Some one actually interested in the stories spooks can tell us! There is more to the Nightmarrrchers ..... and your right they are fascinating .... Mmmm ... and that they continue their craft, their jobs, their life time past time is really dedicatingly cool of them buuuut-" with kisses mingling with her words and ooooh she was guiding his hands if they followed hers, if not she is tugging the wrap about skirt off herself! Getting that barrier of clothing out of the way!


A low moaned at his next words, followed by a soft sort of aroused growl in her own throat following his, in direct response to him! knowing it caused more warmth and damp in between her thighs!


oooh feeling those sounds would be all the better flesh to flesh! For sure! Feel that vibration!

" oh now I definitely have to ask Ma for the pictures." April grins at Casey and snuggles the.. Oh was he asleep again, little Randal, snuggling his and giggling a bit at Casey's response not aware her answer sort of went along with some of his thoughts. " i have met them, but I have a feeling the guys have always been careful to make sure never to put their full weight on me, even Leo when he was barely on his feet!" she was pretty sure! And had been too busy coooooing over these amazing little additions to their family to note how heavy the boys were.


And her tease about his blush died on her tongue as giggling little Malcolm grins sleepily at Casey, " chiiiip? for mee?" so sleepily but eagerly !


Oh she is giggling into Randall's shoulder, talk about a chip off the old block!


That was definitely a Mike!


Malcolm sleeping drops one hand lower to push his pointing wrong way self down and then Pee-wee's!

Casey chuckled at April wanting to see the photos. He looks up from his task and almost makes a 'typical' face at April saying the guys are always careful to make sure they don't put their full weight on her.

"Sounds like something they'd do." Definitely sounds like something the guys would do to keep from hurting their human friends. Casey's actually pretty sure the guys are even careful with him.

And a light chuckle for Malcolm too.

"Yeah, you're a chip too, Kiddo." And Casey snuggled the little guy in his arms just before putting him on the ground to pee.

And the kid even made it into the toilet! When Malcolm's done, Casey does make him wash hands! Then gentle snuggles to take the little guy back to bed. And he really is a little snuggle bug.

Just like his dad.

DonnieBoy is vibrating - and all the while also a geek and comments off handedly to Erica as he beams and settles into position, entirely different being up front controls, " it is part our physical make ups I think, given bone density and well we have armor - but also the rigorous ninja training." of that he had no doubt and off they set! " woooo this is cool Haili! Don!" from the front, excited.


Of course like Don his mind did touched on how powerfully strong Leatherhead was, especially those jaws. How brutally strong Slash was, and the triceratons... but of course all three of those had a ton at the very least of body weight on their side.


Not noting their destination was a storage unit yard set out in the industrial docking area of this universes New York -


And entirely missing as he drives along, not fighting Haili for any control she might assist with, just going with the flow! -


Behind him Erica has chuckled softly at Don's blush, briefly brushing her fingers over the brownish color, admiring it, and silent grin at DonnieBoy's explanation, nodding at the guys shell as she and Don sat with a raised eyebrow 'that true?' kinda face. Her eyes watching Don, loving his smile, and well it's not technically on his lap... but she shifts sideways on her seat and slips knees over his thighs, kissing that latin speaking pretty mouth. " mmmmm thank you Ferrero." mmmm she did love ferrero rocher chocolates and Don's eyes had a wonderful range of smooth chocolatey colors. " I feel pampered." and special and loved.

April giggles and snuggled Randal a little closer, " our green bros are sweet like that to a fault indeed." and with the raphling slumped fast asleep once more on her shoulder so trustingly even though she could imagine he's had no reason to trust humans until Erica and Elena met them it's hard to be even the tiniest bit indignant that their buds would go so far as to perhaps make their own lives and moments a little harder by sparing herself and Casey their full weight, no matter the injuries.


She grins watching Casey and Malcolm, noting the little guy had - in the middle of the snuggling and peeing and just so happy to be a chippy too - gone back to sleep as well, so Casey had a floppy little weight in the hand cleaning and drying and the little boy only wanted to snuggle all the closer once done, little doodle shrinking back into tail and small hands gripping Casey's shirts lightly.


Behind them Haley has relented a bit - amused and watching Raphie and Mike try to recover and get to their feet first.

Don nuzzles slightly into the touch to his cheek. He chuckled slightly at the look on Erica's face in response to DonnieBoy's explanation. His own expression a 'pretty much' agreement.

"Moving heavy equipment around on a regular basis doesn't hurt either."

Did that sound dirty...? HE honestly doesn't know if it did or not. He hadn't intended anything beyond a literal interpretation. Thete is a brief moment of contemplation.

Don blinks for just a moment, not sure what she's doing when Erica shifts to being partially in his lap! It's followed by a smile as she comes in fir a kiss. A little slow on the uptake, but he figured it out!

He chuckled softly at her name for him this time. And smiles when she says she feels pampered.

"I think we can do better."

Okay, that one maaayyybe was intended a little dirty! Though, he actually means a massage or something similar. And may or may not actually get to it tonight. The churr as he responds to the light kisses is loving, but light. Acknowledging the affection, and clearly enjoying the light kisses, but not more than would be acceptable with the audience they have!

Even if said audience is engrossed with driving and HAILI! A little amusement about that too. And a touch of pride at the compliment.

"Thank you, D. Your driving is very careful." HAILI actually appreciates this! She doesn't like crashing, and though Raph is very good, and has typically gotten her out unscathed, or at least able to be back on the toad with only minir repairs, Raph does have a habit of being a little reckless in his driving when it is maybe not strictly called for.

She doesn't mind, really. But this is a nice switch.

