Lilo wants to move closer to Raph, but Addy needed her warmth - sooooo she compromises her tail reaching over and coiling loosely about his knee. smiling as Leonardo joins them. There was a small rocking as the big turtle joined them but not a jostling or shaking and she'd expected it just like Raph her tail even reflexively tightening upon him a bit.


The bigger turtle looks up and salutes but is watching the port holes and closed ones along the side of the boat to make sure no one attacked. They hadn't yet but there was a chance they might. " uh when your father uses weird balancing and strength training for punishment guess just get good at managing hairy purchases..." he has to squat, not enough room to sit for him - and reaches over to brush a hand over Addy's cheek in a friendly worried sort of way - Kovu catching his big hand and squeezing it - the lookon her face worried if he had to guess and he nods squeezing back. She and Lilo and Duncan were doing what they could to keep cat girl warm.


the little fellow being adorably insistent and probably the main reason why the klaustriech managed to keep some consciousness.


He is curling up against her - and every now and then his wriggling at least making Addy purr - or meow a little or lick him! but he is worried - and making soft little warbly sounds.


Leonardo is worried the sounds will get louder but heck he doesn't stop the boy -

Raphael hears the splash and is at first all hunched a glare that way through his red rag holes, his toothpick between teeth and sai out - but it was just LilBlue, bit of a grunt and snigger, " maybe we scared em - hah alright lead on bossy no pants." Only mostly teasing and ready to rumble! he could scent them... and hear them shuffling about - captains area and the lower deck.


Not really meaning for Leo to go ahead, if he needed to he would - after all he was bullet proof so totally sensible to be sent ahead first to roust camping bodies. He points a sai to the cabin and lower deck guessing Leo might go one way and he the other.

"Maybe..." Leo is doubtful. The guys on the boat probably didn't even hear most of the battle. They may not even know their buddies are out of commission.

And Leo is sure that the couple he just took care of didn't get a chance to tell anyone.

He glanced over at the teasing, but doesn't rise to it. He's too worried about clearing the boat so they can do something for Addy.

Leo nods Raphael towards the lower deck. Leo will clear the cabin then join him belowdecks.

He ghosts off, checking out the cabin, trying to get an idea of what exactly he's dealing with before just racing in.

"How much trouble do you guys get into?" Raph asked, a bit incredulously. "We're usually assigned cleaning."

Raph smiled to Lilo, appreciating the tail around his knee. It was a bit comforting. He would move closer, but it's a pretty full little skiff, so he will wait until they're aboard the larger boat.

Raph grins at the look to theteasing but salutes, he is ready!


And as the spectre of the smaller Leo flits away into the cabin ahead Raphael grabs a nearby barrel slams his sai into it with his dew rag and threw it down the stairway to the lower decking it clattered and crashed and caused just the diervsion he and Leo would need -


He laughs hearing the frightened alarmed and or angry clash of yells.


About a dozen and by the scent he vaguely knew most blutbaden, he yells too and launches down the stairs crashing into the fools who'd crowded about the barrel - causing more yells -mostly fright, he supposed the sight of a massive genio innocuo like himself all naked not even his dew rag in place coming down the stairs with the battle cry was a alarming.


And even as he clean knocked a few out in his initial charge he is sure for Addy's sake Leo wouldn't be far behind him once the top was clear - and would want on or two of these kept alive.

Up on the top the one lowen who'd been hiding in the latrines driven there because of the sudden loud splash on deck and now the sound drew him out creeping around not aware some one was in the cabin, his mane shaggy and dark and his body fur a rusty sort of tan.

Below Leonardo chuckles as he is working, " All the time, as teens mostly... mid teens, we wanted to explore more so it lead to a lot of breaking rules and haashi punishments. Still Raphael can knit you a patterned scarf because of it. Donatello could probably smash us all at TableTennis, Mikey can zen upside down and I can split balance just about anywhere." Not cleaning Addy's wound and it's not in a position to wrap up and it was too late for that sort of measure so he is elevating her, using what ever he could find on the bottom of the little boat, the canvas cover and small square unpacked sail and trying to get her off the wooden cold floor of the boat looking up the larger boat unlike her longboat had the winch point to lift the small boat up, he simply rips out the beam settled across the front where some would sit and the middle using them to prop Addy's top body up, her shivering slowed just a tiny bit when she had the canvas under her and sail over up to her ribcage, Kovu and Lilo and Raph he gestured to help, either keeping the boat steady of lifting Addy's body.


Annnnd the shout came just as they had mostly done what they could for her. He tucks the pulls off his belt the snake beings head at the end of the boat.


