The Cove, Iluka Islands.

" No bigger?!" really?! he is amazed and distracted from the loo it is good Leo is there to keep him on task cause he was busy looking at Leo and without the aid would have peed all over the wood benching around the wood lid that was pushed back now - " we get bigger - and biiiiigger and biiigger!" he exclaims. Of course he might be meaning as a turtle, turtles can grow and grow and grow of course most species have a limit but they will continue to grow as long as diet and water and sun are all forth coming as well as rest and health. Or Dragons never stop growing. Though this was reliant on all those things turtles needed as much as also access to volcanoes.


Though the little guy really had noticed something lately, " g irls all... smaller...?" wondering, yep he certainly noticed all of the females with them were relatively of smaller sized by comparison, bigger than him of course but smaller than his dad or Raph! and so much smaller than Leonardo and Raphael.


Annnnnd of course he is drawn to the echoing properties of the loo - barely finished and still dribbling as he bends a little and tries to imitate Leonardo's earlier cooooing chirp!

Leo shook his head, agreeing. "No bigger. Lots of mammals like Addy are like that."

He chuckles at Duncan's excitement. "Yes. We're turtles, and you're half dragon. We keep growing. Turtles slow down eventually though."

Leo takes a moment with the question about the girls. Duncan is fast approaching the limits of his understanding of the subject.

"Not always. It's common for several mammals, but not all. We're reptiles though. In the wild, girl turtles are usually bigger than boys."

Oh... please don't ask more! Leo's pretty sure he won't know! And they don't have a Donnie here for this kid!

He doesn't have a whole lot of hope that Duncan will stop here though. He's found what is probably a fascinating subject! Don sure wouldn't let a fascinating subject drop that easily! And Leo sort of expects similar behavior from Duncan.

Duncan truly thinks on this, truly, and well... done he gives himself a shake - good thing he remembered cause a moment latter as boy bit is gone back into hiding the little guy's tail wags and he calls doooown the chute as he likes to do and here the echo -


" reptiiiiile!! eagerly and bent over like this he is certainly hoggign the space his dad will need -


But also as luck would have it a mermaid critter calls a sound back up to him! And that's exciting! it's a good thing Leo wont let him in the latrine by himself the chute of course is not big enough for him to fall down unless he has his wings out.


At least that did distract him from asking more right now but oh man he wanted to know more!

And the sudden noise does startle Lilo she sort of jumps under their covering and sleep, the monkey brain doesn't immediately make out whose voice reverberated past them or why! All her short soft fur was fuzz nos and her tail curled... nope not in a tight scroll and pressing down against her backside but coiled like a spring about Raph's leg.


And the gasped breath sort of left her with following spooked pants.

Raph only sort of knew it was the kid calling down the toilet. He did know that it wasn't one of the other turtles, and he's absolutely certain that they would have been calling out if anything were really wrong.

He rolls over and snuggles back into Lilo. Churring softly through a bit of a chuckle.

"You get fluffy when you're startled."

Leo chuckles as Duncan does actually manage to give himself a shake and the sea creature returns his call.

Oh thank goodness for small favors! And especially distractions that derail curious little turtle's questions!

Leo chuckles as he takes Duncan to wash his hands.

"What do you suppose that was that called back up to us?"

As soon as they have clean hands, Leo carries the little guy back out onto the deck, and sets him down to play.

Oh ooooh the snuggle and churr made her relax once more, the startled look on her face fading and there is definitely a happy hmmmm her tail loosening enough to coil gently about thigh, tip tickling against inner thigh, " mmmmm fluff is... good?" just to be sure.

Hehehhe Duncan offers a raspberry down the chute, loud and tail going mad as there is more sounds and they echo!!


He is thrilled to wash hands - or more of wash, then splash and play with the wash dish a bit and of course getting it everywhere! Beaming at Leo and thinking hard over the question.


"uuummmmm Sish.... but not all Sish?"


"breakfast guys?"

Raph gave Lilo a deep, flirty churr at her questioning. He has finally gotten past his thing about fur. Though he doesn't like when it's stuck to his fingers. That only seems to be a problem if anything is wet though. And right now, they're just waking up from cuddling most of the night.

"Cute and fluffy."

He shifts again. Oh, her teasing tail! Definitely awake now! But mostly just churry, content, slowly waking. And helping her come down from her startle.

Leo chuckles at Duncan's description. Yeah... actually it sounded about right.

"I think you're probably right." Though Leo wouldn't actually venture a guess as to what might have made the sound. There were just too many options, and he knows too little about the creatures of the Nexus waters.

He offers Duncan a hand to hold as Leonardo calls them over.

"Hungry?" Though he's already guiding Duncan that way, pretty sure the child is, in fact, quite ready for breakfast!

Leo sure is! After the sailing yesterday, and the late night astral plane visit, he's definitely ready for breakfast. Especially knowing that today is going to be another long day of keeping this boat moving! This is one of those times that it's best to eat when the opportunity arises.

Oooooh was he helping her - the churning made her hum delightedly.


A grin and she wriggles a bit until she can find a moment to slip a leg over him and sit on him, on his lap. Just to enjoy, and have him of course enjoy a light moment of plastron scratchies! not to hard, just light and a very much appreciated thanks for the cute and fluffy comment, her tail uncurling to tease him with its tip over his knees.


Her fluffiness slowly fading. " You are .... maybe not as fluffy, but definitely cute." grinning and planting a smooch on those lips.

Yay! Duncan is proud he answered right! and eager to catch Leo's hand - and unlike most toddlers who would take the opportunity to hang off of his dad's arm, Duncan instead pulls the hand closer to nuzzle at it tail going and wagging away, eager nodding and though his curiosity was sorted for now its lucky for Leo there is distractions or he'd go back to the line of thoughts " I is hungry - my belly making rrr rrr sound!" he excalims and pauses waiting... waiting... waiting what seemed like for ever for his belly to rumble. " well... it diiiid." confused by sudden not rumbling.


Over here Leonardo chuckles and gives the snoring Raphael an sort of foot shove to wake him, then moving to leap upwards and catch the nymph half way down the main mast bringing her down the rest of the way to place her gently on her feet, the joy of her soft surprised and awed sound all the gratification he needed for that moment.


Raphael makes a rude gesture at the shove.


Addy comes out of the cabin stretching, entirely cat like back arcing and yaaaanwing seeing Leo and Duncan, " gooooooooooohd moooooorning!"

Leo chuckled as Duncan nuzzled into his hand. He wiggled his fingers slightly.

And a laugh at the no longer rumbly belly.

"Well, it must have decided you got the message."

And turning when Addy joins them. Doing what he can to keep Duncan's attention on her and away from the rude gesture Raphael is making!

"Youuuu were supposed to sleep longer." But honestly, he's happy to see her up and around.

Oh, spraaaawwwwllll... plastron scratchies are amaaaazing! Especially from Lilo! Even the light ones that leave him so content. Mmm... Happy churr...

And definitely returning that kiss!!

"I'm okay with that." So long as she is, and she definitely doesn't seem to mind!

Duncan is... still puzzled, and making that 'I am thinking' face pondering, his fingers waggling int he way Leo's just hand and resting against his plastron. The middle scutes had the barest dimpling in the center where once upon a time his yoke was attached, the plastron wearers version of a belly button. And it's hear he is waggling his fingers, tapping lightly against his belly wondering at his dads words about the lack of nice.


