Smothering a giggle.


It was quiet.


The tv playing the last show in Splinters story time line up, he is watching avidly with wide eyes. Tail twitching.


And there a Casey and April thoroughly pinned under that turtle pile she and Don had experienced,Ian and Malcolm stretched over both laps, Duncan and Randal curled up in a lap each,Ike a bundle of kitty hybrids happily napping, if either April or Casey rub a head or a foot or a plastrons or shell they are rewarded with tiny nap churrs and waggy tails.


Elena might be the reason they crashed out hard after intense king of the Mt Casey games. She found to her delight and thanks to April a book on the human skeletal system, one of those old school non fiction books and was trying to read it, not noticing the audience she had bossily ordered to be good boys was snoozing away.


Duncan perhaps lying mostly her way across laps indicating he had tried to listen the longest! He had been fascinated!


Lilo was near the kitchen table where her laptop was, a modified experiement tracking computer clearly she was typing up her needed assignment there and had paused it open and the many pages document on Hawaiian political history going well, but she was reading a sourced paper on her phone and pacing around the table. Erica wonders if Leo had briefly stopped with Lilo before, probably getting a happy to be distracted cheek smooch?


Haley was out, but she had dragon business to attend to, patrolling, reports to do, her family to contact and appraise somewhat of the situation, probably not yet telling them about her son's. That she wouldn't until their fathers where ready Erica knew.


And by the sounds from the Dojo, Mikey, Donnie boy and Raphie we're still in there. She won't hurry Don, and will go with him to Dojo to see if that's where he goes. Though not to join.

For the most part, Casey doesn't seem to mind being under the pile of babies. His left arm fell asleep some time ago, but he's not bothered. He's had worse. And they'll probably get up soon! Right? How long can they possibly sleep?

Ah well. Casey actually enjoys Master Splinter's stories more than he lets on. Or... at least so he thinks.

Leo had, in fact, stopped by Lilo to perhaps both distract and refocus her attention. Yes, a brief kiss as her class had ended either as he had headed into the dojo, or during a brief escape to collect an item that had been removed at some point.

For a guy with no formal education, it might have been a little surprising that he knew to ask her about homework. And would have definitely suggested she work on it while he put his brothers through their paces in the dojo!

So yes, a brief distraction, and definitely a kiss before doing the big sibling thing and making sure she'll do her homework! He will leave her with a deep churr, and a request to read her paper when she's finished! He would actually find the topic very interesting.

And if she's at least close to finished by the time he's done in the dojo, maybe they can get over to Hawaii as she had mentioned earlier. And who knows, maybe a little play time in there somewhere.

Leo knows that Haley's family deserves to know about the kids, and he's pretty sure she understands what his concerns and worries are. He will trust her judgement as far as how much she thinks she can tell who.

Don is amused by the pile of kids, and that Elena is reading the book that had to be April's doing.

"I guess I'd better brush up on my anatomy..." is whispered to Erica when he spots the book Elena has.

He did hear his brothers in the dojo, and does head that direction. Leo will send him off to the side to do a brief warm up before joining in. Don is mindful of his already somewhat battered hands, and if he's not very much mistaken, Leo was keeping his morning in mind when he assigned tasks and forms.

With a playing laugh and flirty smile Erica had manged a moment to lean over as they left the garage and rejoined the main room and took in the scene, a playful mwhahahaha soft and low just for Don, eye brow wiggle and all, he cooould take that to mean someday, sometime he will be on his shell adorable as he had been and she will take full advantage and plastron and spot and... maybe more naughty rubbies him into blissful oblivion!

And if he did take it that way he would be spot on!


The play flirtiness fades a bit and becomes loving and she nods, " yes please? she is fascinated with it and I fear soon her knowledge will surpass my own and it will frustrate her." having the cool professor Don there will help fuel the young eager minds - Duncan too she suspected would relish and thrive with it too - and indeed even the alllmost prof tone made Erica happy and listen in that way that was adoring and trying to learn at the same time because he is a compelling teacher!


And she will follow to the Dojo but only to watch him get started and share a brief 'thank you' grin to Leo - not that she suspected he really wanted to wake Don, more of just thanks for the time together and time for Don to rest and relax.


And a moment to admire the beginning warm up of Don, and his brothers and DonnieBoy at work. Then slipping away to stop being a distraction and go back to the lounge, then the kitchen to make something light for lunch, sandwiches she had noticed a collection of breads left over so it will be a mix of sandwiches, and just whatever fillings she can find for them, pickles, cool meat and cheese, pp and j and a salad variety. Something they can do without stopping today too much. Especially with she suspects Leo wanting to push on in the dojo to make up for a few days of disrupted practices, and the kids will want to play on... Lilo and Haley were busy and she would be shortly.


It was Good Leo stopped by and gave Lilo a minor break, she had been concentrating. Stitch is beside Splinter. She blushed a little when Leo asked to read through her work, but then again Erica and Haley have asked in the past for similar as she and Haley have reviewed Erica's performances or songs before she turned them in for grades and likewise herself and Erica for Haley's ballet or her violin concertos, so as much as she blushed she had -


maybe agreed?


Or tried past the sort of breathless swoon Leo seemed to cause her to do so easily - like how?!


She had not even ever been that way over Keonie! and she had the biggest crush on him forever!


Though she enjoys the way even such a brief friendly stop by makes her stomach feel like she swallow live fish and their in her belly wriggling about! And she almost left her spot to follow him to dojo - Leo might have been amused (and she certainly was!) by her own 'Oh!' moment and turning back to her work!


The kiddoes will nap for another half an hour of the sounds of Erica in the kitchen making a platter of sandwiches for them, Splinter, Stitch, Casey and April. A smaller plate for Lilo to munch whilst she worked and a platter aside for the big boys plus Haley when she was back and ready to eat. And the first one to wake is Liam - bright blue eyes just sort of suddenly popping open to gaze up at Casey and April, stretching out slowly. A wag of his little blue tail.


April grins feeling him move, bumping Casey' lightly with her elbow, she was not sure if he had been paying more attention to Elena's determine attempt to read or Splinters shows but just encase he doesn't notice at first the mini Leo doing a very Leo thing of just suddenly being awake and perky judging by his little grin. And juuuuust in time for Elena to finally close the book with a tada! She had not read it all perfectly and April had to help her over a lot of the words but for a five year old she did fine! Better than fine impressive reaally.

Mike gave the watching Erica a flirtatious sort of grin and showed off the muscles working - but it's in play so as not to make Don flustered or jealous in any way. And it's an intense session. Perhaps not as difficult as the obstacle course but very intense in that Leo's found, as their father would have, that perfect balance of keeping their minds and bodies on the task of completing katas, and these are advanced ones, perfect.


Mike is managing without being too fast or out of tempo with the others and not adding extra flair as he normally would.


Raphie is on task without being forceful in movements. These katas not only require thought and being in tune with the body but are also more elegant than brute force.


And even DonnieBoy is managing, even if again sometimes he goes with a more familiar form, but he is listening and watching and only instinctively moves into the version of the forms more familiar to his world out of habit, not from not watching Leo or not watching the others.

Don isn't entirely certain if he's sort of afraid of that look, or really, really looking forward to her making good on that sort of promised flirty threat. Either way, it is a mystery for another time, and for now there is a light, bashful amusement.

There's a soft chuckle at the idea of Elena getting frustrated when she surpasses Erica's understanding of the skeleton.

"It's probably not so much a frustration with surpassing a parent's knowledge as it is a frustration with being blocked and unable to find an answer. If she has resources available to her, she can search on her own."