Tucking the worried little boy back in close to Addy - he'd made a strange warbly little sound when Leonardo lifted him into Lilo's lap - now he was making it but a little louder.


Lilo snuggled the little guy helping where she could and her tail wrapping a little higher along Raph's thigh smiling with Addy now covered she could move a little closer as he had tried doing.

Leo is efficient and thorough about checking the top deck for any remaining foes. It doesn't take him long to find the guy who hid himself in the latrine.

Seriously?

He shakes his head and kicks open the door. Taking note of the shaggy mane. The guy looked terrified.

"I'm feeling generous. Antivenin for the snake." Leo doesn't really want to clean up unnecessary blood. "And I might let you live." Not necessarily stay on the boat, but maybe keep your head.

But he will spill blood if he has to. He has no real qualms about it.

Leo might be smaller than this creature, but he's definitely exuding 'don't cross the alpha' vibes.

"Y'all are nuts." It's teasing. Stated with a chuckle. Because... damn. That was some serious punishment, just to turn around and do it again! Don't they ever learn from mistakes? Clearly not...

Okay, that's probably not fair.

They don't learn from being punished. That's a very different thing.

Raph assisted Big Blue as best he could. He sort of helped shift Addy, but he was also trying to counterbalance any movement from the larger turtle as best he could.

Not that it was that much. Guy was like... twice his size. At least.

The shifting around also allowed him to sort of scoot a little closer to Lilo. Even though he was still sort of watching Addy and Duncan worriedly, it's nice to have her there. Lilo's presence is comforting.

The Lowen is shaking in his boots thanks to the noise below and is eeeeping when faced with Leo, he guuulps and gives his mangy mane a shake. " su uu uure... this way..." and this boat is bigger than Addy's oldone so there are more storage rooms for the food and drink and, medicine including some antivenom.


"it's not a large supply and it...needs to be given slowly..."

Leo is watching the mangy Lowen closely.  He accepts the antivenin and tucks it into one of his belt pouches for now.

He can hear Raphael crashing through the lower decks, and it sounds like the big guy is doing juuuust fine. Leo should really get down there to help him, but this is important. And his next words might be slightly gentler. Sort of implying a you help me, I help you agreement.

"How slowly?" Hopefully this sort of information was on the bottle, and maybe Kovu would even know what she was doing. He would see if that information agreed with what this creature was telling him.

Leo is still inclined to be trusting. Sometimes to a fault. And right now? He's inclined to give this terrified creature a chance.

A gentle laugh, half at the teasing - half cause there is definite noise of Raphael enjoying himself. He nods at the teasing accepting it, " you are not wrong Raph, we are definitely nuts and bolts crazy at times.... but maybe a little lesso if I tell you some of the reasons for the punishments were worth it?"


And they have done what they could for Addy, she is breathing fast though the shivering has slowed. And far more past the point of unconsciousness by the way she is not responding to Duncan's sounds or nuzzles anymore.


He smiles noting that Lilo and Raph had moved a little closer, and that the smaller guy had been trying to counter his weight. She he does it now still the rocking the boat had started and waiting - waiting...

Crashing about and having a blast. He had the barebones he's guessing less warrior and mostly sailing crew only on the in. The ones that put up the fight were oars men, bear like beings.


he's not killing, mostly knocking the crew out cold and stuffing them in the brig.

Rattling and banging and throwing things about - like the canon.


Yep he could lift and throw the canon - just the one cause it was merely to scare and he didn't want to send it through anything and make the boat broken! Or make it sink.


And he was steadily running out of bodies.

Kovu is rubbing the little shell and brushing back Addy's hair and furr.


Her heart beat a happy tune and she is close enough now to rest head lightly against Raph's side. Listening to the racket above and wondering why bodies were not being thrown out of the portholes. Her tail tip tickling inner thighs.

The gangly Lowen watches Leo anxiously but nods, "slooooow, um..." looks about the shelves for spoon and lifts some finding a small one. Teaspoon sized roughly. " venom make cold and slows body, warm back up with mouthfuls until drowsiness gone, warmth back. If not work and gets colder must go to Maester." he fills in. "or breathing will stop"


Below the loud crashing and thuds and shouts and battle cries of Raph were going quiet.

Leo accepts the spoon and puts it with the antivenin. He eyes the Lowen a moment. There had been no attempts at saying he'd rather die. Really no attempt to oppose Leo in any manner.

Why not?

"You don't seem like the others. Why are you here?"