Addy has no idea what the little guy is thinking, but its adorable - and she can't help but grin at Leo - and is bending over in a head down butt up to stretching - claws extending briefly as she does, all reminiscent of how cats stretch - all the way to her tail which shudders too in the air -


Leonardo is so amused the omegas trip over themselves pretending they did not even glance that way.


" I mmmm tiiirrrrred, hoooowever there was this.... unusual noise I thought needed investigating." amusement - oh she knew the sound was Duncan playing in the latrine with the echoes. She straightens and moves closer with a happy purr to brush against Leo, and giggle down at the little boy.


" f oood -" hesitantly and in her new word Kovu is trying it out having made her way over to them - oh so eager to get a cuddle of the little genio innocuo offering him a puffy bread roll of some sort that had a crust crust and would be super soft inside.


Duncan beams and mumbles a thanks taking - and taking the biggest bite he could!

Hahhahaha he delighted her and it showed in her happy giggles, shifting lower on him so she sta more lightly on his thighs and she could reach all of his plastron with her fingers taking her time with the top two scute sections before moving to the next even making a note to lightly scratchie scratchie right into the crease between the sections!


" ooooh it pleases me a loooot." happy little hum right against the lips and that kiss tail tip stroking along the edges of the plastrons lowest edge.

Oh, that little boy is so cute! Leo rubs Duncan's cheek.

He is a little hesitant to return Addy's grin, but... she seems okay for the time being, and it does draw his smile back to the surface.

There's a slight glance to the Omegas who are definitely trying not to look. Good enough. And Leo's amusement is very much contained. Though Leonardo can probably see it. Maybe Addy too by now.

"Ah... Duncan says it's the Sish, but not all Sish." Leo nods, repeating the child's words as though they were any perfectly reasonable statement of fact.

When Addy moves close, Leo puts an arm around her. He's checking how she responds. Checking her scent, making sure she's actually as okay as she claims! It's subtle though. He's not being overt about it, and Leonardo is probably the only one who might really know what he's doing.

And Leo gives Duncan a slight nudge of encouragement toward the nymph, so eager to hold and snuggle the child. He would never make Duncan hug her if he didn't want to, but for the most part, Duncan hasn't seemed to mind. So Leo encourages it.

Oh, how does she dooooo that? Raph's not quite goo, but he's close enough for this morning!

"Best plastron scratches ever..." Oh, definitely enjoying this, and absolutely relaxed. Especially as she moves right along the edges of his scutes.

And oh, her tail is exciting, but the plastron scratches are so soothing...

Churrrrr the happy munching little boy make the happy sound around his next bite of crusty bread. And he feels the nudge and wonders at it for a moment then sees open arms and giggles bouncing over and into those arms!


Kovu laughs scooping up the little guy and hugging - a beam at Leo and Addy then moving away towards Leonardo.


The big guy had a wooden platter ready to share with Kovu and was glad he put a but extra seeing the little one. He churrs loud nuzzling the toddler first, then Kovu. The pair of omegas were mostly recovered from their moment. And he picks out what Leo is doing. But he can't blame the guy.


Addy watches and purrs snuggling against Leo, " I seeee - a Sish... guessing of the Naiad variety.' giggles and well maybe she is still feeling bruised around her wound and a little stiff as a result but feels, good, There is even a light fuzz of regrowth. The peach felt like covering. Mostly ignoring the omegas but not the nymph and Leonardo, amused herself but maybe not for the same reasons as Leo whose arm she felt around her and enjoyed the contact with a lick to his pulse, " She has that big tough breeder wrapped about her fingers."


Not aware Raphael was supposed to be getting up - the big guy had simply rolled over to lounge in the sun no soaking into his plastron and snored on and for the moment Leonardo is distracted from continuing the attempt to wake him.


And she might not know Leo is scenting her, but she most obviously does so to him, where she licked just breathing in the comforting leathery teaish and somewhat woody scent. " We have good wing and tide today we will make great speed - did you want to check on your brothers location over breakfast?" she whispers words soft, just enjoying the quiet moment. And its most rhetorical.

Her tail flicks higher teasing his hidden tail, but she is aware whilst exciting he was also soothed and she was absolutely enjoying keeping him at that precise balance for the moment her fingers moving to the middle scutes to lightly scratch and trace the edges "the verrrrrry best?... mmmm hungry?" and she could be meaning the food smells or her tail teasing his - mostly the food - she was very much enjoying making him sprawl and churr like this to temp him too much into other activities.


though with a grin she'd probably enjoy that just as much too -

Leo chuckled at Addy's response to Duncan's description. Sounds right. And sounded like Duncan's description too. He looked over when Addy commented about Kovu and Leonardo.

That certainly did seem to be the case.

Leo is appeased by his assessment of Addy's health. He will still be encouraging her to rest when there's an opportunity. But for now, she seems alright.

He moves to put together a platter for himself and Addy before returning to her side.

"It would be good to see how far out we are. It would also be good to know how closely they should be watching the shore for Mike and his group.

"Deeeefinitely." And even mediocre plastron scratchies are pretty great. Hers are amazing!

He does look up at the hungry question.

"Guess it is that time." He does stand easily, if somewhat reluctantly, despite near goo state, and offers Lilo a hand up.

" oooooooh thank you - and yeeees the sooner we can close in on them the better, especially the desert full of bandits and raiders and well the slave trade is predominate - as eager as I am to reunite you with as many brothers as I can get us to whilst sailing to a inlet to take us to the capitol I also want to take them out of a potentially dangerous situation. Especially with a babe on board." Addy frets a little, he top priority was Leo and Duncan's happiness -


And she purrs louder when Leo gets the platter of food, mostly rolls and mush fruit jam and sheeses this morning. She is glad it is high energy food and there was some stringy fish meats for the meat eaters like herself. The lick and kiss to Leo's cheek in thanks, and since he got that she did move towards the pot to get hot drinks but a moving to his feet Raphael waved her back. " leemme get it, before annoying here shoves me again." playing grumble and glare at his brother - and seeing the little guy there - happily eating he has two rolls on the go one in each hand munching - waving eagerly with a mouthful and fruit mush all over his face.


Leonardo is eating slowly - watching Duncan and Kovu eat, a satisfied face at them doing it. though it turns serious when the touch of something reaches out - it feels familiar but not. Comforting but new -


He glances at Leo, noting Raphael pauses int he middle of tea pouring. Feeling it too -


It felt like their father - but also... didn't... must be one of the other turtles.

A bit of a laugh and she hums teasing him tail to tail, her fingers lightly trailing off of that plastron before she slips off his lap and then accepts the hand up - well she supposed she could use breakfast as much as smexy smoochies!


" One must wake up with scratches annnnnd then food." happily.

"Gotta have priorities." Raph chuckled. Once on their feet, he puts an arm around Lilo's back, giving her gentle back scratchies. Not enough to stop their progress toward the deck - one of the blues is bound to show up soon if they don't get their tails up there - but enough that they're definitely there.

Raph also paused about half way up to the deck. He's not sure what the brush was, but he's pretty sure he felt something! Comforting and familiar, almost like home, but... foreign at the same time. He looks curiously at Lilo and sort of urges her to the deck a little more quickly. Just to see if the others had noticed and maybe knew what that was.

Leo is definitely concerned about Mike. Well... all his brothers, but with words like Addy is throwing around regarding the desert where Mike seems to have been dropped... definitely worried.