Don is almost entirely self taught. He was definitely a challenge in his own right and probably schooled Master Splinter in the proper pronunciation of a word based on its language of origin before he was 7. Science and math, he was mostly on his own by 6.

A young Donnie with interesting material to learn was a content and calm Donnie. He was easily left and forgotten in a corner of the lair, and could entertain himself for hours.

A young Donnie with a question he couldn't find an answer to was dangerous. That Donnie would experiment to find the answer on his own. A child has too little experience from which to draw common sense conclusions. This led to several disastrous and many more near disastrous incidents in the lair and surrounding tunnels before Master Splinter found the perfect way to slip materials in and out of the library and various other locations.

A young Donnie without a question, or one asked to do math with his brothers was probably BORED. This was also a dangerous state. A bored young Donnie is more dangerous than a bored Mikey, though so long as appropriate precautions were taken, it was decidedly more rare.

So yes, something of a voice of experience here, and Don will make sure to dig out or acquire plenty of reading material for Elena to peruse in addition to making sure he can point her in the right direction for whatever she's looking for.

Don isn't particularly flustered by Mike's showing off, slightly, but not enough to be really bothered. Just enough to jam an elbow into that sensitive spot on Mike's side when the opportunity presents itself. And after his nap, even Don is pretty on point during the remainder of the session.

Despite himself, Casey had been engrossed in Master Splinter's stories! He does notice when April bumps him and he spies the now wide awake child. And the still groggy, not quite awake other boys.

"Yup, you're definitely Leo's kid." Snuggles for Liam, and to the others to help with gentle waking. Then it's probably time for a trip to pee.

Leo had been amused by the brief interaction with Lilo. And he's happy that she's doing her work, and is very much looking forward to some time with her after their training session! Hopefully a chance to read that paper, and maaaaybe even actually slip off to Hawaii for a bit.

There had been a bit of a raised eye ridge when Lilo had tried to follow him instead of actually starting the paper she had said she would. But when she realized what she'd done and was turning back, he chuckled and shook his head before heading back to the dojo. It had been adorable!

Yep, definitely looking forward to a little more time with her.

Leo will actually keep the session going for a while after the kids wake again. By the time he finally calls an end to the session, the kids will probably have had time for a loo trip, and made their way into the dining nook to enjoy their sandwiches. Erica's decision to go with some options that could be enjoyed in a free moment had been a good one.

Leo sensed a change in the activity level in the lair, and responded accordingly. And it had been a great session. He's pleased with how it went. They're all pretty well worn out, but in a good, post-workout way. By the time the kids are ready to play, some of his brothers will be too.

And Leo does make a final decision as they come to the end of the session.

"Don, if you're up to it, I want you to go spend a little time in DonnieBoy's world."

"Me?!"

Leo nodded. He's still hoping that in addition to the time spent with Erica, that the change of scenery might help. Additionally, Don is probably his best ambassador for excursions like this. Even if he's not big on social gatherings, he typically gets along with others, and doesn't grate nerves they way Mike and Raphie tend to. This is a group they know, so maybe that isn't as important this time, but good practice if something ever comes up again.

"You can play with the kids for a bit if you like before you go, but yes. You."

"Oh, um... okay. I'll go."

Leo nodded a thank you, and released his brothers from the dojo.

A laugh, one that has her own blush all over her cheeks. With a thankful look for those reassuring words about Elena, and she thoroughly trusted Don would understand that and know for sure it was more a lack of finsinft hinge out, being unstimulated that would be the main points of boredom or frustration for a bright little girl -


And a bright little Don son, Duncan.

Erica will definitely be feeling a lot more confident with all that. And giggling on the way past watching the little ones wake placing the kids sandwiches on their eating space

Liam's tail wags so hard at being noticed that his butt wriggles too and making a meh sound at Elena's "Finaaaalllleeee yous sleep foreeeeverrrr! - eeeeeck!" cause little gold Malcolm rolled off laps and groovy, tawny, but giggling pounces at her!


"Did noooo!" Being snuggled and snuggling Liam protests happily jostling further awake a momentarily grumpy faced Randall.

" hahaha and that's definitely a Raphie." April agrees as Erica comes over to help them, mostly by standing up Randall and Duncan.


Duncan making a gasping sound and looking sad faced for a moment, "I is fall sleep! And missed more!" pointing at the book.


Elena cuddles the book that's like half as tall as her. " we can read it again!" eagerly!


"thanks Erica, and aaaaafter Uncle Casey has taken us all to the loo and sandwiches." April says with a laugh, though convincing blue boy to get on the floor and do his happy butt wiggly tail wag takes a moment, then he is so close to Randall he makes his yawny bro complain and Malcolm giggle and try to catch his brothers tail.

Yep kids were definitely awake now!


Splinter seemingly engrossed in his stories still buuuut there may be some camera action and ear, whisker twitching that hint at nawwwws being let loose!


And when the guys are leaving the Dojo Donnie boy a tad excited by Don coming back to his universe, Splinter has tea and sandwiches, Lilo is seated and typing, a water and sandwiches beside her. Freshly loo and had hand washed kids seated munching too!


Splinter looking over even before excitable boys did, [color:d26b=A0522D]"good session?" mostly rhetorical. He can tell by Leo's posture and his brothers relaxed if sliiightly wary looks that it had been a good practice.


And he is certainly not the only one amused by Lilo so focused on her typing that she kept missing her mouth with her sandwich and biting the air, chewing and repeat - hah!


Malcolm and Randal have spotted her and are giggling every time! Then all kids giggling when eager beavers Raphie and Mike reach for the same sandwich and briefly battle over it, and then both losing cause DonnieBoy snuck it whilst excited about how he was sure Don would have ideas for him about the turtle mech!

There is always the chance that Elena and Duncan will be frustrated if they outpace a parent, but Don is pretty sure it would be short lived so long as they have resources and can continue growing and learning. And he is one to encourage learning on their own anyway! So he's glad to see Elena with that almost comically massive book. He is also glad that he had been able to give Erica some reassurance on that front.

Casey is amused as more of the kids wake, and geez is it familiar! Randal's grumps, Duncan's disappointment that he'd fallen asleep during the book, and the wiggly, giggly Malcolm are all far too familiar! Actually the similarities are almost spooky! Though Casey is more amused than anything.

"Yeah, they're a bunch of chips off the old blocks." It's stated with a laugh at the adorable waking little ones!

And he doesn't even grumble about potty duty.

He brings the kids back, bladders emptied, and hands clean and scrubbed, though some of the little fingers might still be a little damp.

Casey looks up as the guys come out of the dojo, but for the most part, he's still enjoying the time with the tots! Though he does hope that he'll get a chance to go topside with Raphie at some point.

Leo smiles at Master Splinter's question as he comes out of the dojo. He nods an agreement, remaining quiet for now with reason. It's plenty to answer the question though. Yes, it had been a very good session! He's pleased with how his brothers had performed! He will gladly give Master Splinter a full report once his stories have ended, and Leo is sure that his voice won't disturb Lilo.

And HA! She keeps missing her mouth! Part of him is tempted to go help her with that, but he keeps back and lets her focus on the rest of her paper. Opting hot to distract her until she is finished. Then he will swoop in just as she's done and kiss her cheek! Somehow knowing she had just finished!

It takes a moment, but Don is starting to get caught up in DonnieBoy's excitement. He does sort of have an inkling about what Leo is doing. He's not quite as aware of the change of scenery thought, but he does sort of get why his brother might use him as an emissary instead of Raphie or Mike. And this trip would be practice more than anything. Don has a feeling he's going to be sent on similar trips if they start interacting with the magical world or other dimensions more.