Casey nods, agreeing. Actually, he sort of figures that one of them is actually going to really hurt himself trying to keep from hurting April or himself.

He can't help a chuckle at the snuggling little chip off a Mike. Yeah, kid was adorable. And... had he fallen asleep again?! It was equal parts adorable and annoying! Casey is definitely struggling as he washed Malcolm's hands.

"Sooo... uh, Babe, did you know they turn to like noodles or something when they fall asleep?"

But Malcolm does have clean hands! Well... as best Casey could do with the limp noodle thing going on. And he resituates the boy on his shoulder for the trip back to their little nest thing.

Hah! she was getting better at reading those facial expressions and chuckled as he almost said something slightly naughty, actually a little pleased she sort of picked up on it! and she is visibly impressed by his agreeing to Donnieboys words and adding to them, physically too reminded how he'd lifted her up into the hauler, and well there would be a wave of gooseflesh and a mischievous turn to her grin and giggles as Don's offer to do better was certainly one that could be taken naughtily!


So amused he had not been sure of what she was doing when she shifts. Hah he was adorable! Some many soft little kisses him as he is clearly enjoyign them


" I will hold you too that much later in your room - alooone... but I won't say no to a foot rub." she is gentle with the tease, and it's soft, only for his ear holes alone, and all for flirts! And of course he doesn't have to rub her feet but encase so she does wriggle off the small shoes and wriggles said feet in their short socks!


Annnnnnd smiling sort of registering what Haili and DonnieBoy where doing, would you, Haili sing 'Aloha ʻoe' with me?" wonderingly smiling still for Don. Hands resting on his and still on his cheek.

" ooooh yesth - look at this slinky1" her whispers were full of laughter, a she is having to hold the little raphling to her like he was a infant not a tott as he slouches into her and against her in sleep! And so amused, waiting until Casey is close enough and kissing his cheek - having to stand up on tip toe to do so, " I was right, you are a natural at this uncle thing..."


nodding back towards the kids room, " make our way back there and see if any more need a wee before turning it over to Ratpa and Stitch or one of their noodley fathers out here?" tone full of more silent laughter - a Raphie and Mike were like cooked pasta that was slowly drying out. Not quite solid yet.


A very amused Haley was patiently watching them. With an equally amused Splinty.

There's a bit of a blush at their lightly naughty words. Whether it's at what Erica said, or realizing what he'd actually said is a little unclear. It's probably a little of both.

The foot rub though...

"I think that could be arranged."

There's a bright smile on his face as Erica asks HAILI to sing with her! He's legitimately thrilled! Not only is Erica treating the truck like a living, intelligent creature - which even his family struggled with at first, and Leo can Casey still do at times - but HAILI has never really attempted to sing herself. It's new, and he loves when his AI tries new things!

HAILI has also been programmed to try and seek out new things, and that has helped shape her personality. She's inquisitive, even into topics that Don sometimes wishes she'd leave alone...

Don's gentle as he starts rubbing Erica's foot, and at first it's a light searching for tension. Since they're in the truck, he leaves her socks on. It's not that long of a trip.

"Alright, Erica."

But HAILI has misinterpreted the request and starts playing the most popular version she comes across by a female artist.

Don's not laughing at the AI's interpretation of the request, but it's clearly a struggle.

Casey chuckled. Yeah, the little guys were definitely slinky in sleep. And there's that same thrill at her kiss to his cheek, and the compliment! Yeah! He was good with kids, wasn't he!

"You're pretty good at it too, Babe! Uh... I mean... with the kids. Um... bein' an Aunt... or... somethin'." Because she's a woman, and therefore not an uncle, and well, Casey still gets a little tongue tied around her on occasion!

Casey chuckled at the still half limp Raph and Mike!

"Yeah... they don't look ready yet." And really, Casey doesn't mind if the other two need a potty break.

He's very gentle as he carries the small child in his arms back to the nest and resettles him there, before offering to take Randal from April and settling him back in too.

April grins, always a thrill to see Casey enjoy her kisses as much -


Giggling at his stumbling and nodding, " Aunty - it's still a wonderful shock to hear that - Aunty... and sooooon Mom." she winks at Casey. Not lingering on his troubles picking the right word just exalting in this wonderful if scary new venture their fave green guys had found themselves in, and the new family.


Haley joins them as April is squeeeeeeing as Casey is putting boys back into bed and their each turning a turn at hanging onto Casey!, and little blue and purple hands reach to brush his scratchie face... Elena murmurs softly -


eeeeeeee!


" a little more used to being Mom Haley?" she asks of the shorter, younger woman nudging her - still behind them Raphie and Mike almost on their feet.


" It's... still so amazing and sooooo unbelievable and I still can't stop thanking Leo enough for not letting me worse out too much." Smiling watching the tall guy with her sons and lil Elena.

"Right? Whoda thunk that--" but he cuts himself off, and there's a dopey grin on his face when April comments about being a mom soon! Because yes, excited!

Also terrified!

Casey is actually quiet as he chuckles at the little gys still trying to catch his scratchy face! Little guys are adorable. Somehow especially when they're tired. Casey is tempted to just curl up with them!

But instead he carefully extricates himself and grins at Haley and April. And maybe a slight chuckle at Raph and Mike still with their situation. He might regret it later, but... nope, definitely going to enjoy it now!

And a chuckle at Haley thanking Leo for... ha! Casey has a feeling he knows sort of what happened there.

"Leo's got high expectations, but like... only if he thinks ya can do it." As far as Casey knows, rarely is Leo disappointed about the big things. Small things, sure! Probably a lot! But the big ones? Rarely.

Mike can only make a raspberry sound in Casey's general direction whilst Raphie grumbles and growls and tries to take a swipe at Mike causing them both to grunt at a mis step and collision and fall into the couch !