It also makes him a bit more eager to get on with the day. Even more eager to get this boat moving!

Though he knows Mike is capable of more than he usually lets on.

Leo did take care to make sure there was enough meat on the plate for Addy, as well as a few of the other options for himself. The plate looks very disproportioned to him, but he's aware of her dietary needs and takes care to do what he can to accommodate them.

He actually nuzzled slightly into the lick and kiss. And is thrilled that there's a light sort of peach fuzz fur that seems to be growing back. While he doesn't mind the naked cat look, he's pretty sure it would be a difficult adjustment if one was used to having fur.

There's a chuckle as Raphael grumps and starts getting up to get drinks. By the time Leonardo looks at him, Leo has already sat down on the deck, the platter next to him. He is sitting in lotus position, eyes closed, searching for that touch they'd all felt.

He sprawled, and if she had of had the opportunity to do so when those fingers scratchies her back Lilo would have too! instead she sort of pauses and presses her back against him and mmmmmmms her eyes closing, muttering. " doooo that some more and my priorities will go back to what I originally had in mind." she teeeeases maybe waggling her backside at him a bit - but not invitingly right now as they are thanks to the being hurried along the above deck with the others and she happy hops seeing Addy about and over there a happy little boy being lavished attention on by Kovu -


And she just noted the same look on Leonardo's face as was Leo's and Raph's... something was going on.


So she squeezes Raph's hand and encourages him to join them


Raphael was handing out drinks but was distracted.


And Addy only managed a soft thanks before something was up - and he efforts to explain to Leo she was going to have them travel hard the next couple of days to find his brother as soon as possible. Or maybe brothers she did recall the last map checking others moving through the savannah plains if those travel at the trajectory they are right now they and the desert crew and themselves might be able to meet at up altogether, well if the desert crew were still on course.


She rubs Leo's head as he sits, taking the platter and sits close, but not too close as Leonardo makes his way over followed by Raphael.


Kovu had a - well happily stuffed little guy sprawled across her lap - she was going no where. much to Addy and Lilo's amusement.

It would have taken a lot for Leo to ignore that touch. He had been sort of expecting Addy to want a few hard days of sailing to get them caught up with Mike and the group in the desert.

But he figuratively dropped everything, though the literal tray he'd been carrying was gently placed on the deck as he sat, already reaching out!

As he does so, he brushes each brother in turn. And he doesn't like what he was feeling from Mike. Shell. Don's high again... That's not much better. Raph seems okay for the moment.

But no, that fatherly brush is his target at the moment. Though if Mike needs an astral kick, Leo's available!

And Dammit! That's all he can do for his brother right now!

"That a promise?" Tease!! "Because I'll take a rain check--..." He frowned at that contact, so familiar and foreign.

And he shouldn't have been surprised that Little Blue was already  meditating. Raph's pretty sure the guy is reaching back. When Lilo squeezed his hand , he looked at her a moment then hurried to join the others.

" More of a threat." all in flirty play -


But any more would have to wait as she moves closer to Kovu, the little boy, and Addy just to sit and wait with them.

Leonardo felt the - presence reach back, and more strongly for Leo so he focuses on just strengthening the communication, boosted when Raphael and then Raph join in, feeling out his brothers as. Both of which seemed to be fairly okay. Helping if Raph wanted to feel for his too - though to of his like Mike far away seemed to be very tense in a sense Leonardo recognised as adrenaline running rampant.


The presence was locked on and for the moment a voice that spanned the distance. Again familiar but not familiar. " Leonardo, my son, I am most pleased to have tracked you down - in this sense -" far away there is relief in that voice, Splinter Splinterson feeling his eldest sons connection, he'd be searching since they vanished and finally found them - thanks to Leonardo's reaching out he is feeling - oh no what is up with Donatello? he reaches to brush reassuringly against his brilliant son's mind. Raphael seemed to be well - and Michelangelo was stressed out. " I sense.. other sons but not my sons and that yous are far apart here in Nexus. As I am from all of you, I have found Miyamoto Usagi - we have found a hide in the city - it is quite a mess here Draco is back... where are you and your brothers?" Not sure if Leonardo knew or not but any information would be good.

Raph had almost half started at Lilo's words, but it's sort of a thrilled half start. Oh, she knew how he liked it! HA! But he doesn't get much of a chance to respond as he's off and joining the others.

"Father!" He couldn't help it! There's definite relief at the contact. Sure, he's also worried about Master Splinter being here, but mostly... relieved that their father has tracked them down again! There's an equivalent of an astral hug.

When Splinter brushes Don's presence, there's a brief, happy, nuzzly fluff ball! But the contact was brief, and well... the ball is distracted by something else after a moment. Leo caught the unasked question there, he'll explain in a moment.

And Leo is extremely worried about Mike and his group. He's... tempted to do something potentially stupid in that regard...

He's relieved to hear that Master Splinter has found Usagi! At least he's not alone here. That's good. And there's no one Leo trusts more to watch his father's back than Usagi. And it's report time.

"We were scattered when we arrived. I was dropped in the Iluka Islands with another Leonardo and two Raphaels. We were able to find some scrying stones, and have had contact with each other like this a few times. Hopefully, we're closing in on Mike. He's with another Mike and two Donnies. Raph is with another Raph, a Leo and a Mikey in the Mundbbera Valley. From the sounds of it, they're putting together some sort of army." Leo is still sort of amused by this. Little counterpart went from being alone and unsure of being able to get the others back to taking the 'get local help' advice to extremes! It also means Leo doesn't worry quite as much about Raph as he does about the others. They have a little more protection from their numbers. At least for now. Leo doesn't feel the need to get to Raph quite as urgently as the others. Though right now... Mike is definitely his priority!

"Don is in Araluen. As far as I can tell, they've turned away from the Capitol, maybe to try an intercept Mike...? He wasn't sure last I heard... He evidently fought a swamp squid. He got away, but something in the water made him sick. And that cough he's had after training lately...? Apparently it was undiagnosed asthma. Leo doesn't say how sick, but Master Splinter can probably tell in this sort of contact that Leo had been legitimately worried about losing his brother for awhile there. "He's with a Leo, a Mikey and another Donatello who was able to... do something that helps him breathe, but... whatever it is makes him high." And well... Master Splinter would know how strongly medicines and teas interact with Don's system.

"So far as we can tell there are four groups of... us here. Four groups of teenage turtles, and one group of turtle dragon hybrid toddlers... and..."

Maybe a little hesitant to tell his father this one this way instead of in person.

"I think... I'm pretty sure they're... ours..."

And it still kills him a little that... they never knew.

Splinter does not interrupt, he waits patiently for Usagi to join them astrally or wait, his choice, and is very worried about what he is picking up from Michelangelo and Donatello both, for different reasons. And amazement rolls off him in waves when Leonardo explains there were more interdimensional turtles, " I wish I had a way to contact their fathers or parental figures int heir worlds they must be out of their minds with worry for their sons." feeling for the other parent or parents.


And as if his shock could not grow more " ooooh my Donatello... I knew... for a while something was wrong...but had not been sure. Now I know for sure... or at least as mush as I trust who ever diagnosed him - I can trust them can't I?" he was raking his memories for anything old world that might have to do to treat Donatello, he'd always needed a bit more care with his medications when required, as he was having go back to ancient teas and remedies to treat his intelligent son - might be the same for this asthma. [color:75f5=#A0522D"[/color] a army may be required for what I have seen, Draco has amassed quite a force, some guarding and some keeping the city's residents under tight control probably until reign can be established..." he thinks out loud of course accepting and returning the astral hug and definitely not keen to let go at all!