Don does accept the offered moment with the kids. He doesn't eat more than a few bites of the sandwich, but the earlier meals had been enough to keep his family appeased, and really, he's just using the time to snuggle and interact with the kids. And managed to ask Elena and Duncan about their book. He's going to have to get some help drawing up the kids' skeletons as he's sure one of them will ask eventually. Hopefully the kids are similar to him and his brother, but he already knows they have wings, so there will be some homework on that one.

Once they're finished eating, he will grab his magic bag of tricks, mostly to share some of the smaller items with DonnieBoy. (and maybe partially because one of the pigeon puppets is in it.) And yes. Don very much will have ideas for that Turtle Mech!

Splinter silent chuckles, his stories were winding down so he is turning his full attention on his much fuller, noisier and... so very filled with love home, watching as eager little ones all but crawl all over Don for some moments eager to tell him all about their morning, even if for some of it he was there for!


Duncan and Elena keen and words running over each other as they try to explain favourite bits of the big book - Don would eventually have to gently show them the pages they kept saying where the best with hand bones in focus was the same two page spread.


Mini minds blown in the most adorable way.


Erica is so reassured that she leaves Don and hummmmmms a rather naughty song by the divinyls, breaking only to sings softly as she moves away from him with a breif smooch to cheek and grin.
"A fool could see
Just how much I adore you-" The rest she definitely does not sing out loud! bopping away.

And even so Lilo is soooo focused that until the last sign off which she reads aloud in which she thanks her 'listeners' for the time and becomes immersed in the still there under current of being 'family' of Hawaiian culture that played a huge part in their politics, she has no idea Stitch had come over to help her eat - as in she missed her mouth and her bestie would eat that sandwhich.


She is ripe for the swooping in and smooching!


Erica is bopping off to fetch another sandwich for her.


Haley meanwhile watching beside a grinning Raph Don just gets absolutely swamped in eagerness for affection, and super eager to give affection to little ones!


They're there if he needs a rescue to get out of the mob so he and DonnieBoy can escape!


Splinter will wait for Leo's report patiently.

When Leo left the dojo, he had noted that Lilo was still working. He makes similar notes about the games the kids had been playing and what the others had been up to while he and his brothers had been training. Before he can do anything else, he does have to make his report to Master Splinter.

As their father's stories are ending, Leo moves to do just that as Don moves to go spend a moment with the kids.

Leo gave Master Splinter a quick run down of what they had worked on, and any notes that he had about the various tasks they had done. The katas he had chosen for them to work on, and how sparring had gone. It was a pretty good session for everyone. Sure, some of the usual distractions or small issues still applied, but for the most part, everyone had been pretty focused and working diligently.

A nice switch from how some of the sessions have gone lately.

During his report, he watches the little ones crawl all over Don, and his brother is handling it surprisingly well at the moment. Apparently some decent rest, or perhaps the time with Erica had helped some. At least for now. Leo is amused as Erica kissed Don. Don had sort of held onto her hand for just a moment before letting her go about her tasks while he played with the kids for a bit. And Don didn't catch what the naughty song was. Leo is pretty sure it was naughty.

Casey had sort of kept Liam, Malcolm and Randal entertained for a moment longer while Don had been focusing on Duncan and Elena and their book. He let them show him their favorite sections and filled in any questions they had asked. At one point, he had looked up a little extra information on his phone, but it's only out briefly before he guides them around to playing with the others for a little while before he has to go with DonnieBoy and see DonnieBoy's family for awhile. Casey will drag Raphie and Haley into a game so they can let Don escape.

Afterward the report, Leo does make his way over to Lilo, just as she is finishing up. He waits quietly, listening as she reads the last of her report. And it's Leo quietly, so hopefully unnoticed, and likely to startle when he does swoop in for a smooch.

"I'm convinced."

And an amused smile at Stitch. He does know that Erica had gone off to make another quick bite for Lilo.

"And I'll bet you're weirdly hungry after 'eating' that sandwich."

As Leo was moving to Lilo's side, he could hear Don starting to back away from the kids. He had a good little moment to play, and was hugging them before getting up to join DonnieBoy and head out for a bit.

"Well, shall we do this?" On their way out, he will grab his magic bag of tricks, just because that's what he does when he leaves the lair.

Yes, it does still contain a pigeon puppet.

Could Master Splinter looks any more pleased with the report? Nope.


It meant there was at least the beginnings of a semblance of 'this is the new normal' and that all were beginning to get used to it. The fuller lair, with ladies and kids to boot!


It was a hopeful sign, a good omen and that meant too for mental health as much as physical they all knew.

He thanks Leonardo grateful and glad and proud, slipping off the couch to stretch and take his empty lunch plate and cup to the kitchen and a Mike has been Erica told to do the few dishes, he is. Hah!


He thanks her and moves to have some dojo time of his own, katas like his sons, as Leonardo had described, not too old to do them!


That humming song he doesn't know what still in his ears.


Erica would wait to being over the next sandwich.


As Raphie and Haley fell into playing with Casey, April and kids, Raphie taking a moment as he and his bestie are shoulder to shoulder to rough nudge him, " I think we are out on kraang hunting tonight, maybe plotting a route of trap for them whilst trying to catch a few to try the reprogramming on, gonna stick wide me?" in other words bust head and cause mayhem on the side?!


April heard but won't tell hiding a exasperated sort of find grin.


And all of them, kids included paused to watch Leo sneak up -


And surprise Lilo he did!


"Le ooooh!" it drawn out a bit in a very startled but happy gasp, turning her head at once instinctively to smooch him back she may accidentally get a nostril or a ear hole depending where that landed!


And looks puzzled by his question, as if she hadn't thought on the matter really, and also her very best friend was there smiling ooooh soooo innocently... her belly growls, a blush on her cheeks. " mm oh yes it was the best sandwich, Buuut I am still hungry enough for a bowl of turtle soup." that was maybe particularly naughty to say but it certainly felt like she could eat Leo up indeed. And she was sure all she saw on that towel would at least be half a bowl of soup. Maybe?


Also it's a bit of a flustered response cause he had startled her!


DonnieBoy laughs to himself catching, but nods at Don, "Soooo ready ... man watching you and the little ones... I can't wait to be a dad one day." he would indeed and infact wait until his April was ready for such a thing. He still will be very eager.


Said kiddoes are giggling with Haley and April at Lilo's reaction.

Don had been about to respond to DonnieBoy when Raphie told Casey the plans for the night.

"Kraang hunting? WAAHOOO!!!" Casey knocked a game console off a shelf. It's definitely broken. (again.)

Yup, some things never change.

"Uh... oops?"

"...We should go." And Don rushes DonnieBoy away! He grabs his bag on the way to where the portal opens. Because they definitely need to be gone before Mike is fully aware of what has just occurred. And Don will, of course, repair the game console (again) after he returns. Unless April takes care of it first. But he does not want to get hung up here now by Mike wanting it fixed now!

Lilo got a nostril. Definitely got a nostril. But Leo takes it in stride, He is amused even.

An amused Leo does manage to quickly interject a light, "Stitch certainly seemed to enjoy it." in regards to the sandwich before she could finish her sentence!

And he is clearly pleased with how her sentence ended. Though glad he had managed to interject when he did. It would have been weird.

"All in due time." The words are alllllmost churred to start out with. Yes, a promise of him very much wanting to have a little private time with her at some point soon, but she does need to eat something first, and he's also still very much interested in the quick trip to Hawaii if they can still swing it! "But you still have to have dinner before dessert." It's a tone that's sort of half way between playful and serious!

