The Cove, Iluka Islands.

"Yeah... no one wants to mutate again. It's not fun, and actually sort of painful." Yes, there was a period of time during which their mutations had been unstable. There had been some back and forth stuff there. Donnie and Carter had figured it out though.

Raph sort of waved the keys, then nods in agreement with Lilo, and wraps an arm around her before sliding it to her hand for the walk back down to the holds.

"Keys for a Mr. Lee. O. Nardo! Little Blue said somethin' about meditating to check for curses though...? Know what he's talking about? Oh, and Addy's better." Sort of looking around, any more messes need making?

' agreed.... not that we have, or recall the first mutation.... I'm guessing by the assured tone you guys may have experienced a secondary mutation of some sort?" chattering, helping to move away from the shock of what they just saw, especially as he has seen similar himself already knowing his and his brothers mutagen could mutate some, but in small slow increments it seemed to do little but accelerate healing on a cellular level.


Chuckling at the greeting and the distracted looking Leonardo, hovering in such a way behind Sam and Pip as they working on listing everything they can see and open to double check on a manifest or ledger later that the pair were definitely not going to make a mistake. So Leonardo's gaze at them was a little blank at first until everything registered.


And at first Leonardo's face turns from distracted serious face into a wide grin, " Addy's better? - well thats fantastic news!" he beams and points to the middle deck they had passed on the way down here, " hey hey you can make a new mess up there for me once the not needed crew have been let go..." definitely no make a new mess here - he'd just finished and it looked great and tidy and all tight in place so bad weather shouldn't knock things about, though a true tossing about ont he waves sort of storm might be a different matter! He looks over at the chests and contemplates then nods slowly reaching for the keys that were offered. " that is not a bad idea checking for the magics first." he smiles at Kovu offering the not reaching for keys hand out to her and taking hers gently tugging her closer to him away from Raphael.


Who pouts a bit, but hey he'll find his own fun and the nymph was eager to hug Leonardo.


Lilo grins, she knew she and Raph had been down here over night resting, but wow it was good and clean now! And she understood Kovu's delight being in Leonardo's hold again, she herself had hummed in delight at the return embrace and lightly thumb stroked the hand holding hers all the way down giggling a little at the warning from Leonardo to not mess up the nice neatness he'd created, but feel free to start above... well when the rest of the crew were gone. " gotta give Leo a moment though needs a little snug time before they join us. We could probably match chests to keys by the metal type and work. Whilst waiting." she offers Raphael and Raph, Leonardo looked like he might go back to hovering over Sam and Pip, though with a Kovu in arms maybe he'll look less intimidating?

The little doragonkame couldn't be happier, he was snuggling into both Addy and Leo, and he wasn't sure what those words were... he blinks curiously up at them both mouth forming the shapes of the word. " l ooo vvvv eh?" searching dadLeo's face then Addy's closely with the large purple eyes, resting his self hurt hand a little higher up Leo's plastron just cause it did hurt a bit, not in a bad bad way, sort of bruise and stiff feeling which wont last too long.


Addy purring had paused when Leo's churring did and she can't help but have to nuzzle him as a couple of tears slid free, now it seemed the sort of confused feelings would not be back, and well it meant a lot hearing the words, so there are a few wet streaks but mostly a gentle and warm and wide smile, which had giggles when Duncan's voice sounds between them, she purrs again and snuggles closer feeling Leo's churr, nuzzling the little head. " Love Duncan, love... the way you feel in here..." she pats his plastron, " feel in here for DadLeo, for me... for your brothers." Trying to keep it simply but glancing at Leo because she wasn't sure really if that had been simple enough. Maybe he had a better way to state it to the little guy? though it was true, how she felt in there for him and Duncan.


The little guy's face serious for a moment even if his tail was still going! eeeeeeeeeeee so cute!

Leo is angry.

Angry beyond words at Duncan's question. Angry that this question needed to be asked.

Oh... Leo is going to need to step out after this... but for this child, he'll figure it out. Leo sat back a bit  from where he had been hugging Duncan and Addy. 

Leo slowed his breathing, closed his eyes, breathed out the anger, let it flow away with each breath, focused... 

Then pulled Duncan into a secure hug, and Leo is the one sharing this time. 

Starting with his love for his brothers. Letting it fill him, washing over Duncan. His father next. Different, but just as strong. His love for their friends. April, Casey, Angel... Usagi... others they have met along the way that have a smaller place in his heart, but who still need recognition. Even the sort of love he has for his city, his home, just to illustrate. Love for their traveling companions, for Addy, different again, but stronger than many of the others. And finally his love for Duncan. Bright and new, completely different than the others, but powerful. 