Tail lashing physically and astrally his voice sort of stuttering a bit.


" That is a lo lo ... what? Are... a a you saying these... babies - are?" understandably... shocked!


Astounded!


" how... how did we not know?" there is a tight sort of ache in his voice. " I... I am a grandpa?" and if he sounded teary... he was!!


He'll get to actually acknowledging the other presences he felt in a moment.


Leonardo is not in a rush though, patient and listening. Raphael less patient but understanding this was important. And for now their brothers Michelangelo and Donatello seemed fine. But he could sense elsewhere Leo's Mike was not. And his don was high - he offers some strength back that way.

(Do we have an Usagi since you seem to be waiting? Or shall I piggy back him with Leo?)

Leo nods. Yeah, he wished they had a way to contact the other Splinters too. "I don't know what dimensions the others are from... Don might..." He 'looks' to his companions, silently questioning if they know what their dimensions are. It's a long shot, but...

Pretty much everything about this trip has been a long shot.

Leo is nodding as they discuss Don. Yes, Leo's known for awhile that something was wrong, but... he got the impression that Don genuinely didn't know what it was, and did seem to be actively looking into it.

"I think it was one of his counterparts that diagnosed it, so... Yeah, trustworthy."

Listening again at the information about what's going on in the Capitol. Well... they'll have to see how things pan out, but at lease Lee is on the army creation. Hopefully they'll have a chance to help with that as they move forward, but for now... Leo needs to get to Mike.

As for how they didn't know about the kids... Leo doesn't know either. Their presences are so very distinct! Still... they weren't exactly looking. He shakes his head at the rhetorical question. He... he doesn't know.

Duncan hasn't made his way back over after his breakfast. He seems content with Kovu, and Leo won't disturb him right now.

He does, however, show Master Splinter his own impressions of Duncan. The little smile that even Master Splinter who hasn't met the child will find far too familiar. That pout when he didn't understand seeing Liam in the mist, but unable to touch or smell him. The way Duncan looks at... anything new. Writing so many of his letters backward. Even the way the little guy moved will be... too darned familiar.

So when Leo says 'pretty sure' this is what he means.

Their father had no inkling of where they went or how or why. Some stress he hides very well is the thought one or all of his troop might perish or be stuck here and their father will never know.


" That could very much be heartbreaking, I hope you father has support until this adventure is resolved." a bit of a grin at his own Leonardo, yes maybe one or more of the Donatello have a vague or more then vague idea about that. He trusts Leonardo that the Donatello's counterpart would have a better idea of the situation and sighed a little, " I have a idea of what might be useful at home for Don as a reliver and an preventer. And shouldn't make him high as a kite -" reaching out to Donatello and brushing his son's presence with what he hoped was comfort and reassurance they can handle this new situation. That Donatello will eventually have it under control, or at least enough to still be a ninja.


For the next moments, if Usagi joins him he too will see the small very Donatello like toddler who was all purple too. Oh it was... incredible... Splinter himself is just quiet, absorbing it all. " woooow - woooow incredible... now you have brought him to my attention that's.. that presence is him isn't it? raw potential and so very new." sensing the bright spark of the child and now understanding who it must be. " I hear protective and fatherly love in your voice?"

Usagi's touch in the contact is much less obvious. It also sort of comes and goes. He is in a lighter state, as he is mostly on guard duty, allowing Splinter the time to sink deeper and truly contact his sons.

He will get the full story from Splinter later.

But for now... it does seem much has happened.

"Not sure it means anything here, but that other group's Kraang guys called our world 80s Earth." But just because that's what the Kraang might have called it, doesn't mean it will help anyone here!

Raph is trying not to poke at his buds through the contact. They seem... busy... It's hard though. He's worried about them!

Don brushes at the comfort. It's like he wants it, but isn't quite sure what to do with it.

Leo nods when Splinter identifies Duncan's presence. It's definitely exactly as Splinter described. "That's him." Just two words, but that parental love was probably even more clear.

Leo looks up as he's sort of called out.

" I was hesitant at first..." Leo admitted. Took care of the little guy, of course! Claimed him just enough so they could stay together in this world, but he just kept that slight distance, not quite taking on that role of Dad when they didn't know where the children belonged. "Actually... Don straightened me out."

He still finds it a little surprising that Don went all in first. Though, with what happened... Leo does get it. Don experienced a lot more early on through little Liam than the rest of them did.

" I do not know much about the Kraang but perhaps they are correct. And how are your brothers doing Raphael of Eighties Earth?" warm and comforting, as muchas he knew some where out their fathers would be missing their sons their sons will be missing their father stoo - or maybe mothers? A smile and as he tries to drag Usagi more into it eager to show off the presence of Duncan to his friend.


He was a Ratpa!


He had always hoped he would be one day. Through perhaps Casey and April first - but one day!


And now surprisingly he was!


And manages to smile at Leonardo and Raphael too, " has anyone or thing mentioned a Earth number to you two?" curious.


And back to Leonardo, a chuckle, and its one of a bit of surprise. " That... is surprising but touching, Donatello is close with the little one with him, what of the others/' he could sense more now he knew to look for it - and there is anxiety feeling now fury from Raphael and Michelangelo's stress. He tries to reach them, sooth Donatello's high to rest. To sooth Raphael's sudden fury with calm, and Michelangelos stress with comfort. And smile at the Eighties Raphael adding to the warmth he is sor tof poking at his brothers with. " Whose brothers are with whose?" glancing at the big turtles again.


Leonardo is hesitant. " I thiiiiink, can't be certain but thiiiink the alien calling himself Commander Kraang when he attempted to bring his war machine to our world called us Earth Fourteen.' Was in passing and brief and Leonardo cannot be certain. He grins at the aged rat vision in front of him though. " Leonardo here has taught me the enchantment and markers to get back here, I... I hope to make my father a grandfather - can't wait to be a dad. Not just a father - a Dad."


Raphael grunts in agreement, he too was as keen too.


" as long as you treat the mother... mothers with respect too - I am sure your father will be thrilled." not knowing anything about these two massive young mens father himself but guessing and nodding to his Leonardo, good thinking teaching that. " what of yous learned anything about the young ones mother or mothers?" curious now and intent on getting as much information as possible - also. " tell me about this army coming here -" he probs curiously this might be very important for himself and Usagi to know and prepare for.

Raph responds well to the warmth and comfort. It's so very familiar, and yet foreign at the same time. Sort of like a borrowed blanket.

"They were good last I uh... 'saw' them?" He doesn't really know what to call that astral interaction "I think Leon's okay still. He's with your Donatello... and their Donatello, and that other Mikey. But... the others..." He's worried about them. "The others are with your Mike." Raph doesn't have any brothers in the group that's forming an army.

Oh he's definitely worried about his brothers, but the presence of a Splinter in the Nexus now... Maybe it's silly. It's not really that different, just one rat! But... he can't help by feel like their odds just got a whole lot better.

Once assured of the relative safety of the moment, Usagi dips deeper into the contact.

"Leonardo-san, I did not realize you had a child."

"Until we got here... neither did I..."