Oh deaaar Erica sees that and giggles, waving, not sure Don caught it but she did, still on the wonderful post Don professzor voice, snuggle time high and his last hand hold just made it linger all the longer. And well Mike is still busy cleaning so she moves to the console as Raphie slaps Casey's shoulder laughing out loud, she balances the plate and picks up the console to put back. It's broken. But maybe if Mike doesn't notice for a bit he wont hassle Don for it and her sweet turtle had seen it, he will no doubt fix it when he can. Or April, the red haired woman rolled her eyes and helped Erica scoop up the device muttering softly, " I might fiddle with that in a bit and see if I can fix it before Mikey really notices."


After all her goofy lug of a hubby was the one to knock it off the shelf.


At least the little ones were amused, no they don't know what Uncle Casey was wahoooing but they did imitate or roll about giggling.


Raphie decides to not fuss about it... like he knew someone would fix it. And also... Casey just had a habit of doing that!


And there is sniggering from him at Leo and Lilo.


Erica giggles is standing back up with April and nods, " wish I could help, but good thinking." ducking around Casey and Raphie to take Lilo the new sandwich holding it out to Leo and chuckling a bit. " ahem yeah good carbohydrates first Lilo." bit of a tease for the both of them, Leo had managed to interject and most didin't hear all off what Lilo said so Erica can only assume its as naughty as her own thoughts and songs stuck in her head. Naughty in a good way that is.


Lilo is not phased, she just grins and reaches over to ruffle her best friends fur the puzzled look and startled wide eyes all fading to a flirtatious sort of grin and playfulness, " I guess, must have the proper energy afterall... and makes desert all the more worth it." oh a definite yes there will be alone time, and fun and she definitely mean the was the desert. Also playful in that Erica was there with a fresh sandwich too!


Splinters voice comes from dojo - " whatever yous do, don't be more than a few hours." With Don away and kraang hunting later, a few hours for the others to do their own things, play, fool around - visit Hawaiian with pretty islanders...


Then it will be time to come back meet whomever Lee sent over in Don's place, get little ones into bed and kiss goodnight, have a little post dinner and desert pampering with Pleakley and then for the more dangerous part of their night began.

Casey does at least have the good sense to look sheepish about the destroyed game console. He will try to be more careful! He really well!

And he might remember to do so for about the next three minutes.

Leo is moooostly ignoring the sniggering he can hear from the others in favor of keeping his attention on Lilo and their conversation. To look at him you might not realize he noticed it at all. But this is Leo. He did.

He is sort of amused as Erica arrives with that sandwich, right on time! And when Lilo comments about dessert, there's a smirk, and an almost waggled eye ridge over Erica's shoulder where only Lilo can see it.

He will then ruffle the fur on Stitch's head with a chuckle. Very much amused that Stitch had swiped her sandwich in the way he had. It was something he could see Mike doing to... probably Don.

Leo is listening when Master Splinter calls out that they shouldn't be more than a few hours. There was more to get through today. And Leo very much agrees. He will give Lilo time to eat her sandwich, but then they should really get going! Because while he's pretty sure they will only really have time for 'visit Hawaii with pretty islanders, he would very much like at least a little time in there for 'fooling around' too.

DonnieBoy will wait until their through the portal before he bursts out with laughter, " Casey's would be tickled pink to know that is a universal trait amongst them." amused and he knew why Don shuffled them out. Because in his world he would get stuck fixing it too.


And through the portal!

"  Did I hear something break?!" Mike calls from kitchen.

"of course not! And no video games for a week until you and your brothers perform in the Dojo like today."

Making April cover her mouth to stilfe her laughter - that would get Casey off the hook from any retaliation pranks and she or Don plenty of time to fix the console. Hahaha!


Raphie laughs and slaps Casey's shoulder, playfully in that way that usually sparks a mock wrestling between them. Glad his friend wanted to go out and cause trouble. Raphie was almost a domesticated beastly as of late so a bit of rough nighting was just what was needed.


Haley lightly snacks his backside with the tip of her dragon tail, a sort of behave before more things get broke, he hips and she points at the Dojo, take it in there.


She is showing little ones some wing stretches, they are tumbling round under her dragon belly, And when she gruff bumps them with her snout, gently pushing the massive book away little boys began copying her. Elena scrambling up to sit fearlessly on dragon back.

Good with best friends like she had she would need that kinder 'I will just climb a dragon' bravery.

And at the table Erica giggles, she couldn't see Leo's look to Lilo but she could guess and playfully stepped out from between and near them both in a elegant move only dancers or ninjas could manage with that kind of grace. Her next hums where not as naughty, they had a playful vibe. And she moves to join Haley in stretch, of course the way Haley and she moved would be very different looking.


She would return to book deciphering and song writing later.


Lilo chuckled at Leo's brow and that smirk. Okay it makes her squirm in her seat. So that sandwich is not eaten. It's devoured with a small pause at first bite to exclaim in delight to Leo and Stitch. [color=#F08080]"mmmmmm yyyy gloooommmmm peeeanuuuut buttered and bananaaaaa."[color] she offers Leo a bite.


Stitch's flopped ears of happiness stand up cause he catches Erica's small laugh at Lilo's delight, yeeees she choose those toppings as a reminder of the mornings flirting. Though that part had not registered with Lilo just yet. Annnd he eyes the sandwich so hungrily Lilo peels off some crust to share whilst waiting for Leo, it won't survive long this sandwich.

Casey isn't sure if he's allowed to laugh at this since he caused the problem in the first place. Mostly he still looks sheepish, and turns the look to April who will probably be taking the first shot at trying to repair the console.

It's an unspoken 'sorry, Babe.'

And Casey is absolutely about to accept that wrestling invite from Raph! But even though Haley didn't swat him, he gives her the space to clear them out to the dojo. And he does follow Raphie that way!

And tries to tackle him through the door!

Leo can't help but chuckle at the choice of sandwich. That was a pretty overt joke there from Erica! HA! If he hadn't already felt like her friends approved of them together, that would have pretty well sealed their approval in his mind.

Leo will accept that bite of sandwich, but only after Lilo has eaten most of it. Though he's amused that a good bit of even the second sandwich has gone to Stitch! He does actually want Lilo to eat most of the sandwich, so the bite he took was small. Just enough that when he then moves to kiss her, there is still a lingering flavor of that sandwich! Turns out coconut goes nicely with peanut butter and banana.

Though Leo's pretty sure at this point that Lilo's sort of coconut flavor would go nicely with pretty much anything.

Which had been why he waited until she finished most of the sandwich! He's pretty sure that anything that hasn't already been eaten will go to Stitch.

"I suppose we don't have a lot of time. How does this muffin thing work?" And he pulls that baked item Haley gave them for the portal out for Lilo to use.

Thaaaaat loooook just makes April giggle all the harder behind her hand.

And she waves it away with the other. Seriously the guys were more than used to this and well with a whole week to do it thanks to Splinter know they had time to fix it and hoooopefully less Don stress. She might play with it for a bit when boys and Elena are all thoroughly distracted with Erica and Haley.


Very Approved of Leo, very Erica's happy giggling and Haley's dragoness rumble tell him.

There is a laugh and Raphie meets Casey's tackle, he turns and rolls with it - he can be a little rougher than he could with the ladies with Casey but not as rough as he would with one of their shelled brethren.

Ooooooh she beams at Leo, " seee thats - oooooohmmmmmm." caught in that kiss.