As he speaks, he's guiding the Lowen he's 'captured' toward the skiff. Closer to where they'd be able to get the medicine to Addy. Leo remains wary of the creature, but so long as the guy plays along, Leo is content to keep him around.

It seems Leonardo has 'rearranged' the skiff. He rather hopes that thing still has the winch point... He's looking at the winch, and it's simple enough. He's pretty sure he can operate it if the others can attach the skiff.

"Isn't it always?" Raph asks of getting in trouble. Well... at least with Master Splinter.

Okay, sometimes.

Though the worst punishments and most effective lessons were definitely when the universe kicked their shells for them.

It's a waiting game now, and he puts an arm around Lilo as she rests against him.

And looks up as Little Blue peers down at them again. So... is it time? Are they done up there?

He's pretty sure he can still hear a little of Raphael cleaning up him area. And Little Blue seems to have someone with him? What the...?

The lowen shifts his weight, he leans over to look below too and then shivers and draws back, "am craven... didn't want to be out here... part of the crew..." yep a cowardly lion dude. A omega.


Leonardo looks up at them, he'd been giggling at Raph's words and nodding, oh yes he knew and was familiar with turtle luck and ratty karma. He waves a bit at Leo and shifts carefully, then climbs up the side of the big boat, " I don't think it will be safe to move Addy too much from the skiff... have any idea how to winch it?" adding this to the lion being with Leo.


Raphael has stopped crashing about and his hulking shape poked out of one of the holes meant for the canons. " how is everyone going? yous missed a meagre party?"


And Lilo is giggling a little snuggled her tail had move around Raph's bicep around her, head against his shoulder and plastron edge watching the big turtle shift and leave them. Kovu watching him. Duncan making that sound again - this time for Leo and loud enough to be heard from his cuddle positing against Addy.

"It's okay, Duncan." It's brief, just acknowledging the call.

Leo considered the lion for a moment. Even as he does so he's moving to the winch and getting things started. He's not Donnie, but this winch is simple enough. The one Don has on the Battle Shell has an electric motor to turn it, but its basics the same. Leo will find the release to lower the hooks soon enough whether the lion helps or not.

"Help me. Show us the ropes. Get us going." He's speaking gently. The tone is sincere and respectful, and there's an alpha quality to the words. He has the authority to make the offer. And to rescind it should it not be adhered to. As well as the will to do so.

"Afterwards, we can drop you off at a safe port, or you can come with us. Up to you."

Raph grins up at his counterpart as they guy appeared from one of the gun ports.

"Sounded like quite the bash." Raph cracked. HA! See what he did there? He's a little too amused by his own joke. Shifting a little, he pulls Lilo a little closer.

"Hey, he from Wizard of Oz?" He called up to Little Blue, standing there with that hesitant looking lion.

The cowardly lion hurried nods, he was all omega he was accustomed and used to orders and following. " oh yes, yes I can get it going." it was manual, usually the boat would be climb out of by the passengers and then they would would use muscle power to bring it up, then again he could see the massive other blue wearing on and looking down with a gulp and tuck of his ears against head and tail in he sees a bigger turtle with red. " this crank to turn the wheel to lower... and then pull up the ropes and boat..." he shows.


Leonardo is amused and nod, [color=#0000CD]" start lowering Raphael get your tail up here and help me crank up.'to be honest Raph bench pressed more weight that was in the boat and the boat it self so he could probably do it alone. [color=#0000CD]" Raph, Lilo, once the ropes are down make sure you use securing knots." he climbs over the boats railings and is beside Leo and the now alarmed looking lion boy.


Raphael laughs and cracks wise back, " it was a small, shot... but a knockout." he confirms and exiting the port hole to climb up the boat after Leonardo and over - making the lion guy squeak and sort of cower at the crank were he is letting the rope down. " you are correct Raph we missing robot boy straw man and toto."

"Thank you." It's sincere. He listens intently to how to use the winch, and moves to assist with lowering. He will let the big guys bring it up. "We really appreciate it."

Leo can't help himself. He chuckled softly when the lion saw Leonardo and Raphael. He actually feels pretty bad for the little guy.

"Don't worry, you're helping us." It's gentle, and Leo squeezes the lion's shoulder as he helps lower the winch lines.

Duncan nuzzled and licked and squeaked happily hearing Leo's response -


but Addy wasn't licking him back! and no purring!


His pout was mmaaaassssssive! Including the huge eyes and all so it was another sort of shocked squeak when the nymph makes coo cooing noises and lifts him and snuggles him - only ahead of Lilo's tail lashing out to snatch him up -


though he didn't know that!