Usagi frowned a moment at his friend's tone. He would have to get more information about this out of Splinter Sensei later. He did not wish to push what was apparently a somewhat sore topic here.  Perhaps later if he gets a chance to speak with Leonardo-san in private.

"Oh... I see. Well, congratulations, my friend. And to you, Splinter Sensei. This makes you a grandpa, does it not?"

"Thank you, Usagi."

Leo smiles when Leonardo mentions the symbols and chant used to access the Nexus, and Master Splinter's approval of the small lesson.

Leo shakes his head and sighs when Master Splinter asks about the boys' mother. Mothers? Leo had somehow assumed they all had the same mother. Maybe he shouldn't make that assumption...

"According to Don, she's a dragon... beyond that, I don't know much. I don't know how, but... Liam somehow communicated a lot more to Don than I've learned from Duncan They have wings under their shells, and some sort of healing quality in their blood. We had all... pretty much adopted them before we even figured out they were ours. Randal is with Raph and Malcolm with Mike." Leo admitted. So far as he knew, his brothers were all pretty smitten with the kids.

Leo sort of chuckled at the question about the army.

"Raph is with a Raph and Leo from another group. None of their brothers are here with me. The Michelangelo of the pair with me is with them too. Apparently the other Raph and the Mike in that group were taken by enemies early on and needed to be broken out. In an astral communication with the other Leo, we convinced him to get local help... He took the suggestion and ran with it." Leo is so far away, and both groups have been dealing with their own struggles in their attempt to get together again. Their opportunities for contact have been somewhat limited. "I do know they're in the Mundaberra Valley and actively looking for fighters among the species living there. Last I heard, they had a group of some sort of cow... or bison people. Um... maybe Fuilcre?" He's pretty sure he butchered that pronunciation. He had gotten it from Raph,

There is a astral knuckling from Raphael and shoulder to shoulder bump from Leonardo to Leonardo - san, they got it, they themselves may or may not have fathered a few here, but they knew it, wanted it, wanted to come back and be with the females -


Trying to sort of be comforting.


Splinter is pleased and nods to Usagi's question, "I am and am thrilled - shocked and a fair bit dismayed about how they came about but thrilled they are here and my sons have stepped up - and I assume you plan to as well if you want a way back here?" immediately in a stern fatherly tone to the larger turtles, both of whom nod making crossing their hearts gestures across their plastrons.


He listens to explanation and chuckles a bit, " Sounds like a young you Leonardo, get something into your head with the right prodding and you'll go for it. Raphael shares that - Donatello can be particularly stubborn." A little surprised but a touch of pride there too. Thinking a little more over the answer of the mother or mothers of these little ones, " mmmmm when we get them home we can probably learn more of them and about them." And ooooh he was eager to see them all!


Along with his sons - reaching to Don to focus a little more on maybe helping and healing him a little through the high.and helping EightiesRaph to reach and feel his brother too, offer them what comfort he could from so far. "are you also eager to come back to Nexus in future less stress full times."

Leo appreciates the sort of comfort from his interdimensional brothers.

That they didn't know about the kids until now will probably always bother him, but... he's choosing not to dwell on that right now. Almost forcibly focusing on the fact that they have them now. Sometimes it's harder than others, but so far, he's mostly managing.

There's a slight frown on Leo's face as he nods, agreeing with the 'thrilled, shocked and a fair bit dismayed.' Though he does have to chuckle about the traits that Master Splinter has pointed out. Well... he's not wrong. Leo has definitely gone all out for a cause before. As has Raph. And Donnie's causes tended to be a little different, but no less consuming.

"He... had needle tracks when I first met him... And a couple marks that miiight have been old burns." He's not entirely sure on that one, it might have just been a different grouping of needles. "Donnie seems to know more, but... they've been in a lab in our world... all this time." Definitely one of those 'harder to focus on now and the future' moments.

And he does appreciate the subject sort of moving on. It helps him to say what he needed, but then get out of darker thoughts. Acknowledge them, but don't dwell on them.

Raph appreciates the assist from this other Master Splinter, but and he offers what little he can with his help. But Raph doesn't want to distract his brothers fro what their doing either, so he is maybe a little hesitant.

He smiles at the question about coming back.

"I found a pretty good reason to come back, yeah." Smiling, thinking of Lilo.

In the physical side of things Duncan pulled away from the fussing over him ladies - not that he didn't love that! and climbed into Leo's lap, nuzzling against plastron and happy to hug his fish, play lazily here cause he was so full of food! and clean cause Addy had pinned him and cleaned him - unable to help herself!

" have you Usagi travelled on a boat recently or sort of recently? I think our captain has mentioned your name, um more to Leo san rather than I, but I overheard." definitely curious and well it would keep away from some of the darker heavier thoughts of the discussion - particularly since he sort of felt more than heard the growl from Raphael at the reminder the little hybrid has been a hurt little guy when they all first came together.


Raphael forces his growl dooown there was not a point to get mad, he would slip out of the meditation if he continued.


Splinter is sad about that, " I am sorry about that. Deeply, feel as though I should have felt something and known or been curious enough to investigate and learn of them sooner... but we can't dwell on he what was, only the what is... and I assume the little one has healed nicely." of that he had no doubt and again that pride in his voice! Their time might be limited and growing shorter for now but he is glad the feeling of rage had fallen away from the far away Raphael, and is sort of touching lightly to the unknown Raph far away - just a greeting, at the Lee and DonnieBoy, to this pudgier cutish Raph's brothers and somewhere with his high son the Donatello, Leon and Mikey -


Just feeling their presences, getting to know them So in future meditation he and Usagi will know them, and be easier to contact.


Especially lingering over the presences of the far away hybrids. Duncans felt closer that before.

"I know she has a warrant you signed, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything." Leo commented. He's actually not entirely sure how the warrants work, other than they have some sort of monetary purpose.

Actually... Leo is a little sketchy on money as a whole. His understanding actually sort of begins and ends at cash. Don knows more, as he has enlisted April and Casey to help him acquire certain items over the years that required different sorts of transactions than dropping a few bills from the roof in exchange for a few hot dogs, or giving the pizza guy cash for a couple pies. Don always pays for the item in full, and Leo knows he's repaired and souped up a couple old junky rigs for Casey to sell and repaired a variety of items that April later sold in her shop and gave Don a cut. Sure, Don would have done it for free, but April wanted to pay him.

"I am a traveler, Leonardo-san." He will use the same honorific for this other turtle, as it does seem that Leo respects him. And that is enough for Usagi. "I have been on many ships with many captains."

"She's a klaustreich named Adalind Schade." Leo supplied. And Usagi sort of tilted his head slightly at the tone in that brief sentence.

"Ah, yes. Captain Adalind." Usagi rarely uses nicknames, and this is no different. "She is a fine captain who provided me safe passage through difficult waters. She is a fine captain. Knowledgeable and very capable, and a good person. Which, I assume you already know." That might have been a slight tease. Honestly happy for his friend.

Leo might have blushed slightly, but it's hard to tell here. But yes, message received. He chuckles softly and he could feel Duncan crawling physically into his lap.

"I know, Master Splinter... And he has healed nicely. He seems much healthier than when we first met. Speaking much more clearly and playing a lot more."

With Duncan in his lap now, Leo briefly and gently tries to touch the child's mind. Much more tentative than Don's initial contact with Liam, but a light touch that might let Master Splinter sort of meet him a little.