When Leo ends it, she can't find it in her to pull away and it was a good choice to wait until she had eaten most of the insides of the sandwich because his kiss would have made her forget what she was doing. And it did. She sighs happily, " I thiiiink I am becoming a tea addict... or a Leo addict..." cause he certainly had that flavor.


Stitch sniggers and hops on the spot. " Naga, come!" little alien declares paw out for the little hard-baked biscuit and if handed over he will leap off table and roll to the garage... if not he will still leap off table and roll -


that interrupted Lilo's attempt to answer. " uh right should probably do it else where... it's pretty simple just think of where you want to go or say it out loud and toss the muffin on a surface to open the portal it's actually pretty impressive magic." she is not managing to keep her excitement out of her voice or keep from giving him a lighter happy kiss, offering Leo her hand to take her away, follow Stitch back to the Island of Kauai eager to show him off to Nani and David, to her cousins. Eager for play time in the sands as they wait for the toddler task force to assemble.

Leo did manage to pull away, and there is a soft chuckle at her becoming an addict.

"I was just thinking similar about coconut."

And maybe pulling away was only possible because he was definitely intending finding time for a little more later!

Leo actually looks maybe just a little bit nervous as Lilo explains the muffin... biscuit... portal thing.

He still doesn't understand how the venom was mistaken for vanilla extract, and part of him doesn't want to.

There is maybe a sliiight hesitation about handing the thing to Stitch. He won't eat it, right? Yeah, surely Stitch knows better. But he does give the alien the muffin and takes Lilo's hand, hurrying after the quickly rolling Stitch with her! If he's honest, he is actually a little nervous about this trip, but excited too!

Her laugh was open and she grins for a moment marvelling this unique beautiful young man was all hers.


A laugh at his sort of worried expression, but as eager as Leo, by the time the were right there with him Stitch had eagerly tossed the portal cookie and it 'shatters' against the wall opening a hole, into which they could see a morning beach scene. It's the one at the bottom of the hill from her home. And Stitch is waving for them eagerly.


She grins and keeps Leo's hand, turning as they near the portal to step through, other hand cupping Leo's cheek and bringing him with her and to her lips for a kiss so he is flooded with more coconut taste and the fresh sea smells. No rotting weeds or fish just salty spray from waves and the dew of a early morning.

As the cookie 'shatters' on the wall, Leo can't help a soft, "whoa," from escaping. In other circumstances he might have, but with just Lilo and Stitch here, he's free to show that awe at the weird portal.

And the scene on the other side is beautiful!

Having been taught from his very earliest days not to be caught out in the open, Leo is just a little hesitant and on edge as they first step through the portal. He has to remind himself that he's in a place where Stitch and his cousins apparently pass as dogs.

And the guy with way too many eyes and the one with an antenna stalk on his head and too many legs somehow manage to pass for people.

He's probably fine.

But where they are it's pretty quiet, and Leo allows his appreciation to show.

He returns that kiss, and it's incredible! Even more so surrounded by her home, which smells and feels so different from home! This is a place where Lilo belongs, and her scents complement the surroundings, unlike New York where she stands out.

"It's so... clean." That sounded stupid, but well... Leo's a New Yorker. He's used to pollution. That it's missing really stands out.  "It's beautiful." Is second.

Lilo giggles. Delighted, still tasting on her tongue and -


Gasp


Stepping back to the limits of where their hands could remain held. The blue beach ball zoomed away a bits but Lilo is


Stuuuunned.

And looking about the garage where they were in interest and as she is here under Raph's guidance not the other way around she waits for him to lead the way out into the lair of these other turtles.

"You wish." Raph commented, amused at Shini's retort. Though he is more than aware that she is quite capable of holding her own.

Raph makes a face at the piles of product in the box.

"What is this stuff?" He does manage not to poke around in the box, but it's a close thing, and at least partially driven by a wariness about the products in the box.

But that's not why they're here.

Raph isn't silent about heading out into the main lair to meet the other group of turtle, but he's mostly quiet. Just enough noise that a fellow ninja will recognize that he's making an effort to not be sneaking about.

Shini does lean over to look and is intrigued, "Beauty products. Maaaybe the guys here are intending to treat their ladies to a pampering?" guessing mostly based that Lee often does so for her and Karai and openly in front of his brothers or alone whether they tease him a little for it of not.


She is half way through that thought following Raph out and awwwwing -


Splinter is guiding eager little ones through stances, just stances.


Raphie notes his counterpart and grins waving him and the witch over. " come on over, Casey and I got a trip too side planned if your up for it -"


Shini grins and waits for Raph to go over calling back to the larger Raphie. " Sounds like fun and thank you for warm welcome, um I am here to see Haley?" Annnnd oooooh those little boys! But she definitely won't break the concentration of five little ones around the rat, so like their Splinter in the aura he exuded but so very different too.


Raphie ahs outloud swatting playfully at Casey, April had dragged them off to do a little more work on the second bathroom, then sent them away to do some of the fiddly bits herself and told them to go away to blow off some steam -


And have each other's backs!


So it was perfect timing that Raph and Shini turned up now. He nods and waves a hand, " Haley is out but if you want to come with us it's cool or um I can make you a drink of your choice and wait here, Erica is about somewhere." he glances about -


There he points, Don's lady like him off in her own world dragon book in her arms phone on the open page probably recording her as she is mouthing something away. " want anything for the road Raph?" grin his counterpart didn't have to come but he suspected he would and well a coke or Pepsi or juice to go was the ticket.


Splinter chuckles guiding Elena to make a proper fist, " Good afternoon Rapheal." politely to this other Rapheal not glancing up and his tail turning Randall's foot the right way in his stance, gentle.

Raph makes a noncommittal grunt at Shinis explanation of the ridiculously large package of beauty products.

"Guess someone goes all out."

Raph also awwws briefly at the kiddoes! Though he covers it a bit once the others notice his and Shini's presence. And as they made their way into the lair proper, if Raph seems to be taking the long way around wherever Splinter is, well... It's actually pretty subtle for him.

But there's a legitimate grin at the offer of a trip up top!

"Oh yeah. That sounds great!" Because Raph is a Raph, and topside is always a good time!

Well... almost always.

As Raphie is talking to Shini, Raph is watching the kids do their stances. It's adorable. He turns back to Raphie when he's addressed again.

"Sure, Coke sounds great." Or Pepsi, or whatever soda they have on hand. Raph's not particularly picky on that front.

There is a bit of an automatic come to attention when Splinter addresses him! Raph isn't quite sure what to call this other Splinter though! He can't quite bring himself to address him as anything specific at all. He is respectful with his tone though when he responds with a simple, "Good afternoon." Just matching the initial greeting, not sure what else to say.

Yup, definitely looking forward to the topside trip. This is awkward.

Raphie grins and slaps Casey's shoulder, a light shove towards Raph, " I'll get the drinks going, you and Raph goodnight the kiddoes before we head out?" cause it is possible the others will join them on the run so a chance to hang with the sweeties and Splinter for a moment, juuuuust a moment more awkward for Raph.


Or just a little as Shini asks him if a hot sweet but strong milk tea can be had. He gestures a sure and hurries to do that.


Splinter meanwhile sees there is a moment and politely gestures for Raph and Shini to come over, the little ones were looking at them and eager and wide-eyed. " Come could use a slight hand or two for a moment to help these eager beavers stand strong." gentle, Raph doesn't have to address him as anything but Splinter if he wants to and he won't mind or force anything.


Shini eeeee's hurrying over immediately! " oh yes please they are the cutest! I never ever considered before about having any myself but now... one day Lee will make me some cute ones too..." giggling, one-day long time away in the future! but yes watch out Lee!