Hehehe Haley and April giggle muffling delighted squeees as sleeping babies protest Casey leaving them in soft chirps and a mumbled something from Elena but they had all snuggled back into a cuddling pile and grown still and quiet once more so April is pretty sure another loo dash is not needed yet, but just encase until Raphie and Mike have limb control she supposed she, Casey and Haley could linger a little, though just a little cause she is eager to tug her big handsome lug away for their own smooching and baby making fun. Agreeing with hubby, a nod and mmm hmmmm sound, " indeed he knows what you are capable of even if you don't or are not sure. Or at least senses you are. Glad he helped you."


Haley grins, " guessing you both have had that kinda experience or something similar with Leo before?" she wonders smiling as Stitch bounced over to sit with Splinter whom was looking like a content Ratpa indeed.

They are making good unnoticed time on the trek to the storage unit in the dock lands and coastal side of the city where the storage yard of U-Store-It houses a collection of shipping containers of varying sizes neatly rowed side by side in two rows the larger forty foots to the fence closest the sand and waters beyond a very tall chain linked barb wired topped and security camera monitored space. Smaller twey foot contained formed a middle row and a large shed was beside the entry gate.

DonnieBoy had no worries Haili or Don had entry covered and the security cameras.


And it looked like Erica's family container was one of the larger ones, the one right up the back of the facility.

Daaawwwwww, the little ones are so cute! And Casey actually felt sort of bad pulling his stubble away from those searching little hands, but he really couldn't stay in that position forever. And they settled quickly, which he was happy to see.

And he can't help but chuckle at Mike and Raph. Yeah, good times.

"Yeah, still happens from time to time. That's why they call 'im Splinter Jr. At least, like... when they say it nicely." Because he had definitely heard Raph use it in a less than sincere manner. There had certainly been times that Leo had seemed to resign himself to Casey's methods, but rarely had he had the turtle actually disappointed in him. Annoyed or flabbergasted sure. Rarely disappointed. Somehow having one of the guys disappointed in him is almost worse than when they're mad at him.

Raphie finally makes it over to the group and is somewhat more or less stable on his feet - And can finally slug Casey's shoulder - in a knuckling sort of gentle way for him, " whadda ya mean I always say it niiiicely!" he protests softly, and all so fakely - Mike staggering over to them and chuckling. " and I wooon that pasta fight."


" noooo one can out noodle me!" Mike declares - still shaking off the last of the delightful tingles, a grin at Casey, " thanks for that man really needed it... and hope April lets me share ya to do that more!" grin and chuckle and ducking any swats that come his way for that play he bounces into the kids room and over to the bed, laying on the space the kids left -


Klunk and Stitch immediately making themselves at home on his head or shell and Mike doesn't mind, busy for the moment just marveling at little ones all bundled together.


April missing Mike with the swat laughs softly and nudges Casey slipping closer to kiss the punched by Raphie spot, also in doing so soooort of getting in the way for more general play rough housing. " I don't know I think the dragoness won with the help of this big lug." winking up at her hubby and grinning.


Haley grinned oh she could so see why Leo got that nick name and was of course not fooled she was a little sister she would have used a tease like that on Jake plenty of times. " well it could be a worse nick name." she giggles and looks pleased with her self in a nonchalant sort of way for the winning comment with Casey's help. " unbeatable."


" like Lameonardo?" Lee's soft voice behind them, an amused Splinter watching them all for the surprise.


And would be rewarded with a epp from April whom covered her mouth last moment, a oooh and jump from Haley, onto Raphie toe - and a likewise " wha - aaaack!" from said red clad turtle who sort of catchs Haley but also starts and bumps into April and Casey a bit.

"Whatever, man." Casey commented when Raph said he always uses 'Fearless Leader' nicely. Though over the past year or so, Casey has heard the name used more fondly than when they were younger. Though Raph did still have his moment of complaining about his blue-wearing bro. And Casey's pretty sure he's Raph's first choice to rant to.

Casey's seen Mike either disagree or pile on. And he's seen Don listen, but Don has a tendency to poke little holes in Raph's anger or remind Raph that if he breaks anything in the garage that Raph will have to fix it.

"You know it. We make a good team." Casey chuckled at April's response to Raph and Mike each saying they'd won. Then he turned and offered Haley a fist bump for winning the noodle fight.

Casey jumped and yelped when Lee arrived with his soft suggestion of a worse name.

"You Leos are all alike, you know that?!" Mostly play, but a little heat! Because darn it all with sneaky Leos! He also takes the moment to shove Raph out of his personal space!

"And ouch, man. Yeah. That one's worse."

Raphie laughs softly, trying to shake off the shock of the small Leo appearing like that! yeah okay sometimes Leo took the brunt of Raphie's frustrations - and not all fairly the red clad turtle knew... and he watches Mike climb on, looked like he was settling in for the night with the little ones, a happy sigh from Raph, " A loooot of that will have to change - can't dis DadLeo too much in front of babies. though sometimes you doooo deserve it no doubt."


Lee grins at Casey - behind them Splinter is chuckling, old guy has the same inner puckish side that his father had - and well he had learned to live with the nick name. " Well we can't be Lame o nardo's, some times the Splinter Junior just has to shine." to Raphie he chuckles, " ooooh all the fun doesn't have to stop, Raph still manages around my nephew Chompy."


Mikey sniggers over there in the bed, snuggling little ones close. Churring as they churred.


April giggles, mostly breath back and well tiptoeing to kiss Casey's cheek lightly for the boo boos of Raphie and her sort of bouncing back into him.