Splinter smiles, " children are resilient with some form of consistency, whether it is love, shelter, care and food and providing all the above one so young should bounce back just fine." he smiles at the smaller Raphaels words, " It sounds like for most the part all of your brothers are doing okay which I glad for if now I am sort of familiar with them I can sense two of them seem busy. We can send more strength to them from here if you wish."


Listening and perking up at the tone too, chuckling a little at almost blush, [color:83b9=#A0522D"[/color] I am glad to hear yous are in good hands, how has she been with the young one?... and sounds like you are not the only one to find reasons to want to be back here..." sort of teasing, mostly questioning -

and well he knows there is not much time left he would like to end this on a slightly happy note for them all to carry away with them until they can reach out again.


And when this was over he and Usagi were going to have to make some plans of their own, mostly for a possible in coming army...


He can feel the child respond to Leo - the way it warmed and 'snuggled' closer, Splinter reached over hesitantly - to brush the new raw force...

"I do wish! ...uh... I mean, I would appreciate any help. Thank you, Sensei." Maybe that was a little over eager, but he was worried about his buds! And he did correct his behavior a little there, adding a deep bow. He respects his own Master Splinter. And this other one has a similar bearing. A Splinter from another world is still a Splinter and worthy of respect. He is especially worried about Donnie and MikeyMikey who seemed busy. Though they did seem to have come down a bit from what he could call an active fight.

Raph joined in the chuckling with the big guys when Leo was called out.

But he is definitely more focused on reaching out to his buds and offering them what help he can!

Leo has heard that children are resilient, but hearing it from his father like this is helpful. Even if he does still have his worries. And even though Duncan has shown a huge amount of healing and progress since they've been together. He nods, understanding.

And he does offer a little assistance to Splinter's aid to other groups. Helping with Raph's buds. Aiding his own Mike and Don.

This time he does blush at being busted.

"She's great with him. Cat type, so... licks him a lot, but great with him." Licks him...? Did Leo really just say that? Well, too late. And that's how cats clean themselves. It is what it is.

And he offers the distraction of Duncan! Letting Master Splinter experience the child's energy instead of continuing the discussion of Addy. Encouraging Duncan to allow the contact. Sort of meet his Ratpa.

Usagi chuckled as Leo responded. Oh, his friend definitely liked Captain Adalind. And he's happy for him. And amused at the obvious attempted distraction of the child. He doubts Splinter Sensei will fall for the distraction, but he might allow it to pass and just enjoy meeting the boy.

He watches for just a moment as Splinter and Duncan sort of meet. Then he bows a farewell to those here. He will likely see them again soon, and hopefully in person in time. Then he releases the contact and checks on their physical surroundings. They cannot have much time left before they will have to leave this hiding place.

Leonardo and Raphael are joined in light chuckles at Raph by Splinter but its light and gentle and well they totally understood the eagerness to help out. And come back here! Oh yes, the bigger guys understood - and also the want to help out, and because their own Michelangelo and Donatello seem fine the pair focus on bolstering and boosting the aid Raph is offering his brothers.


Splinter did pat the guy's knee " as much as we can give them then." he felt the same way about the turtles he is discovering scattered about this world as he does his own sons, these were interdimensional sons and he will help as much as he can. Even whilst delighting in the way the presence of Duncan responded to Leo's encouragement and opened up -


It would have been a rush of those memories Leo got, the emotions attached if Splinter was not an old hat at this and was able to sort of stream the flow into a sort of film roll, letting the older awful memories into him but paying no mind right now - and moving onto the newer ones - and chuckling a little at Leonardo's description, " in the early days when we had little ability to always find running water I used to have to lick you young ones clean, and cats just do that - hehehe as long as he is okay with it and from these memories, I think he considers it comforting. Dawwww hello Duncan." it would be difficult for the boy to answer in this form without training but this is more about letting his voice be heard, familiarising the little guy with him.


Duncan's presence is slow to respond to the encouragement - the astral equivalent of hiding behind Leo and being Don shy about meeting someone entirely new - but then... he does take the invite, and opens up! And well the little guys physical tail wags and wiggles hearing this new voice! sounded niiice!


But Splinter is not completely distracted and as he is letting the little one's presence become familiar with him and focusing on the newer memories of happy. " Soooooounds like we also might be back here to Nexu's more after this adventure..." tone teasing but light and perhaps the tiniest bit of questioning, because well his Leonardo definitely liked this cat lady.


Leonardo and Raphael don't even bother hiding nawwwwws in the middle of bows at Usagi, Leonardo grinning, " look forward to meeting you in person." Raphael nodding, farewelling the rabbit samurai.

Raph can't help it. He smiles at the gentle touch from Little Blue's Splinter.

"Thank you, Splinter Sensei." To use the honorific that Usagi had chosen. It seemed appropriate. This wasn't Raph's Master Splinter, and using that felt wrong. But this... felt right.

And Raph was incredibly grateful when the stress that his buds had been giving off lessened. He might have imagined it, but he could have sworn he heard a soft, "Like... Thanks, Dudes," as the battle stress faded.

It's enough for Raph to feel a bit of relief.

Leo definitely appreciates the assist from Master Splinter as they're flooded by Duncan's memories. While Leo does have his own techniques to handle much of it, it was a lot. And so raw and unfiltered.

He sort of understands that blast now, that early one from Don that had worried Leo so at the time. Don clearly knew things about the kids that the rest of them didn't. He must have touched Liam's mind for some reason. Don didn't have Master Splinter's assistance, or Leo's training from the Ancient One that allowed him to let more roll off in an astral contact.

And Leo was pretty sure that Don was better at forcing his emotions down than letting them roll away. Liam's energy would have gotten overwhelming pretty quickly. And back then, Liam wouldn't even have had very many good memories to temper the bad.

In addition to a little healing energy, he offers his brother some calm and peace of mind as well.

He chuckles as Duncan sort of hides from Master Splinter. And a slight, embarrassed chuckle at the story of Master Splinter licking them to clean them as kids.

Leo allows Duncan his moment of shyness. He encourages the child out of hiding, but he doesn't force the issue.

"It's okay, Duncan. This is my Dad, your Ratpa. Master Splinter." Just calm, not forcing the issue.

Leo sort of looks up from Duncan at the tease from his father. A slight blush, but...

"I'd... I'd like that, Father." He would definitely like that. He would love to come back and sail with Addy again.

When Usagi started to take his leave, Leo bows deeply to his friend.

"Thank you, Usagi. I feel a lot better knowing you're here too."

"And you, as well. Safe journey." The words were really meant for both of the blue wearing turtles. He returned the bow, including all of the turtles here in the farewell, then he faded out and allowed Master Splinter a few moments more.

A grin from Splinter, he too can sense things winding down for a few turtles so - he is happy...


Leonardo and Raphael grin at the almost silent thanks, Splinter chuckles at it.


He prods lightly at the DonnieBoy, Raph, Lee and Mikey not surprised when the Mikey though busy is quite happy to allow the touch - but there is a forlorn sort of feeling from that young turtle after the sort of recognition. Also at BigM far away whom like Mikey was reciprocal but mind else where and a little more at the Donatello.


Same with DonnieBoy and he becomes shy. Again a familiar thing. Donatello seems not as shy as expected but seems quite focused.


His extra light with the Raph encase the contact is not welcomed guessing that was a turtle not to go forcing contact upon.


Leon invites the help, the aid and contact, but is likewise focused for the moment. The Lee is... approachable but sort of stand of issh and again that - that feeling of grief haunted each of these young turtles and he does not know.