Splinter chuckles and just so Raph can come closer to the little ones and not have to be too close to himself he shuffles a bit side ways to take care of Ducnans wriggling toes and the whys the kiddo has about whhhhhy he has to stand like this?

Why does that make it harder for some one to push you over?


why does it help him move?


There were a lot of questions!


Whereas Raph could choose to help a bouncy Malcolm or a blushing Randal or both as Shini moves to rub Liam's little head and grin at Elena, among the boys and in her chosen outfit - batman shit and ballet tutu. hahaha - awesome

"You got it." Casey knuckles Raphie's arm as he moves to go get drinks, and Casey heads toward the kids. Raph follows him, but is hesitant.

Those who know him or who are perceptive about that sort of thing will catch a moment of defiance in his eyes. It's on principle more than anything. A desire to keep his distance from this other Splinter.

Not that he has a real reason to. This other Splinter is very different from his own, but also just similar enough. It's so close, but so very far too.

But there is also exceptionally few reasons that Raph would ever tell a Splinter 'no'. Regardless of what universe that Splinter is from.

Especially one like this who he knows has been nothing but kind to Raph's own family!

So Raph moves along in Casey's wake, and adding to Splinter sort of shuffling off to the side, Casey is also between Raph and Splinter. Casey might not have done a whole lot of training under Master Splinter, but what the kids are learning now, even Casey is more than capable of. And he's mostly just trying to help keep them on task anyway. Especially Malcolm who Casey moves to assist with.

"Show me what you got, Malcolm!" It's probably louder than is truly appropriate.



"Randal, right? Shall we do this thing?"

Raph does find a spot at the other end, away from where Splinter is tackling Duncan's myriad questions. Questions that are more adorable than Raph would ever admit aloud.

If Randal allows it, Raph will rub his little head briefly before stepping up and helping the little, red child with his stance.

Randal shuffles his feet a little but nods a little tail waggle at the rubbing on his head. " liiiii dis?!" eagerly, if shyly too and maybe a glance at his brothers and Elena but most of his attention is on Raph and trying to place his little feet as shown, if a little off and not with enough stance in his knees to be a proper solid footing.

Splinter pretends not to notice, and as he does he reminds himself his own Raphie might react as such if he were officially and properly gone and his red-wearing son was faced with another Splinter from another world... yeah he understood as much as he could, and lets it not bother him the distance the slightly smaller Raph puts between them. Though it is a good moment for Randal.

He is carefully fielding Duncan's still-coming questions. This time about why the Ratpa had fur, different numbers of fingers and toes, and such a long tail. Well, this was familiar so he gives the same answers he used to give Donatello once upon a time and sometimes still had to field a random curious question or more of thinking out loud as his intelligent son was capable of discovering answers on his own.


Raphie will wait in the doorway for a few moments just grinning, yep the kiddoes were adorable, watching the others enjoy a moment just hanging, helping his dad teach stances. Just stances. It was the bare basics, and so ingrained in himself and his brothers that those stances were instinctive to them all, and had saved their lives countless times.

Raph grins at the tot.

"That's pretty good!" He kneels down to Randal's level. "Check this out!" He encourages a slight adjustment, then hops up and matches the stance, bending his own knees slightly, and encouraging Randal to do the same!

It's easier to focus on Randal, and so he does. Though he did take a moment to make sure he was teaching Randal the way that Splinter was teaching Duncan. He has heard there are slight style differences between their own ninjitsu and this other group.

He is aware that Raphie is over there in the doorway, but he's not particularly concerned about it, and is rather enjoying this moment with the red boy.

When he checks Raph will see Master Splinter is not actually directing either Shini or Casey to exactly match him. Why?


Adaptability - the earlier he can show the toddlers to adapt - the better. And if that happened just through the small differences in stances, shifts of weight, and teaching styles each teacher that choose to come and give them a hand - well to Splinter that was the icing on the cake. He taught adaptability in weapons yes... but perhaps had he been able to expose his sons to more teachers throughout their lives, well as taught by sending Leonardo to the Ancient One perhaps his sons would have had more and varying tools in their collective arsenals for varying types of trauma. It might not have gotten that far with Leonardo before he knew he needed help. Or this far with Donatello only now accepting and reaching out for help himself. Raphael and Michelangelo seeeeemed more straight but they had their own problems to deal with and for now, the distraction of the kiddoes may just be a stop-gap...


Then again in hindsight and twenty-twenty and all that as the peoples like to say...


And at the time the mutant rat had done what he genuinely had to, to keep his sons safe and teach them how to defend themselves. And also... keeping himself safe. He has learned right along with his sons more about the outside world and people as a mutant, not just a humble rat.


So whilst he does give Raph a nod and smile, he doesn't correct or points out the imperfections of Casey or Shini even if they do make the efforts to make the kiddoes both focus and be as true to form as possible.


And delights with a tail tip twitch in the way Malcolm reaches automatically to play with Casey's chin, so he would have to be reminded to focus hahaha, and Liam actually spots the slight difference in the way Shini stands, and for a moment dithers on the spot switching between the way she centered her body to how he had just been shown by Master Splinter... Duncan at his feet asking if which foot matters... or 'madders' as the kid wondered curiously and over there a Randal looking amazed and copying Raph as best he could - eagerly, a little less shy now that Raph had come down to his height if briefly!


" dis?" little red guy would lisp happily, mostly in perfect stance... if a little wobbly cause his tail was wiggle waggle there...


Erica pauses over there smiling, watching the crew near Raphie, and giggles - both of them had balanced their current tasks over one of their arms, the others grabbing phones to get a picture or two of the adorableness of the way the kiddoes looked up and paid attention - Elena in moooostly perfect stance, the ooooh soooo serious face in place.

Raph finds it sort of curious that... Splinter seems fine with the varying styles that the kids are being shown. That he is teaching adaptability hasn't occurred to Raph yet. He does relax a little though, and is a little more comfortable in what he's showing Randall.

Actually, he didn't even see this Splinter stop Malcolm from playing with Casey's chin. Casey didn't stop the little guy right away either. Instead, he let the child have the moment of distraction before setting the tot to task again. Maybe the light appeasement would work? Raph's seen that sort of thing work occasionally, so long as you don't let it go too far.

As Randal corrects his positioning, Raph grins!

"Now you got it!" And he kneels down again, and he lightly, playfully boffs the waggly tailed little boy in the shoulder now that his stance is corrected! A congratulatory gesture, done lightly enough that it definitely shouldn't hurt the little guy. Juuuust enough to show how much better his balance is now in this position!

And goodness the little guy is too cute!

Master Splinter smothers a chuckle showing the way this stance leads into the next. Indeed trusting to Casey to keep the little Mikey look a like on task and pleased when the brief moment is indeed enough to help make the little guy focus for a bit.


And he doesn't mind as Raphie is moving among them next to place down drinks.


Erica is over there is the book, singing something..


Raphie grins as Randal grins, giggling at Raph's affection tap his little tail almost ruining his stance, and making the move to the next a bit wobbly! but hey he is getting there and form does look good under Raph's directions. " soooooo tried for one with your lady?" he whisper teases Raph, ooonly sort of joking, cause yeah man don't we Raphies just make the cutes bubs?... and big ones... Randal definitely the taller and heavier of his little troop.

Casey is actually pretty good at managing to keep a rambunctious Mike-child relatively on task. At least as on task as said child is capable of being. He might be fairly good at it because he happens to have a similar attention span. Casey is still distractible, even now. He has gotten better as he's grown up a bit, but it's more because he's aware of this particular trait and makes effort to at least bring things back around when need be.