Haley grins and slaps Raphie's lower shell with her tail and slipping into the room to find the other side of the bed and sneak a couple of the babies from Mikey's arms to cuddle them herself!

Leo debated briefly before slipping off to the shower before joining the group. Sure, everyone will probably still know what he was up to, but no sense advertising it quite that obviously.

Leo takes a slightly longer shower than Don can, but Leo is more thorough, and still plenty quick about getting in and out.

Casey is chuckling at the back and forth between Raph and Lee. And he turned to catch that quick kiss from April. While the others are sort if chatting, he watches Mike and Haley go snuggle the sleeping babies, awwwww...

"I'm sure you'll think of something Raph."

Casey jumped again!

"Gah! Leo! Do you have to do that?!"

Though... Casey is pretty sure he does, and that he should really just be used to it be now.

Leo may have showered but if Raphie had not already been churring - NOPE there was not a loud surprised yip! at Leo's sudden appearance and he didn't look like he was about to launch into expletives about bloody blue bandana brothers and simply beaming on in!


" Given that showered coconutty smell I should have scented you coming." as close as he would get to a cursing out loud with all the babies just over there being snuggled and all little faces he could see sleep smiling and -


oh that smack to his backside...


Lee miiiight have started too! and no one but another Leo might know the widened eyes... and the cover up snigger at the scent thing. Oh man he gives his counterpart a grin, well one could think Lee is hiding similar scents, he smells lemony fresh, leathery and tea. He'll share with Leo that trick out of ear shot though.


April has gaaaasp but she was already distracted by the kiss so was sure she managed not to make funny noises like Raphie, or snigger over there like Mike and Haley.


Splinter tapped over quietly and smiles, " Be careful when yous head out and you might consider making it a trio as two Donatello's did, just encase." aware Lee wanted to visit another dimension where Kranng had been expunged from. " I will rouse Mike there to guard the lair - with Mr. Jones if he can stand to be away from April until you return or the Donatellos." not commanding so Casey could duck out if he wants. Or April step in if she wants, but also a soft hint he will try to speak to Donatello, their Donatello about the near miss of the night.

Leo's laugh at Raph's comment is honest. Fairly quiet given that he doesn't want to wake up the kids, but honest.

"Yes, yes you should have."

Raph is lucky that a showered, coconutty, feeling good Leo just clapped his shoulder and didn't put him in a playful headlock. There's a chuckle when Casey punched him in the arm.

And there is a hiiiint of an amused look at Lee. Yeah, Leo saw that! Commendable job covering it though.

Leo is also a fan of numbers, and he nods agreement with Master Splinter.

"We'll be careful." Leo promised before looking to Casey and Raph, waiting for responses from them before handing things over to Lee.

There is a very slight nod if understanding when Splinter subtly brings up talking with Don when they get back. Good. A silent thank you. Leo is really worried, and is relieved that their father is going to say something.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll stay up. Just don't take all night!" He still wants some sexy time with April tonight! He's not actually annoyed by this. It's just one of those things that happens down here in the lair.

Though they can probably slip away when the Donnies get back too.

Raphie bats playfully at the clapping hand and pokes Leo's plastron, " Well to be fair it seems you Leo's can just like teleport so I think its a matter of you travelling faster than your smell." he half teases and still sort of surprised he hadn't picked up on the ordour of his older brother, undeniably a enticing smell under the fresh showered smell, also something that was less enticing than that coconutty florally sort of scent of Lilo that was still on Leo's skin, scenting something that let Raphie know she had been excited, very, the less enticing more making him want to growl and maybe tease Leo to spar a little smell of Leo himself.


He grins at Casey, " alllllniiiiiiight man those Donnies have ladies too ya know." okay entirely teasing! because he was sure Don and DonnieBoy probably wouldn't mind sharing a little watch time with Casey and letting him have time with April - whom took a moment to swat at Raphie for that teasing! but adding to Leo more seriously.


" we'll keep watch with Splinter Leo." smiling.


Lee notes at least Leo sprung his attempt to hide he had been shocked too. And grins sheepishly. At least it was not like the time Mikey had snuck up on him and almost caused him to tumble off a roof top. And for some reason Mikey had not gone sprouting that victory to all the team. He smiles at the back and forth and nods as Raph gives both he and Leo a light shove.


" righto come on lets get this done and come home." because it would be a delight to tempt Haley away from their sons and see if he could have a little of that stank on him too!


Small smile, he is not sure what he will say to Donatello. Maybe he will just bring up the incident and let Donatello spill if he wanted. If not well he will think of something surely. " Yes, go, be swift my sons and interdimensional son, stay together, watch each others shells."


Lee gives Splinter a bow, a mingled ecstatic and grieving look passed over his face but was gone before the bow ended. Being called a son, a interdimensional one, made the physical loss of his own father felt. But he only lets the emotions plague him for the duration of the bow then a breath out as he straightens shaking it off and smiling at Leo and Raphie. " Alright maybe we'll open the portal hallway in the garage over there?" and sort of up the back so loo seekers might wonder into it. He hoped. And lead the way off happy with his companions.


A last glance at the babies, at Mike nestled there sleeping in that deep way he had of falling into so easily, like it made Raphie jealous! And Haley looked like she was lightly dozing, little ones spread akimbo in all sorts of feet and hands jutting out angles - hehehe cute! and a look at the dragoness before he hurries after Leos.


He was crazy accepting going along with two of them for sure and glances back at Casey to point at the Leos and them himself and make a gesture around his right ear hole like he was probably crazy.


April giggles see that, waving them off.