Ooooooh and Splinter is a bit sad at that... has to be either something has befallen those turtles Splinter or he is, departed from them permanently. Kinda sad to think of. Barring illness or injury Splinter could expect a human like life span.



But it is hard to be sad too long with Leonardo and Duncan to distract him. " I'd like to talk more about this... captain who clearly gave you a love of the sea -" amusement and so teasing and not enquiring yet because his time was limited, for now just letting the bad memories flow the good join them in a chronological loop he would ponder over for ages and really it would put into so much light just how much the scrawny little toddler had grown under the brief time he has had so far with Leo, not just purple, but amethyst and purple sapphire bright eyed no more shadowing underneath and actually a little pudge on him. The explosion of words and much the little guy was thinking all the time, so like Don. [color:4256=#A0522D"[/color] you have done very well with him Leonardo. I could not be prouder."


A grin and grateful nod at Usagi he will not be long.


Just a moment longer as the little one finally move closer, and gazes up at him - in this astral plain a bundle of energy with brief shape and yet no way to avoid the gaze - he eeees and scoops the little fellow up to snuggle it.


Ick giggled Duncan! in here and out loud too - making the girls watching him go all melty over the cute.


It just did that to them.


" Daaad - daaad?" after some serious mental gymnastics for the young boy who'd only really began to learn the mum and dad thing and was now learning there was a dad dad too? was there a mum mum? oh the possibilities in his young mind! But he is being hugged and this - the little energy ball could never get enough of, being deprived of it for the first three years of life he needed it like a desert needed rain and soaked dup every one greedily!


Splinter is not surprised at the eagerness, understanding, just enjoying it. " when I get my paws on all the little ones I'ma hug them like this for at least a day -" totally going to hog them. But he is reaching one hand out to rub Leo's head int hat familiar sort of way. " I am relieved I have found yous, I will do what I can with Usagi to prepare things this end and fight the fight with yous. And we think it might be an idea to track down who brought yous here."

Raph is relieved as his buds seem okay now. And instead he offers his own energy for whoever seems to need it. Most if then seem okay. Some busy, maybe, but now active battle stressed.

And if he's not very much mistaken, they're focusing on Leo's Don again. With reason, it seemed. Raph is actually a but worried there. They've poured a lot of energy into that guy.

Elsewhere, another Raph isn't sure about this Splinter presence. Part of him wants to embrace it. Having missed that of his own father so very badly...

After a moment though, it's almost forcibly, but regretfully rejected. Though while Splinter remains in the astral plane, Raph might occasionally poke at the presence. Curious... wanting it, but at the same time... it hurts.

A slight blush at the love of the sea comment. One he probably wouldn't have allowed for anyone but Master Splinter.

...Maybe Addy.

He is watching the memories, getting all he can from them. Definitely appreciative that they're tempered, not hitting him like a Mack Truck. And sort of marveling at how far Duncan has come! It has been hard to see in real time, but here? Seeing the diffuser between that almost emaciated toddler he first met, and the child today... it's really highlighted.

"Thank you, Father."

And that energy as Duncan has his mind blown by the concept of Dad of Dad... that's almost painfully familiar! He chuckles, nodding confirmation for the little guy. And smiling at the thought of Master Splinter scooping up all four little hybrids.

"I'm... really glad you're here, Master Splinter." Worried about his father, absolutely, but glad he's here at the same time. Almost as worried about Master Splinter as he is about Don! They just got him back!

He can't help it, he joins in the hug with Duncan and Splinter.

"Just... be careful." He knows Master Splinter will be, but he had to say it. He's worried.

Raphael astral knuckles Raph's shoulder glad for him and relieved in turn their brothers were all, even if busy or stressed or adrenaline-filled, were for the moment fine. And this is cause for a celebratory sort of knuckling -


they were not long for here Leonardo knew and he is for the moment content with the proceedings and what they can feel of the other turtles out there in Nexus for the moment so when they were ready he is too, happy to share more across the turtles for strength and healing. A little confidence for the rode ahead.

Master Splinter respects the Raph - pulling back a little, but there if the guy wanted his presence for the short time they had left for now.


A chuckle at Leonardo's blush, " This is something... having something beyond our family circle ... that I can give advice on son, but I did help Casey none the less so if you ever want to just chat to me about it." he offers, a way of encouraging Leonardo, his feelings and or whatever hopes he has for the future, when they can try having one after this current mess they have found themselves in.


Because yeah if he had mates as normal rat and he probably did, he doesn't recall that now. And as a single mutant dad of four boys, he had not really thought of that in the time he had. Now... maybe he does think about it from time to time but had not really considered how. And now... well he is surprised he never thought of Nexus before.


He laughs and hugs Leonardo tightly, nuzzling the two and he does reach past to rub heads of the other turtles he can. " I will be careful Leonardo, and you also - I will check in as much as ninja sneakiness will allow - we will find out who and how actually brought you all here." he promises. It might be important to know. But he is slow to pull away - especially as it confuses the little guy for a moment, " don't worry young one your Dad's Dad will see you sometime." already entirely enchanted with the notion of being Ratpa.


Raphael lets go first slipping back into his form, Leonardo lingering to make sure he is fine and make sure Raph is on his way too.

Raph laughs at the knuckling. He's grateful for the contact, even if it is astral. And it let's him truly fall into the relief that his brothers are okay for now.

When it's time to go, he heads off with his counterpart. He's actually getting this whole returning to his body thing figured out... finally!

"Must have been some good advice." Because they all knew April was waaaaayyyyy out of Casey's league. And Leo often goes to Master Splinter for help. He always has. Still, this is a very different topic, and he appreciates the offer. Though it will have to wait.

And honestly... Leo's not even sure where this will go just yet. He doesn't even know what to ask.

"We will. Thank you, Father." They will be as careful as they possibly can. And he snuggles Duncan as they pull away from Master Splinter. The little guy seems confused, and Leo can't blame him. This is very different from most of the experiences that Duncan has had up to this point. He looks down at Duncan then waves at Master Splinter, seeing if Duncan picks up on it and does the same.

Then he guides Duncan back to his body, making sure the child made it before returning to himself.

" hahaha - I kinda liked the smell, like corn chips-" Raphael begins on the astral plain the tease and sort of flops over to stretch it out on the normal side - startling Addy -

looked like the gals had come over to watch them worriedly and now were sort of spooked by the sudden movement.


Leonardo is less dramatic, reopening his eyes slowly to find Kovu - amusedly was shocked face leaning over Raphael. He leans over too. " I know right he's such a drama queen."


" shaaddup Leonardo before I make ya bite the dust..." the bigger turtle grumped middle finger included. But it was all fake -


And Leonardo had the reaction from Kovu he'd wanted to his sudden closeness and voice, much less his words she was learning but slowly, though quickly for a non-speaker and she startles, there is a delighting tang to her scent - and then she is aroused by his closeness and its even better. Raphael grumps that weren't fair - but Leonardo ignored him to nuzzle the lean shoulders of the nymph.


Lilo giggled and watched Raph hopefully - she'd picked over food but waited until he was back...


Like wise over there Addy is eager, waiting and watching Leo's face. Hoping all was okay and maybe she was still fluffy from having worried about not being able to stir Duncan... he'd gone limp suddenly - but he was till breathing -


And she was watching worried.