And right now was just happy to have some one hugging him back!

Yep! she'd been enchanted and oooooh mmmmmmm frooooooog he was sooo cute! and cuddling him!


Nymphs had been failing to have little ones over the past two decades, few males and stiff competition between females... though they had began looking outside their own for potential mates so maybe numbers would come back.


but for now... no babies - so being able to cuddle this little guy was a treat! And she'd been wanting to do so for ages!

" Sam... I am Sam..." the mangy young lanky lion says somewhat pleased with the thanks and somewhat... uneasy cause the big genio innocuo awaited their turns and were close and well even if he was a bit taller than Leo he realises now was still rather large! He looks over the edge though as the ropes get low enough to be tied to the boat's winching points, or the front and end of the little skiff where there was sail and fishing and tied off points. He points down at them, " the ropes must be knotted at that end and that end."

"You got it, Zeke." Raph responded, not waiting for whatever the guy's real name was. Just like he has Big Blue and Little Blue, the cowardly lion shall forever be Zeke.

Raph ties the knots, and he's efficient about it. This was definitely one of the skills they've had come in handy before.  Once both ends of the boat are secure, he calls up to the others.

"It's secure, guys. Do your thing." He wouldn't normally stay in the boat, he could scale up just like the others did, and he's sure Lilo could too. He doesn't want to leave Addy alone in the boat though. He shifts, so the weight in the little vessel is more even. This way, they can at least make sure it doesn't tip at all on it's way up.

Leonardo is keeping his amusement at the cowardly lions fear of him and Raphael hidden. Better than Raphael in any case who chuckles almost silently when the lanky cat man shrinks a little.


Little cause Leonardo elbows him in the plastron, firmly.


Lilo was just too slow to catch up Kovu. to be fair she'd been enjoying the snuggling close to Raph as they wait and not paying much attention only catching sight of the little but huge and so danged heart wrenchingly cute pout moments behind the nymph and thus her tail unwinding from Raph was a bit slow in catching the little guy up for a hug, " Zeke?" she wonders curiously.


Leonardo grins and takes a hold of the crank... then omphs when Raphael shoves him aside and starts cranking alone. So he shrugs and waits.

"Hi, Sam. I'm Leo. Sorry, I should have done that sooner. We also have Leonardo and Raphael up here." He gestured to the pair. "Raph, Lilo, Kovu, Duncan and Addy are in the boat." And if he sounds the most concerned about Addy... well... he is. He's terribly worried about her.

Kovu sure seemed excited about the chance to cuddle Duncan. and Leo was actually happy to see that the little guy was letting her. He probably didn't know her very well yet. So it was good that he had accepted her as part of their group.

Raph laughed at Lilo's confusion about the name he called Sam.

"Just a character in a story back home that he reminds me of." Yes. The cowardly lion in the Wizard of Oz.

And maaaaybe Raphael senses the concern as well as wanting to show the heckoff! he is cranking and definitely flexing the muscles more than necessary - making ZekeSam gringe a little and duck back behind Leo a little. Hah he was going to be fun.


Leonardo smiles and spared from the cranking he moves to watch the rops and pulley and the boat coming up.


And it was up and they could see the Addy, she was still breathing though it was slow. Kovu so eager to show Leonardo she was hugging the little guy she made the boat wobble a little, Leonardo chuckles catching the edge both to pull it on board and to keep it steady a soft growl at the nymph he understood this was special for her and the sulky little boy seemed less so.


And excited when he sees Leo that tail going crazy, dawwwwwwww.


Lilo giggling with an oooooh sort of held of in her position to keep the balance but once Leo had a hold of the side of the boat she moves closer again to nuzzle him, " will you tell the story sometime?" she wonders with glee. And distracting herself, she was nervous, and so was Kovu... they were islanders andboth deciding to travel with the genio innocuo away from their home lands for the first time... on a big boat,it was a huge deal and change for both. For Lilo Raph being there made it an easy decision and less scary. For Kovu the presence of the one she'd chosen to follow where ever he went.


Raphael holds the crank steady until the others hand the skiff on the deck int he rollocks and stands he guessed was it's along the side and behind other spaces for other skiffs that would not be returning to the boat deck as they were wrecked.


Leonardo pulls and grunts, he had the strength for the job but Leo would have to help guid the boat into place and as he waits for that not noticing this display of strengthf rom him and Raphael and soon Leo too would make ZekeSame uneasy more. " Raphael any other crew left?" curiously and grinning at Raph, " thanks for keeping an eye on these maruaders." the ladies were hardly that but the wise cracking short Raph had helped keep the ladies calm and focused and an eye on the little fellow.