Leo chuckled at Raph's comment about teleporting. He is absolutely in a good mood, and it's probably a good thing that he showered, he's pretty sure Raph would want a fight if he hadn't. And they have things left to do tonight.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever, man." Casey does know that the Donnies also have girls of their own that they would probably like to spend some time with tonight, but Casey is betting they'd be willing to share the night watch. They can each take a turn! "Yeah, we'll keep watch."


"We'll be back as soon as we can." Leo promised Casey, and the others, with a chuckle at Raph and Casey's antics.

Leo nodded at Lee's suggestion that the portal be opened up in the garage. He hasn't actually used the portals, so he's more than happy to trust his counterpart. And this is Lee's mission. Leo will take a backseat on this one.

He did pause, glancing over at the kids for a moment, before deciding not to disturb any of the sleepers. His steps after that are purposeful following Lee, and Leo does want to get back in a timely manner as much as Casey wants them to. Though Leo's reasons are slightly different.

Leo already took care of the reason Casey wants them back.  

And Leo is aware of Raph's signing that he must be crazy. Leo smiles, but has his back turned to his brother, so it's unlikely that Raph saw it.

Casey, on the other hand, is chuckling. He nods emphatically. Raph must be nuts going off on a mission with TWO Leos!

Raphie sniggering follows the Leo's and once in the garage gives Lee a dubious sort of look, " soooooo what are we doing again?"


giving his little portal portal a toss to make it hover in the air and tapping the middle touch pad of sorts to activate it and step back as the triangle of shimmering pinks and purples of the dimensional doorway open up, he knows nothing about the science behind this DonnieBoy or Don would probably tell him the colors are actually something about particles and their frequencies and stuff or vibrations making it appear purple and pink and shimmery like that... interesting but beyond Lee's understanding at the best of times. He smiles at Leo and Raphie, " well a dimension I visited had a brief Kraang invasion, like he went through on his own with a single Technodrome and got sent back out again and I want to know how, maybe it might give us some ideas on dealing with our own invasion." he explains. " I didn't stick around the last visit as it was strictly recon, also from the brief glimpse I caught of those turtles... their huge. I mean... from the brief glimspes I took of them, also seemed to have some way to detech dimensional portals opening cause they found my general location fairly easily." he finishes and smiles, waiting a moment and its a moment for Leo or Raphie to say nah not doing this, and then he slips into the hall of portals and waits for the other two to follow him inside.


Into the weirdness of the Dimension X and this corridor of miscellaneous doorways to other worlds, some with turtles... some not.

April watches them go and grins nudging Casey, " sooooooooooo do we watch some stories whilst waiting for Dons to return?" not her cup of tea as far as shows go to be honest but a good way to pass time... though Splinter looked cheeky and puckish still.


" should we play cards instead?" the Ratpa asks oooh sooo innocently.


April chuckles, " sure if Casey wants to too annnnd no we are not playing for prizes!" cause the ninja master could be a devilish player!

Leo's actually pretty sure that Raph hasn't actually been around for most of the discussions about what needs to go down tonight. So he's not going to razz his brother for not already having some sort of idea what they were doing.

He is also not entirely surprised that this other group of turtles had been on Lee quickly.

"Assuming the same sort of similarities that there are between our worlds, and between us, I'm not surprised. If we'd had an obvious invasion that we had to repel like that, I know our Don would definitely have equipment out there making sure it didn't happen again. At least not without us knowing."

And Raph probably has a better idea of what Don's stuff can do than Leo does. Since Raph seems to be Don's first choice to help him out. ...not without reason.

"Whoa..." Is whispered softly as he follows Lee into the strange hallway of portals. This is really bizarre. Amazing, very cool, but definitely bizarre.

"Oh, pshyeah. You put on that innocent face. I been there done that, Master Splinter. Nooooo way!" Though, April's offer of not for prizes... Casey still doesn't like losing at cards, but at least he wouldn't be made to do weird chores or... whatever weird thing Splinter wanted him to do this time.

"Alright alright, fine! But definitely no prizes or wagers or nothin'." Oh.... this was a slippery slope!

Splinter cast a look into the kids space where Michelangelo and Haley rested with the kiddoes between them mostly to check on them.


Moooooostly to hide his face as he clears away a triumphant sort of smiiirk, and his face is schooled into a polite puzzled look. " ooooh I think we can find a levelled game... monopoly... yahtzee... memory?" playfully challenging at the two leading away in his tapping pace towards the new table.


April laughs softly, glancing back herself at the family. And catching Casey's hand, " come on surely when can beat the ninja master as monopoly." still giggling and not entirely sure this wasn't as bad an idea as playing poker against the rat master but oh well... following Splinter towards the table with a tug on Casey's hand and they will pass the storage where games were kept and grab out the boards on the way past.

Casey is still grumbling about the games. He is still certain that they will lose. Casey doesn't like to lose! But he has pretty well resigned himself where Splinter is concerned.

He acquiesces, but there is definitely pouting.

"For a guy who don't use money, he's sure good at gambling."

It's muttered, meant more for himself than April or Splinter, but they probably heard him.

" soooo you needed beefy back up?" slight tease to the young leader, chuckling and showing off his biceps and calf muscles as he says this making a stance.


Lee snorts a little, but also takes the red clad turtle back by nodding at his words, but also grinning at Leo's and his amzement as they step into the weirdness that is the x dimension... it looks like their in mid air walking on nothing and surrounded by triangular doorways into... all sorts of places. Whooooooooooooa!


" Pretty cool in here huh? but stay close and don't make too many loud sounds a lot of dimension x predators are attracted to sounds... and also more importantly I hoped to show a united front, so if they will see more easily our story is not only true but that we are there to help not invade and that we can work together. They may choose to or not help us, but as least they know we can." and well Lee felt bringing the turtles of different dimensions together enough to be aware of each other and friendly terms was furtherest away from what that horrible version of himself Maximus Kahn would do. And he strived to be furtherer and further away from ever becoming him. Comforted to know Don had a fail safe too helped he felt put the beast ever further away from him.