And now Splinter is a tad confused and somewhat sheepish, " To be honest it was mostly about flowers... and cooking breakfast in bed, to which I understand Mr. Jones has considerably improved at but still a bit... well its Mr Jones." Seriously it had been very little other than put himself out there... but perhaps better advice than nothing? Well he'll wear the pride in any case.


He is sad to be going - but has to and the withdraw is slooooow oh he wished he could reach other Splinters and tell them their sons were fine...


And he is on his way.

It is so difficult for the little guy to process right away and he does what little kids do when confused - he comes back to his body with a soft cry - and just like Leo had helped him in that weird place he didn't know what to call - even if he had liked what he learned! - he wants to be snuggled here too! moving about in Leo's lap -


unawares he's alarmed Addy again nd she is hovering close by, like a mum cat ears on him, nose twitching and tail flooded out.

Leo had been amused at his father's confusion, and chuckled. It was merely that Casey needed all the help he could get! And Master Splinter watches so many soap operas that he surely had a few ideas anyway!

They all probably get an alarming amount of social experience from TV... at least until a few years ago.

Yes, Leo is sad to see him go too, but he understands.

Leo was somewhat aware of the others teasing and banter, and he's sort of amused as he comes back.

A slight, reassuring chuckle at Addy being right there like that. He picks up Duncan and snuggles him close.

"It's a little different there, and kind of weird to come back, isn't it?" Gently cuddling the child. "Don never liked it as a kid either." Sure, he learned, and is more than capable now, but when he was young? Meditation practice might as well have been torture.  

Leo looked up and smiled at Addy. "He's okay, he was just with us... meeting my father... sort of."

"Oh, but it liiiiingered!" It's pretty much a whine, but in play.

He chuckled at the big guys as he makes his way back to Lilo. He is more than happy to settle next to her, and join her for breakfast. And aw... she waited for him.

"You didn't have to wait. You never know how long Blues will meditate!" Tease to the Leos! Even if he knows this meditation thing is important now.

Oh no! Addy's first instinct at the crying of her kit was to nuzzle him - and thankfully Leo cuddling him like that made it easier to get her nose to him and she licked at him - at those salty few tears that escaped.


Leo's words visibly relaxed her the tail flops to the wood of the deck and her ears sag, if she had whiskers at the moment like she used to they would droop too, a smile is forming int hose moments she is not licking them happily and or purring and or talking, relief! " ooooh.... thaaaank... gooooo d nessss.... was... worried... but... also... not... cause he... is... safe... in your... lap - but... still... so... worried!!" was she making sense?!


Oh she doesn't care!


And if the omegas are looking nervously at her well... they should not have thought it was a good idea to perhaps move Duncan.


And surprise! but a good sort " your dad?!... like that's... was... oh ... of... course he... would... be happy - he... got to ... meet ... Duncan." probably still not making much sense but Leo would get it, she was pleased he got to speak to his dad, that the news of a grandson or more came with it!


And finally as there is a muffled snotty giggle from he boy her licks are starting to slow!


Duncan wails a little, and nods... " Liiike DadDads!... no like... dis..." cause he does not yet have all the words and or comprehension of what just happened but he is trying to between hiccups and sniffles the joy of that new voice, mostly a voice to him, and sensation of warm and fuzzies but coming back had been scary! - but this was being interrupted by a slightly rugh feeling tongue licking at him! and his attempts to dodge it by burying his face didn't help much she just licked at his exposed ear hole which tickled!! and he squirms and finally can't help but giggle -


on the plus side all the licking meant there was no snot or tears smeared all over Leo's shoulder and neck crook or Duncan's face. And the capt had entirely ignored breakfast watching them fussily. She was still ignoring it.


" bwhahaha and noooow you know why I was sniffing ya, like a little corn chip." teases Raphael and peeks an eye glancing towards Leo and the attentive cat - hahahahahaa


Leonardo sniggers and glances over too, " everything okay Leo?" amused, but also its cute and well he was just making sure -


[color=#cc0000]" hah Donatello never really liked meditating either - said he didn't enjoy when he was younger.


Lilo giggled at the relieved klaustriech gal and nuzzled against Raph her fur soft and tickling his skin a bit, " I don't know what a corn chip is but if it is as tasty as you I'd like to try... its okay I chewed on my nails a little." soooo she had something! showing him her indeed trimmed nails.

"Sorry, Man. Missed your chance. I'm taken." Raph doesn't miss a beat. He doesn't sound particularly sorry either. More amused.

And he's also amused with Lilo's response.

"They're only as good as whatever's on top of them." And he definitely knows how that sounded. And intended every bit of it!

"That does not sound like a very good breakfast."

Cat woman seemed to be pretty well all over Duncan  and Leo. And Raph was beginning to wonder if Little Blue was ever actually going to do something about it.

That's entirely different. And he suspects from what Master Splinter has told them, and from what he recalls when he was first learning, that Duncan probably just sort of flopped over. He does vaguely remember waking up on the dojo floor after early meditation sessions.

He smiled at Duncan's words, and gave the child another snuggle. "It's kind of weird at first, but you get used to it." He does anticipate at least reluctance on this front as Duncan gets older.

"He was thrilled." Well... Leo is sure the same sorts of 'why didn't they know sooner?' questions that Leo has will bother Splinter at times, but Master Splinter had seemed truly thrilled.

Leo heard his counterpart's question, but he's ignoring it as Addy's licks start to slow, and Duncan's sounds become giggles... Leo shifts slightly, reaches one arm around Addy, pulls her closer to him, and... unless he gets some signal to stop... kisses her.

Not the brief, chaste sort of kiss he has occasionally given her up until now. He's aiming to catch and hold her, maybe a flick of a tongue... That's a thing, right? He's pretty sure that's a thing! He doesn't really know what he's doing, but he's going for it!

" ah poooo - wanna share?" and sniggering when Lilo hissed a playfully stern nooo way!


Hahahah he is very amused, very lazy feeling and very all over good feeling too - it was the Splinter visit for sure!


Her tail was coming back and she is giggling at Raph's response her tail sneakily slipping beneath his knee to lightly tease the inner thigh " mmmmm I think the base has very yummy flavors too." with a totally oh so not innocent grin.


Leonardo and Raphael both grin though not missing the playby and chuckling but also -


" about time!"


" whoooooop!" yep hapopy call overs.


Which the omegas grinned about -


but Addy completely ignored!


She had not expected that when Leo's arm slipped about her, though she had looked at him alert ears and a grin her licking finally over, they were clean of snot and tears and she was soothed from her worries, having nodded oh it had been scary to watch Duncan flop like that - it had been nerve wracking to wait. It also hadn't been a happy thing to watch the tears - but


They were both okay and happy and now clean and smelled as themselves but a mix of her too from the cleaning efforts and she had been beginning to grin wide hear Leo's dad was happy about meeting Duncan, this new surprise member of his family, genuinely happy about it -

But whatever response she had not quite worked up was... silenced and she takes a moment, then shifts, straddling his knee to be closer but also only one so as not to bump Duncan off and also to balance herself on her feet, soft but padded finger-tipped paw moving over the shoulder to lightly cup back of the head, other slipping about Duncan. Tilting her head a little, teaching without words how to press just that little closer, and his flick of the tongue! she took the invitation, and likewise invited him to explore - to tongue wrestle, to taste - wow she swears he has an exotic tea and nut flavour... almost!


Eyes had widened a bit now closed -