" in the brigg most probably still out cold no serious injuries."

If Leo wasn't currently so worried about Addy, he would be far more amused by Sam ducking behind him like that. Seems he has adopted an Omega...

Leo just lets Raphael do his thing in getting the skiff up. He would just be in the way over there. He does smile as Duncan sees him and gets all waggy tailed. Aw... Soon enough kiddo... Raph had been carrying the kid for awhile during their latest travels and the fight, and Leo feels like he hasn't held him in forever.

He does recognize when it's time to reach out and help guide the skiff into position, and he helps his counterpart do that without a word. It's nice to be finally sort of thinking with his counterpart instead of sort of butting against him as he was earlier.

Leo rubs Duncan's head, but he doesn't pick him up just yet.

"Addy...?" He rubs her brow, gently trying to rouse her enough to give her some of the medicine. Once it's in her system, he'll move her.

Raph grinned as Lilo asked him to tell the story sometime.

"I think I could manage that." He grinned. He smiled at poor Duncan. He didn't seem too excited about being cuddled by the nymph. He felt a little sorry for the nymph too. She seemed almost desperate to snuggle the boy. And Raph sort of had to wonder why.

He then grins up at Big Blue's words.

"Oh yeah, they're definitely trouble." His tone is teasing, but there is a bit of worry for Addy. He jumps out once the skiff is settled, offering Lilo a hand, and letting Big Blue help Kovu. Making space for Little Blue to get in there close to Addy.

" I look forward - to it! hahah you know we females are mischief makers.' she laughs a little and eagerly accepts the hand out just as Zeke went to come forward curious of the klaustrech female in the boat but Raphael and Leonardo stepping closer made him scurry back behind Leo and just watch anxiously. not that he hadn't had much to do with the cats lately though they were considered by most lowen a little less than because they were cat types unable to roar. Lilo is nervous about the lowen - if she was about cattype Addy a lowen or lion like definitely had her on edge, though not as much too because the guy seemed spooked by everything - so her own edginess and rise of furr was short lived. She relaxes and grins nuzzling closer to Raph.


Yaya! he is happy to have been touched by Leo and in response snuggles back against this female, nuzzling into her neck and well he doesn't notice how happy that makes the nymph she makes funny eep eep sounds of delight.


Hah Leonardo sniggers and simply lifts her and the boy out by her waist standing the for the moment entirely distracted and content female to the boat deck between him and Raphael. And now the way was clear of Leo and he could reach Addy.


She was not very responsive, enough so mumbles Leo's anme with somewhat a questioning lit to the tone of her voice but doesn't seem quiet there, and her eyes don't open at his touch. ZekeSam shivers.

Leo frowns and takes the medicine out of his belt pocket, he kneels down and lifts her into a sitting position, still under the sail blanket. He leans her against his body so he can get a spoonful of the antivenin. He holds it to her mouth, just... hoping it's not too late.

"I'm here, Addy. You need to take this." His words sound more confident than he feels.

Please... please be okay...

He's aware of the others, but he's not paying them much mind. His focus is definitely on Addy at the moment.

ZekeSam watches and helps a little, he is a catbeing if a different one and knows how best for Leo to angle her head to get the medicine in even if she doesn't take it herself - his rounded not pointed like her ears flicking a little.And the brief touch he adds a low " she is not too cold yet - half half..."


Though Addy herself is not really in much command of her responses. And given she still feels like she may have had too much ariki she is having trouble making much sense of Leo's request and what he wants her to do, but she trusts its good for her and will help so at least opens her mouth for him - that much she can grasp she needs to do.


Sam misses there is sort of soft relieved sounds from Leonardo and Raphael, and Kovu. Followed by Lilo when he continues his thought from before, " not too cold still time for medicine to work, just needs to give slowly - some now... wait for sun to move lower then more and wait and only until she is warm without needed... cover... she might come around late tonight or some time tomorrow. Be tired and thirsty still time." he indicate the does should be at least spaced apart, probably half an hour by their best guess, and only dose until she can regulate her own temperature again.

Leo doesn't quite breathe a sigh of relief when Sam tells him that Addy isn't too cold yet. That it's not too late for her. That she should recover. But he gives the lion a grateful look. And he lets the Sam assist him.

Only once the medicine is in Addy's system does he almost breathe a sigh of relief.

"Thank you, Sam." He doesn't get up just yet. Just strokes Addy's forehead for a moment.