So he's having a lovely time helping the adorable, and fun, little Malcolm!

Raph is mostly focused on the task he'd been assigned. He's trying not too think too much about who he's helping run the kids' session. It's just... not something he wants to think about.

He is paying enough attention that when Raphie comes around with drinks, he notices, and he gives his counterpart a slight nod of acknowledgement.

Raph can't help but smile at the little, wobbly, waggy tailed Randal!

"You're doing great. Keep that up, and soon you'll be kicking Daddy Raphie's shell." Mostly encouragement to the kiddo. Some tease to Raphie.

He half shrugs at Raphie's question as he shows Randal the stance again, sliding naturally into his slightly different pose, and showing it once again for Randal to mimic.  "He's a big, strong guy, just as he should be!" And there's just a little extra attention for Randall.

"Well, I already have Chompy, and Mona's been off planet a lot recently." There's a slight, sad smile when he's talking about Mona. He misses her.

"Definitely not opposed to more." Raph admitted. He's not quiiiiiiiite ready to admit to Raphie that there have been a couple times where they didn't use the sort of protection they probably should have, because having a kid or two doesn't actually sound bad to them. But they weren't actively trying either.

Raphie laughs as little Randall gives them both the most Raphael response to that with an excited "oh yeeeeah!!"


He whispers, " oooh noooo I will have to watch my tail!" totally Mikey worth shudder of future terror! Followed by a happier grin and nod. " That's terrible she gone... For the moment but great for make up and catch ups later yeah? Hehehe good luck with that." if not in actually succeeding making the kids but having a blast in any case.


Splinter laughs and nods relaxing. "Agreed. Alright Big. Ones help little ones bow, go wees and wash hands to come settle here and watch cartoons." dismissals for all to go do what needs doing.


April grins watching, amazed and amused and all the flutters watching her turtles, brothers and the pretty witch Shini plus her Hubby work with Splinter. Help him get kiddoes to bow.


All clumsy cause their little and excited and Mike goes away to get popcorn.


April intends to gather all those left in lair that's not Ratpa or Splinter and work a bit more on the new bathroom for Don. Of course Erica may not be plumbing or mechanically or engineering minded still she had hands and under April direction and guidance they could get a bit more done on the placements at least of piping and this way Erica would have a little practice to give Don a hand too.


So soon enough once kiddoes are sort and snuggled and settled with Ratpa and Mike on popcorn and tea and drink duty a cartoon is on.


Raphie waits for Casey and Raph to be ready and once they were they sneak out of the lair.

"Heck yeah, you will!" Raph laughed. Because Randal was adorable! And he agreed! He is certain that the day will come that DaddyRaphie will definitely have to watch his tail or it will be kicked by the kid!

Probably won't be for awhile yet, but someday!

He nods, maybe slightly wistful! He does look forward to when Mona gets back! And she really hasn't been gone more often than usual, it's really just that she's gone now, and it always seems like forever.

"Thanks, Man," is genuine, even if teh phrasing had been a little vague. Raph is definitely happier when Mona is around. But he turns to Randal again when Splinter speaks.

"I think he means us." And he bows. It's been awhile since he's bowed to end a session, but he does know how and does it well and respectfully, demonstrating for the tot next to him.

Casey bows with extra flair, as he demonstrates for Malcolm. He fully expects Malcolm to respond similarly.

Both Raph and Casey take their young charges to wash hands and get ready to chill for a little while. Raph does hesitate a bit so he's sort of following. He's not entirely certain where the bathroom is just yet.

But it doesn't take long for the kids to get settled with Mike and Splinter, enjoying the popcorn and the show! As they're getting ready to head out, both Raph and Casey at different times can be spotted, just sort of watching the kids fondly for a moment as they enjoy the quiet time.

Then both are ready to follow Raphie out for some much needed topside time!

Raphie will wait until he has quietly ninja -ed the two roughians away from the lair, more ninja-ed on behalf of Casey and having met young Casey Raphie is sure Raph knows the quiet gush fests over the video captures of mini sons doing their best to imitate bows was the distraction until they got away from the lair and outskirts.


Showing Liam's slooooow exaggerated attempt, Duncan why and why the entire time, Randal trying to be so cool like this awesome Raph so like his dad's, and Malcolm almost face planting his attempt! But so happy and giggling when Elena flourishes her curtsey with Doctor Jones.


Raphie is grinning by the end and signalling they have reached the out of bounds with a laugh and proud. " Casey here is going to make us another girl soon for sure! To add to all this cuteness."

And along with the now they can tease and taunt at normal volume is the tucking of phone away and setting a jog pace. " gonna check last place had Kraang and work out way out from there looking for a base if they moved."[/color]

Raph and Casey pretty easily follow Raphie as they head away from the lair. Casey is at least familiar with the drill, and while he does use the distraction to help keep him quiet, he would probably be mostly okay.

Raph is doing a pretty good job of following Raphie's trail, so he manages to get through the security system as he should.

Casey tripped sensor 12 again. Mike might notice sometime before Don gets back. Or perhaps Raph saw it happen and will turn it off when he checks his phone. Luckily Don keeps that one on silent, so it just pops up a notification on their phones until someone turns it off. No alarms to scare the kids.

Raph chuckles when Casey flushes a little at Raphie's tease! Though it was well earned, and possibly (hopefully?) true!

"Didn't you guys say Cody is a Jones? Definitely a boy!" Well, not really. Women keeping their last name and passing it down was becoming more common. Not normal yet, surely, but there's time yet.

Raph nods at the night's plan of attack.

"Sounds good to me." Especially if they get to hit something. And with a crew like this? Well, he's pretty sure the opportunity will present itself one way or another.

Raphie laughs and turns down tunnels that will lead to the street side garage to take the old taxi out for a spin, mostly to cover the distance quickly and well a taxi will mostly blend and as long as they have the light dimmed to indicate passengers no one will hail them too much, room for a third in the back seat or on the bench seat with the other two and they can park it mostly inconspicuously to go a searching.


For heads to bash, bots to crack or hideouts - it's all fair game this late afternoon, early evening. And promises to be a couple of hours good steam off fun especially with his counterpart in the mix! " waaaays in the future man and he did have the O'Neill tech... So I think both names will be around in the future a lot... but for now... bet it's a girl, come on bet me..." teeease and jaunt to get them to play along and grin at Raph.

Kraang are mostly trying to make the upper floors of the construction site a cool little hideout and base of operations, the lower floor still holding their noisey parties it provided cover for the noise of the bots.


First KraangPrimeNew trying to organise decidedly biligerent turtles and still repetitive hive minded underlings to set searches of the underground and above ground. Not sure thanks to visits in Lee's and Leonardo's dimensions just where abouts this one's turtles would choose to hide out.


And the future turtles claimed their originals had been in the fancy penthouse in the future.


Hmmmm, at least the Purple Dragons were of help - as it were ... Damned thugs.


Though no luck finding the girls.


And the Foot refused to help. Not in the way persay but not helpful!

"A... taxi?" Raph's tone is sort of carefully neutral, though it's surprising that the vehicle Raphie was choosing seemed to be just a normal taxi. And sort of a beat up one at that.

Though he supposed it did blend in better than the Shell Raiser did.

As Raphie starts egging Casey into a bet, which he took.

"You're on!"

Though Raph finds it a little conspicuous that they didn't set terms. He supposes they have some sort of standing bet. Raph and KidCasey used to bet the same $5 bill back and forth fairly often.

The area they were in did seem a pretty good bet for finding heads to bash, so Raph is glad of that, but he can't help but be somewhat confused by the bet that his counterpart had just made with Casey!