Raphie ooooooooooooohs and nods a little listening to the Leos both but also looking into portals as they pass... seeing those pudgy little turtles through one opening - " I kinda actually change my mind on those belt buckles - soooo did you snog your Karai as fast as Leo here snogged Lilo?" alllllllll teeaaaase... a bit of that pre mission banter as Lee lead along to find the right one.


Lee laughed, " If I had of tried I might have been more than blinded powdered to the face more than I had been. Was a while before she let me, aaaaaaaaaafter Shini did." chuckling but shuffling his feet awkwardly and blushing - but also with a sort of teasing face back at Raphie, grinning at Leo, " my Raph was got the quickest snog out of us from Mona." and then a pause and he points at a portal, " this is the one." and waiting for a nod of sign the others were ready before he would step through. " last time the portal on the other end was up high, if it is still there there is a drop onto a rooftop." he explains.


Raphie is chuckling, hah go get em Raph - other Raph and well pleased for his counterpart. And bolstered to be more forward with Haley.

Leo shakes his head at Raph. Though, he's pretty sure... yes, that's exactly what Lee was looking for.

As he responds to Lee's statement that it's cool in the hallway, Leo's response is alllllmoooost clipped. Another Leo, and maybe Raph if he's paying attention will be able to recognize... Leo doesn't like this at all.

Specifically the walking in midair thing.

He has gotten past his fear of heights, yes, but he has typically had a physical barrier of some sort that he moves on. Or at least jumps between.

This is different.

This is terrifying.

Leo is facing it, continuing to move forward. He is staying with his team, and not letting this place get the best of him, but it's there. And he does have to at least acknowledge that his fear of heights, usually well controlled, is still very much part of him.

So he will focus on the mission. Because that's what Leo does!

"And even if they don't want to help, we can offer a means of contact if they need anything in the future or change their minds."

But Leo is maybe a little quiet, a little stiff when Raph teases him about Lilo. Oh, he caught it, yes, but focused on the task at hand and hopefully getting out of here as soon as possible! Raph might notice that Leo didn't tease back about the belt buckle comment. Though, even Leo had sort of appreciated the buckles by the time they actually parted ways.

But yes, he couldn't imagine a Karai being quick to move, especially for a sort of sibling.

The nod, acknowledging Lee's warning about a potential drop, is also tense. Leo is definitely ready to get out if here!

Raphie shifts his weight and eyes Lee, he is picking up his attempts to keep Leo distracted from the nothing underneath their feet is not exactly working. And he grumbles a little effecting a shudder. " That's not a bad idea man, trust Leo's to be thinking ahead - though hey this... is making me uneasy any way to ease that when we come back through after verse visiting?"

There is an amused chuckling from Splinter -


Hooooo yeah he definitely heard casey and as he parks his backside at the table prepared to play games, he winks at Casey, " one has to be clever to out play Donatello and Leonardo." Leonardo more at chess than card games, and Splinter was enjoying that he could still beat him at a chess game, it probably would not last much longer.


And also it did feel goo to occassionally also outwit the very smart Donatello.


Also he felt its just good for his sons all to be now and then beated in a card game or board game every now and then.


And well if he can con others into making cakes or sweets when they loose.


Win win.


April giggles, " Well monopoly should present a relatively even playing field." wink at her hubby.

Casey is still grumbling at Master Splinter's and April's enthusiasm for the game night. And a grunt at needing to be clever to outwit Leo and Don.

"Yeh, but Donnie ain't got no poker face." At least not one that those who knew him couldn't read. Don could occasionally pull one over on an enemy or someone who didn't know him, but even that was iffy.

Casey will play, and once he actually gets going, he will probably even enjoy it, but it is taking some serious convincing to get him to actually join in! There is more grumbling at Monopoly presenting a fairly level playing field.

"How long you think they gonna be gone? All night? That game takes foreeeeverrrrr!"

But he is going along with them, following and not stopping anything that's going on. Just griping. Splinter and April are probably used to this from Casey by now! Casey has changed tactics. He's going to run out of things to whine about soon. And once they're going, he actually does enjoy Monopoly

This made Splinter laugh and he looks puckishly gleef. " that is a trait he and his mate Erica share I have noticed, she has no Poker face at all."


And April chuckles with his amusement at that and Dawes at the mate thing seemed Splinter approved. And she did! She grins and once complaining Casey is close enough she kisses his cheek and whispers in a voice that was low but playful not actually keeping Splinter in the dark just more of a heads up, "once Don is back we will claim bankruptcy and book it for that bed calling our names." oh hahaha she adores complainy Casey sometimes!

Splinter silent chuckles his ears turned one their way and the other on the kids room.

Casey is a bit amused by this too. Actually, the whole idea of Don, of all turtles, having a mate was near ridiculous! Much less having been the first of them! Don won't even join in talk when it turns to girls. Or guys. They'd tried that for him too. Casey had been sure the purple wearing brother just didn't have any interest at all!

Apparently, he just had an incredibly specific type.

Casey perks up when April says they'll head off to bed once Don gets back! That definitely sounds good!

"Alright, alright. Monopoly."

And Casey fully consents to the game. Even going as far as to find the board and start getting it set up.

April laughs a bit and grins, " I'm so excited for them. And I have some more gal pals to chill with - I mean I looooove the lair of male testosterone but some estrogen in here was definitely needed." she is indeed loving having new gal pals to make friends with like she did Angel.