"Is there a good place to put her? Somewhere we can keep her warm?"

Leo then carefully starts picking her up. There has to be somewhere better than this open skiff. He's gentle, and churrs softly for her while she's against him in his arms. A healing one, similar to her purr.

Purr, briefly and a bit of a face at the medicines taste her tongue flicking licking it, liking the spoon and Leo's fingerstips briefly. There is the bright green of her eyes as she tries to focus on more than the underside of her eyelids but nope she just couldn't...


And shivers a little curling closer to Leo in his arms she was sure - or maybe not? was she floating? nah couldn't be she wasn't a fae...

Duncan churrs - he is hanging onto Kovu and smiling about - reaching out towards Leo and Addy making worried little sounds and watching he still felt the urge to bite himself and put it against her wound. " Da?... red? reeeds help?

Leonardo smiles, it was good to hear the catwoman would be alright, he considers where they are and then Kovu for a moment - and the way she was thoroughly enjoying snuggling Duncan. Raising an eye ridge her way for a moment then looking at Raph and Lilo. " hah glad you left most the crew alive. Sam... who below can we trust? some one who will not try anything stupid but knows sailing enough to clear this bit of coast?" they should get away from the beach here, and maybe try to keep the larger than long boat Addy had before but not as big as the one that had crushed her home somewhere sort of out of the way as to not draw attention until Addy was able to direct them.


Sam had been thinking over Leo's question and said slowly... the captains quarters it had a bed she could be rested on. " the captains quarters would be best..." he gestures to the room Leo had been checking out earlier. To Leonardo, with a bit of a quiver in his voice, " ummmmm Munroe, Blutbad he has a half cut ear and is small er than the other wolves but been on the waters all his life." he decides after much thought then hurrying to open the door to the cabin for Leo to take Addy in.


Leonardo nods his thanks, chuckling a little, then thumps Raphael on the shoulder, " come on lets find that guy and get this thing moving, Raph, Lilo...I guess just stash all our loot from earlier somewhere..." keep everyone busy. And sides they really did need to stash the giant spider eggs they'd collected earlier. Kovu tried to follow him and he had to gently push her after Leo, she had a holdof Duncan after all.

Lilo had not let go of Raphs hand, even her little thumb running over the knuckles as she waits anxious as the rest for some sign...and it came from the cowardly lion - Addy would be okay. It was a good!


She eeee's happily and nuzzles Raph's shoulder glancing as Leonardo addressed them, nodding, yes probably best and she and he find places to stash the goodies!

Leo is careful, as gentle as he can be about moving Addy. Trying to keep her ride as smooth as possible.

As he follows Sam to the Cabin, he responds to Duncan.

"Yes, Buddy. She was bitten and needs help." He's careful about laying her down, and covering her up, doing what he can to help get her warm again. He rubs her brow once more and sighs.

Yes, it was a huge relief that Sam said she would be okay, but Leo was still worried.

Kovu hesitates, but follows Leo with Duncan in arms.


Hurrying ahead and around Leo Sam pulls the captains bed covers down the mattress was not like those thin one below in the hammocks made of straw is was soft downy goose feathers and had the heavier coverings,he moves aside to watch the Genio Innocuo lay her down. " are we cleaning this?" pointing to the puncture marks from the fangs and the goop of the venom on her.

Raph definitely does not even try to make Lilo let go of his hand. He's more than happy to have her there.

"You got it, Big Blue, Bossy Britches."

Words are cheeky, but his tone is bright, and he'll do it. In fact, he's eager to have something to do.

He helps gather their loot to find somewhere to stash it. Maybe down on the lower decks... Especially with...

"We were in a hurry or something to get rid of these eggs right...?" He's sure he heard something like this.

"So um... how long do we have before these things start hatching...?"

" bossy britches hahahahaha I like that one." And snorting with laughter as Leonardo gifts them both with a middle finger and a oh hah hah surrounded by comedians sort of look. High five for his counterpart! hah!


Annnnnnnnnd Raphael is glad he doesn't have to deal with the spider giants eggs.... he shudders and follows Leo below decks and then grins sheepishly - the crew were all piled haphazardly in the iron caging in the back here beyond the opening for the bottom deck.


" you knocked them all out?"


" well... I didn't know we would need them...'


Leonardo siiiighs " fair enough alright lets find the wolf and wake him up."


So they were shifting about the bodies sniffing and looking for one half ear.

Leo nods a bit sadly at Sam's words. "It probably needs to be cleaned, yes... Is there something here?"