"How far in the future we talkin'?" Sure, he and his brothers had done a bit of time traveling themselves, but this sounded different.

Raph hadn't been tehre for the mental contact with the Dark Turtles. He'd heard a bit about it, but beyond a couple allies, it hadn't really seemed relevant so he hadn't paid much attention.

Raphie grins and gestures, " yep a taxi, it has some cool hidden features that ks to Don and a friend of ours - wanna drive?" what better way to sit beside him or sandwiches on the front bench seat with him and Casey and be able to easily point out cool little additions that the brains popped into the car.


Annnnd a nudge at his counterpart, " want in on the bet Casey here will make a girl first? It's a five dollar buy in and usually April has the bank so if you win the fifteen is yours... though not sure if that money be good across universe's, but maybe the Kraang have a way to exchange? If not they should start for sure." that last bit was thoughtful but he is keen to include his spicy self in the mischief as well as skull bashing.


And as they climb in he dooooes offer the option to drive again and if Raph wants to will slip in middle knowing Casey will probably squeeze in, if not he will hop in behind the wheel and encourage the two in.

"Drive?" The way he says this word should be alarming even to Raphie. There is far too much eagerness in that single word! He is shocked that Raphie would ever suggest that he might be allowed to drive! Raph is almost NEVER allowed to drive, and for good reason.

Even Casey has the sense to be a little concerned about this tone!

"You... uh... sure that's such a good idea?"

"I'm a great driver!" Definitely words only said by terrible drivers.

Raph laughed at the bed and Raphie's attempt at trying to figure out exchange rates. He's still high on the possibility of driving! Oh, please! Keys please!

"Tell you what. If it's a girl, I'll buy Pizza Gyoza. If it's a bpy you buy me... whatever your favorite weird food is." There, exchange rates eliminated! And actually, Raph doesn't see either way as really losing, though he is taking Raphie's side in the bet!

"That sounds super weird, but I'll take that bet." Casey has definitely had more than his fair share of weird foods! Though he's pretty willing to try new things.

Meh it will be fine he hands them over.


And gets comfy chuckling and nudging Casey, and hoping to worry him a bit in a teasing way. " hey could be we all lose cause you are gonna have a pigeon pair of twins!" soooo brightly! And gestures for his counterpart to drive!

"Sweeeeeeet!" Raph is definitely too excited about having the chance to drive! He snatches the offered keys away and hurries to the driver's seat, not quite poking at the buttons, but definitely overly interested in this trip now!

Casey is nervous, but it's hard to tell if it's because of the way Raph is looking at the controls around the steering wheel, or if it's what Raphie said!

"T-twins??"

Raph manages to start the Taxi!

"Yeeeaaahhhhhhh!"

Raph's driving skills are not really any better than the first time Don drove the armored truck! Though at least Don had sort of been trying to not hit things at the time. Raph might be trying to go through more than is advisable! Casey decides it's best not to look! He can't do anything about it from the back seat anyway.

Raphie is doing his best to encourage Raph to try NOT crush the taxi - luckily it's tough but still there were definitely some new dents and scratches annnd


He was laughing at Casey's face, even if he is subtle bumping against Raph now and then to keep him on track.


" uuunlikelt but miiiight happen right? Or maybe moooore" oh he was probably gonna have to watch himself for a bump from Casey out there but worth it!and he was definitely gonna have his counterpart come back to fix the taxi with him! Hah! But they were making good time for all that!

Raphie's attempts to keep Raph in check while driving the taxi are moooostly working, but there are definitely a few 'interactions' and more than a few near misses.

Casey is not enjoying this ride!

"Noooohoooo way, Raphie. Humans are usually not even twins!" Though the thought has been put into his head, and some little part of his brain will be worried about something crazy like 4 babies!

He's pretty sure that almost never happens. Super rare. Couldn't possibly happen to him and April. Pretty sure.

And his sanity is much better preserved if he just doesn't watch Raph's driving!

Making good time yes, but Casey's going to insist on driving home if Raphie doesn't!

Raph hasn't had much opportunity to push the buttons in the car, but he is sort of eyeing them a bit more than he probbly should be. This was a Donatello rig, surely it has tricks. Raphie had said as much!

"What's this one do?" The button is big, red, and shiny!

Raphie is totally regretting this choice, but also there is a definitely best friend sort of sick thrill out of how horrified Casey looked and hahah can't help adding, " hahaha man never say neeeve- nevernm" he yelps himself and in his haste to cover the button he instead sauishs his counterparts hand to it.


The boot opens, the rocket rolls up and out and off they shoot!



"ahhhhhhhhh!" Raphie helpfully comments at this increase in speed - pressed back against his seat!

Raph hadn't meant to actually hit the button, but what's done is done!

There is a moment of almost panic as Raph realizes that the button has definitely activated something important! It quickly changes to an almost insane glee as Raph realizes what is happening!

"Oh, NOW we're talking! WAHOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Raph's brief moment of panic is shared by Casey! Only Casey's never really changed to anything else!

"AAAARRIIIIEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

Raph actually does have decide reflexes. Some how, some way, he (mostly) manages to navigate the rocket powered car through the streets! It's an incredible rush! He's absolutely thrilled!

It is, however, only mostly navigated without incident. By the time they reach anything remotely like their evening's destination, the car will have definitely seen better days, but it is still almost fully intact and still runs!

They made it!


The rocket was a boost to get them out of trouble and at the end of their run as the computer told it they neared their destination the thing slowed it's thrust, wound down and then clanking rolled back into the trunk.


Over the radio was a few disgruntled police announcements that something blasted past them. But of course blocks away now... And one amusingly to Raphie's relieved because they are here brain had clearly spilled his powdered donuts and coffee all over himself and his partner in shock.


Hah!


He staggers out of the taxi and leans hanging onto the door, laughing, " you are crazy! But hahaha that was fun... But you are so helping Don and I on repairs... No way I am facing Don's wrath without you and that assurance." he warns his counterpart but it's all grinned and he is jittery with the kind of adrenaline this kind of ride cause.


And then opening Casey's door. " coming out?" grinning cause Casey's almost Mikey squeal had been very funny now he has a moment to appreciate it.

Raph is grinning as Raphie calls him crazy. casey adds in a shot as well from the back seat that he hasn't quite gotten out of yet. His legs feel like jelly after that ride.

"Completely psycho."

"Thanks!" Casey snorted a laugh as he shifted to start getting out of the car.

The grin sort of fades to a cringe as he looks at the car and the damage that's been done to it. Thankfully moooostly cosmetic, and nothing particularly major.

"I.. don't think your Don likes me very much." Though Raph probably doesn't quite realize that Don will like him substantially LESS if he doesn't help repair the damage he's done.

Or if he purposely causes more damage in the process of repairing it, as Raphs in general occasionally do. An accident or oopsie that causes some extra damage is one thing, but a frustrated Raph is often a destructive one.

Casey is grumbling a "Yeah, yeah," as he gets out of the car and moves to join Raph and Raphie. And yes! His legs actually do still work. He's fine when he's out of the car.

Raphie laughs, " he doesn't really knooooow you yet and he's a standoffish sort of guy whilst we are Raphs big loud and noisy and usually have a Casey tag along, give him time. Buuuut best way to win him over? Give us a hand patching anything we just did to the taxi and help with other vehicles."


Afterall Raph was a Raphie! May take a little while but surely Don will warm up.and he chuckles elbowing Casey, " call dibs now if you want to drive back man."


Sure Casey looked alright but hahaha! And he points up, time to get high and look for some trouble to stop!!