Angel hung out with Leatherhead a lot, and recently expressed to Casey she was trying to become a vet.


Yeah that once rebellious teenager with serious sass was working to pay for college and get her education. She was proud and knew Casey was too.


Splinter chuckles, amused and his tail twitches, " I am hoping to engineer a game sometime with Don and Erica and see how hopeless they are together - or if the no poker faces find a way to work together and foil us." entirely serious he was curious! and well he grins and waits for dice to roll to see who goes first.


April lightly pushes the bank towards Casey, he rarely got to do bank on the odd occassions the family all played monopoly.

Casey grumps about April wanting more estrogen in the lair. Though it's really more just to have an excuse to grump at this point. He's on a roll! A grumpy, salty, misshapen roll.

Though as the game comes out, Casey does sort of brighten. He actually does like board games. And he does have to chuckle at the thought of Erica and Don playing poker against Master Splinter.

"You just want to get her to make you more cakes, and him to find that unaired season of As the World Turns." Tease! Mostly. And yes, the guys had spilled about all the goodies Erica had made as a result of losing to Splinter at poker.

And Oooooooohhh! He gets the bank?! Alright, eager player now! The guys don't usually let him be the banker. Casey's money counting abilities aren't exactly fast.

Splinter considers for a moment pretending nah thats not what he wanted at all!


Then chuckles and gives in, " Well I was hoping she would try a lava cake some time... mmmm and not only As the World Turns but also Bones." amused and mostly joking. Mostly. Sides it would just be fun to hang with his sons and the friendly Erica. Were they close enough for him to call her daughter yet? huh he wasn't sure but he might test it out some time and see if she liked it and how Donatello recepted that.


Yeah.


Amused more by Casey's eagerness. He didn't mind slow counting. It meant their game probably wont be too far in when Donatello's arrived back home with Erica and it would be easy enough to pack up and rest and it pleased Casey by the looks of it so worth it.

Casey snorted as Splinter admitted that Casey was absolutely right about why Splinter wanted to convince Don and Erica to play poker.

He is definitely content with the admission. And would sort of like to watch that game! From the other side of the room. Not as another player that Splinter cons!

He is very happy to be the banker, and does eventually manage to get the money distributed properly!

They had barely started the first round when Mike shadowed out of the room with a little blue boy in arms. " Potty Break -" he whispers to the table load, he had not really been sleeping, mostly just relaxing, sort of that meditative state listening tot he little breathers and Haley's reassuring breaths and the softer strangely long deep breaths of a relaxed Stitch - whom had whacked Mike's toe when Liam started squirming and making soft plaintiff sounds.


dawwwww Mike wonders if Leo ever did that as a short one? hehehe he slips the small boy free of the kiddie pile and hurries out, past the players - huh he might join them in a few...


April laughs, turns out was Casey's lucky night, he rolled highest number annnnd was bank so once he had sorted their starting monies - she waves as Mike passes by to do the dad thing.


Splinters tail twitching and he settles in. Having a feeling the crews might arrive back together, or at least one before the other but fairly close... and he wont keep Donatello to much tonight, perhaps...


just a gentle reminder they had more to lose... and more people who relied on them to be lost to...


Mike came back moments later and grins, slipping into the kids room to return the limp noodley Liam back to the bed among the others.

There's a silent celebration when Casey actually gets to go first! And he's the bank! That's awesome! Definitely enjoying the game at the moment, now that he's finally been wrangled into playing.

Casey waves as Mike goes by with the adorable, little, blue boy.

In free moments, such as they are, he does start trying to put together a set of money for Mike so the guy can join them if he wants when he comes back.

And Leo and Don been gone awhile. When are they getting home, anyway?

Mike's money assortment is missing a $20.

Mike made sure to smooch all little faces and check on Haley - Stitch was awake and looked quite content to just lounge, muttering and tail bump wagging to himself - awwwww so Mike whispered he was going to hang outside and slid out of the room bouncing over to park himself at the table and -


in Mike fashion totally missed he was short a note! just cheerfully saying. " geeeeeze my brothers are slooooow tonight..."


Giggle and April flicked the dice at Splinter, " now now you know calling turtles slooow is a hurtful sterotype Mike." she admonishes teasingly but is relaxed and enjoying it and doooooes glance at Master Splinter -


The aged rats ears twitch and he hums, " I don't feel for now it is something we have to worry about just yet, like nothing feels... odd about the time...' trying to describe his gut feeling for now, not something he was too concerned about right now.

"Agreeeeed!" Casey is 100% in agreement with Mike right now! Though he does sort of recognize that it is mostly because he really wants to be doing something else right now! Even if banking AND starting off Monopoly is a pretty good deal.

He's still taking off at the first chance he gets!

He does sort of snigger softly at April chastising Mike though.

And there is definite grumbling when Master Splinter insists that the timing seems alright. Though he does realize that it actually hasn't been that long given the tasks that the guys were doing tonight. It was entirely possible that Erica might want to spend quite a bit of time visiting her past. It wasn't necessarily a quick trip. And who knew how long an interdimensional diplomatic trip would take!

Casey did not leave out the note in Mike's stack on purpose, and neither of them realize it is missing! Though Master Splinter, and probably April too likely know it's not there!

April haaaaas caught on but she is not sharing - yet - maybe in a bit if nothing breaks up the game or the others return -


iiiiif only because for some reason Mikey was usually pretty lucky in regards to landing on the free parking!


If Splinter doesn't bring it up and it looks like he might not for whatever reason, she isn't for now and miiight tell Casey laters - after fooling around just for some amusement or in the morning - or maybe not and just let sleeping Mike's lie so to speak.