Leo has some antiseptic in this belt, but he's not sure what to do about the venom. He wouldn't want to accidentally make things worse... Honestly, Leo's just not sure what to do with a snake bite.

"I've never dealt with this sort of bite before." He'll admit that to this lowen. Leo is fairly certain the guy isn't going to give them any trouble whatsoever.

Sam was equally un easy about it, he was a simply lowly deck hand not a healer and certainly not a Maester.


Kovu though... she is not sure of all that is said and she squeezes Duncan again. Then reluctantly offers him back to Leo by gently prodding his shoulder. And pointing at Addy's wounds, then to herself with that prodding hand she knew how to treat massive puncture wounds, especially with venom.


She after all lived on the island with giant cannibalistic centerpede critters and the giant spiders.


Addy was still and quiet and actually resting - and Sam was not worried about her temperature -


They could here the two massive genio innocuo in the below decking discussing when they found their wolf and how best to help him recover consciousness. There was a splash that suggested he was getting a face washing. She is amused but focused waiting for the nod from Leo and the empty arms to get to work. Moving to the brazier and fill a jug with water to wash the wounds before they dress them - intending to use hot water.


Duncan is happy to reach out for Leo pointing again at Addy, " need... Duncan reds? make better...."

And Lilo could here the same thing. She has no idea how ships work. She doesn't know the lowest deck these bottom spaces were both cargo holds but also air pocket chambers for when there is bad weather. She hums a little over his queation. " as soon as possible yes. if there is.... al alcohol... ariki around and we rub the eggs with a little of it will slow down hatching for days at a time... and yes we should sell or trade them on as soon as possible." she grins a little at Raph and begins looking through the barrels and kegs already here, the jars and jugs to find the alcohol. " has strong sugary smell with a bit..." she explains she doesn't move far because she was still holding his hand.

Leo turned to Kovu at the prodding. He accepted Duncan and hugged the child tightly against him.

"Thank you, Kovu." He then shifts around the bed to give Kovu space to work.

If Leo weren't so worried about Addy, what he's hearing from Leonardo and Raphael below decks would be hilarious. But as it is, Leo is preoccupied.

He is frowning at Duncan's words. It takes Leo a moment to translate them. And another to recall that Don had said they had some sort of healing ability! Oh... part of him wanted to try, another part was worried about the venom getting to Duncan...

"I... Yeah... she probably needs help, Buddy, but we need the venom off first. I don't want you getting sick too."

No, Leo definitely doesn't want Duncan to be poisoned too! He hugs the child close again, watching as Kovu works.

Raph technically lives on an island too. It's just covered in concrete, not a tropical foliage. He's not much more at home on a boat than Lilo is, but he's been on one or two before.

Not like this though.

But hey, Raph watches a lot of TV, including pirate movies. And pirates always have alcohol!

"Sugary alcohol, got it."

Although Raph doesn't mind bugs to the sort of extent that his counterpart seems to, he doesn't want these things hatching on the boat either!

He starts going through barrels and kegs as well. Jars, jugs... some are water. Some are.. not.

He covers his beak. Gross. Some are gross. He pushes the rotten one off to the side. He'll ask if they need it later. Because he's all for dropping it in the sea!

"So glad I stuck my beak in the rotten thing." EEEWWWWWW!!!!! His eyes are still crossed!

Lilo dawwwwwws and offers her tail tip up for a sniffing, even tickling the end of Raph's snout with it, ladened with her scent and all her scent had to tell him and putting a few clean rags aside she is sniffing and finally - he had it she could smell it the moment he pulled the lid off, not the awful rotting stuff, " fermented jelly fish. Said to be a potent stimulant for males who have trouble getting ... hard? Sometimes females need some too if their having a rough time with bub inside, like lots of sick, need the meat for its good. And funny enough seems to be one smell that doesn't set those females off." she explains and pats the lid down on that stuff hard to keep the potent ick smell in, she was not pregnant she did not find the smell enticing.


but the newest keg he found had the almost liquorice sweet thick smell she was looking for and pointed to it, " that's Ariki. hard alcohol and will make the unhatched spiderlings sort of... sleep?"


Giggling at the sounds above them of the bigger turtles waking the wolf and his funny yowl of horror seeing them.

Sam wonders at the wolfie screeching below as Leonardo and Raphael face palm alternatively and in turns waiting for the wlf guy to stop freaking out -


He cowers listening to it. Even if the soft voices of the big genio innocuo were of the words of calm down and not going to hurt you type.