Mike is not thinking about the moment and indeed on his way around the board the first time he does land on free parking!


Lucky git Splinter thinks internally and fondly and it comes out as a exasperated sigh, " every time my son you land that at least four times a game."


Mike laughs and nods, " annnnnd Leo usually lands in jail." that was always hilarious for the brothers when they played, and just like Mikey often times had luck with the free parking, Leo would have bad luck either by chance or chest or the board corner.


Chuckling at that but agreebly so Splinter so he moves his piece during his go, " Soooooooo what names have you two thought of for any potential new family members?" genuinely curious and this is a game he can't sort of use this as a distraction to watch and read their faces and body language. Not that he would about this topic.


April eeeeps a bit, is blushing a tad but also sort of shrugs. " well... um not a usual name." she looks blushie and shifts around in her seat a little especially at the grins from Splinter and Mike -

Casey still has no idea he screwed up Mike's cash. But he's busy grumbling about Mike landing on Free Parking already!

"You be careful, Man. Or your luck is gonna change."

And with a Chance card, Casey landed himself in jail. Siiiiiiiiiiiiigh.

And he looks up at Splinter's question. There's no hesitation!

"Shadow!" And looking at April, realizing that really he should have put it to her first before blurting out something like that to Master Splinter. "I mean... uh... if that's alright. I... always liked that name..." And it seemed fitting with so many ninjas in the family!

Mike laughs most ebilly and gathers up, and fans himself with his winnings, " neeeever man I am the turtle of goood luck!" he brandishes the fake dollarbills a bit more and then tuck them in the random pile he made.


Splinter has his tucked neatly in side by side piles and rolls his eyes at that loud son but otherwise ignored the tease more interest as was Michelangelo by the way he tucked his bills in like that at hearing the name or names April and Casey might have thought of, chuckling softly as Casey's exuberance and the way the tall guy looks at April -



whom was quiet for a moments breath, then laughed in that delighted surprised sort of way she had that was a belly laugh and always fun to hear for her green bros and furry dad and even her big lug of a hubby, " yes! Shadow! - would fit one of ours soooo perfectly!" Like Splinter her money was arranged neatly, in a sort of fan as she rolls trying to score a good high number to make her way around the board the first time to get to the time she can start buying property.


[color:4b96=FF8C00]" ahhhh thats a cooool names - why that one thought?" Mike cheers softly and asks curiously... he'd be louder and jumping around if he could and there wasn't a room full of sleeping babies.


Splinters ears and whiskers do their happy flutter of laughter, " and rather unique." listening for the reasoning behind the name, fully supporting the choice and excited as Michelangelo was to hear it.

Grumble grumble.

Casey's in jail. Should have known his luck wouldn't last past the bank and the high roll to start!

His money is sort of in piles. It started out fairly neat like April and Master Splinter had theirs. As the game progresses, the piles will become progressively less neat, and eventually will resemble Mike's.

And RELIEF! And a big grin when April agrees to Shadow! YES! He's practically vibrating in his seat. Oh, they really need to make this happen!

As for why that name? Casey just sort of shrugs.

"I had a buddy when I was a kid. Went by Shadow. Always liked it. And, like, you guys are all shadows. Just... seems right?"

Sure, the kid wasn't actually named Shadow, it had been a nickname, but Casey still liked it as a name, and he sort of figures it works for either a boy or girl.

April reaches over at the grumble grumble, it seems a move to move closer to Casey but she also brushes his thigh closest her with her hand and squeezes the muscle there smiling at him, " awwww that is really sweet and cool a reason to choose that name and my reasoning is almost the same, aside the nickname of a friend, but because our green bros and cool grey dad are shadows." she beams and well yes she hopes some time she will start feeling 'that' whatever it was that alerted other women to being preggo.


Splinter flicked his ears in that way that meant he was very very touched and delighted, " Those are... strange but really honoring reasons to choose the name Shadow, I like it, seems fitting."


Mike maaaaaybe waves a get out of jail free card towards Casey - waggling brows, wanna buuuy? it says - between moments of googley nawwwws and wide round eyes, " that is really really cute you guys I mean, suuuuuuuuuuuper cute!" eagerly and well sort of bouncing on his seat content brothers will be home soon.

Oh, the TEASE!!! She's amazing. Casey very much enjoyed that squeeze to the thigh!

Don and Leo are taking way too long! Casey is very close to saying bugger all, and taking April to the bedroom right now! Though he settles for a grin as April approved of his reasons for the name.

Casey laughs at Splinter calling the reasons somewhat strange.

"Yup, since the rest of this family is so very normal." A variety of reasons, but he pretty much considers every single person here abnormal! He doesn't consider abnormal to be bad though. For starters, April is far to amazing to ever be normal. And he's never known anyone as incredible as this family he found himself in. Casey does not, and never has had any desire for normal.

Casey sticks his tongue out at Mike for having that card! No! He doesn't want it! The smart thing would probably be to buy it, but he refuses on principle now!

oooooh resisting? Mike laughs and 'walks' the card towards Casey teeeeasingly... And blowing on the dice toss to try ensuring Casey doesn't get his double and get out of gaol.


Which makes April smack him lightly.


" that we are Casey we will welcome the addition of oddity among our ranks." completely with a straight face.


And only his family of course could see the way his whiskers twitched and those ears that he was internally laughing his cheeky old rat tail off!


" Well - it doooes take special kind of awesome for the oddity addition." April laughs and agrees, sort of! leaving her hand there where it was to keep teasing Casey a bit, thoroughly amused by the teasing going on and so very touched, so happily in love with her hubby and also just vibing on good moods they were so sync for their future kids name! like that was awesome.