Kovu brings the bowl of hot water over and some cloths and begins clearing away the venom careful to not touchit herself, Leo is right to make sure no one does, it can be absorbed through the skin. She also doesn't use each cloth more than once makinga small pile of them as she clears away the thick clear mucus like snake venom off of Addy's skin, furr was beginning to molt off her - she would probably lose her coat.


Kovu ignores that for the moment simply working on clearing and cleaning and finally then using another rag and the water to wash the blood away. Making Addy meow a little in protest and pain a few times as she thoroughly cleans the wound not deep all told but definitely would present a blood loss problem. And well she'd cleared off some of the furr loss so kept going. To Leo she points than at wound. his turn if he had anything to disinfect or wrap it with.


Duncan had not like the ouchies meow his little chirrup of worry stating so. But he does like listening to Leo and nods, nuzzling into the cuddling.

Leo watches, swaying Duncan a little as Kovu works. Even though Sam had said Addy should be okay, Leo is still on edge. And he likely will be until she's really in the clear and really awake again.

At her pained meows, Leo sits on the edge of the bed with Duncan and takes her other hand. Just a silent show that he's here.

He can hear Raphael and Leonardo trying to calm down the wolf. Doesn't sound like it's going well.

"Thank you, Kovu." Leo speaks softly once Addy is cleaned up.

It's not much, but Leo does have a small tube of disinfectant and little gauze in his belt. All of his brothers do, though the bag that Don usually carries to the surface has most of their normal supplies. He sets Duncan on the bed next to Addy as he gets it out and moves around to reach the injury.

He's as gentle as he can be as he applies the goopy disinfectant from the small tube.

Part of him wants to let Duncan try whatever it is he can do... Part of him is worried about the child being affected too.

Duncan sits on the bed watching Leo and reaching for the little tub but doesn't grab he wanted to but it changes to a worried and curious, " Wassat Dad... wassit/" sniffing and watching anxious...


Sam gestures, " she is losing furr... should comb it away so she doesn't try licking she has no way to safely fur ball cough right now." he points, Kovu has started but stopped to get rid of the venom rags so Duncan wouldn't touch them and then the washing water to bring a clean bowl over for all their hands and fine combs made of dead and dried spikey sea slugs. Yep Addy's furr was shedding, a reaction to the venom in her - a way for the snake to ensure its meal was ready for swallowing hole, less fur saves just a little time on disgestion.


her green eyes had barely managed a tiny lift and she felt the comfort of Leo and manages to not meow a little this time as disinfectant is applied and stings at the raw flesh.

"It's disinfectant." Leo explained to the curious little guy. "It's so germs don't get in and make her sick." Well... sicker...

Once he's satisfied that the wound is fully covered, Leo carefully wraps the gauze around the bite. Tight enough to discourage any further bleeding, but not so tight that it should cut off circulation.

And he has more experience wrapping wounds like this than he cares to recollect. Sure, Don was the one who usually took on the task of bandaging anyone who needed it, but he wasn't always around, and it was Leo who was usually tasked with bandaging any injuries Don took.

Once the bandage is wrapped, Leo picks up one of the combs. Glad there were several here. That was definitely not something he carried around.

Though he had often helped comb Master Splinter's fur, so for a reptile, he's pretty well versed in fur combing. And he's as gentle as he can be.

Addy mumbles a little and shivers a as the wrapping takes place though the scent of Leo registers along with Duncan's there is a bit of a hiss when she registers there is a lowen smell - a slow on she is still too under to respond much but it was a defensive hiss.


Sam combs - Kovu collects the furr that comes loose - it is sad to her that the klaustriech female is essentially going bald right now -


Missing Sam maybe growling a little low in his throat to the females hiss, "she was recently in heat...." he can smell the residual scents and was tempted for like one second to cop a feel of a small breast, she had two other other sets of nipples under her breasts, but those where less prominent as she had not had previous kits. He works at removing the falling away furr


aaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnd the alpha genio innocuo seemed protective soooo he decides not to.

Oh... that's a much better smell. Heavenly, even.

"Sticking your tail in my nose right after the uppy juice, huh? I expect help with that later." All play, all flirt. Later though, because... yeah, he does not want giant baby spiders around. Nope, nope, nope. And his poor counterpart might actually faint or have a heart attack...

"I vote we sell it at the next port." Because surely it's worth something. And it stiiiiiinks.

He looks at the ariki, then to the eggs. Actually, that liquor doesn't smell half bad. But it might just be compared to the last barrel he'd opened. And Lilo's scent is lingering.

"So... can we just like... pour it on 'em, or do we have to rub it in or something?"