When Leo is done, he is spent. His expression almost pointedly neutral as he comes back and slowly hugs both Addy and Duncan again. His tone is similar.

"Are you feeling okay to get up and explore a little? Maybe find the others...?"

He needs to deal with this now. Like now, now.

"Of some sort..." Raph confirmed. "Donnie and Carter figured it out though. ...probably."

To say that Raph has less than full faith in Donnie's work is probably something if an understatement. The guy is good at what he does, sure. The theory is usually sound. 

He does not have faith in the longevity of basically anything Donnie does. And accidental small explosions are a little too common in their home.

"She looked ready to rock and roll." Raph Confirmed of Addy. "We'll give ya all the gory details when it isn't so crowded."

Basically sometime when they can speak more freely about the dragon toddler!

"Aawwwww!" Disappointed he can't make a mess now, but it's an entirely fake pout, and he is looking forward to the next opportunity he was promised!

"That sounds dangerously like organizing." Raph commented to Lilo's suggestion of matching keys to chests as beat they can. Though he ran his hand along the small of her back as he moved to do exactly as suggested.

And this time it is Addy who worries. And even if she is not aware of everything and doesn't know why that question would bring forth the anger, she does understand it is anger and it is neither directed at herself or the little boy. But who ever made it necessary the little guy had to ask. She purrs for him as Leo draws back and they wait patiently for Leo to return, both of them large green eyes watching, and those big purple ones. And Addy curls back around Leo when he does., nuzzling them both again.


She felt so good she was about ready to bounce of the bed, there was no pulling or ache in the wounds, just a tingle in them and she was keen to move! to get up and mooooveee! " we are ready Leonardo. Well... I will be in a moment." a soft affection, but for the moment with him angry and she knew he might need to sort it out she is not demanding more snuggling or anything right now.


Duncan is blissfully unawares, the big turtles showing him, in his mind and as Addy slips away to find... something to wear over her slim muscled naked form he snuggles into Leo's hold for a bit resting his head on the larger turtles shoulder. Love. He liked this love. Yes he felt that for his brothers, for Leo, for Addy, his playmates Raph and Raphael for the big loomy Leonardo - and it wasn't the act of giving Addy blood that was making him a little drowsy now. It was all the sharing and emotions. He yawns burying his face preparing for a small recovery nap. So very content!


Addy finds what is similar to a sarong and wraps it about her mostly furless, naked body. It meant her tail had to hang low to not lift the skirt up and show her butt cheeks! Now dressed, and noting now with the fur loss there had been hair loss too, siiigh ah well it will... all hopefully grow back. And she smiles seeing the two of them. " Okay now very ready."

Leonardo ahhhhhs in understanding and grins a little, " Wow - that is fantastic, be great to have a real captain back in charge." he says cooly, as if there was no doubt she would recover. and it was easy to say because he'd had every ounce of faith somehow Leo would have made it so. he nods once though showing he understood that there will be more explanations laters but for now it was not the time with Sam and Pip there.


He grins hearing Lilo's -


She hummed out his pleasure at the light touch, her tail curling about Raph, following but the soft tease of it around Raph's thigh, " we could always tell Raphael and Leonardo to deal with it, duck into that very tidy looking store room and make out." she offers instead giggleing and somewhat only a tad joking, indeed sneaking in there for some smoochies would suit her just fine.


Raphael laughs, " and if that don't tempt you there is the middle deck to make a wonderful mess of."


Kovu grins leaning back against the now calm Leonardo, as this lowest of the decks was very clear... clearest she'd ever hear a ships lowest deck beings.

Leo very much understands the question, and he absolutely gets that Duncan needed to ask. It's that the child had to ask... it's that this baby lived in a way that he didn't already know. That he was treated in such a way that he didn't know a parent's love until Leo happened across him on the shore.

It's that Leo now knows way too much if the life Splinter saved him from that this child has lived. He understands why Don snapped back at him over the adoption thing.

Leo sighs and hugs the sleepy little guy to his chest. Helping guide the little head to his shoulder. Sleepy baby is good for taking the edge off of his anger, but he is still going to need to deal with it soon. But for now, he sighs and churrs softly for Duncan. Encouraging him to sleep.

He caught that sigh of Addy's it's an educated guess what it was about. Duncan on one shoulder, he shifts so he can offer Addy an arm to go with her down to the others when she's ready. He doesn't say anything, but he's watching once she's dressed, and even with what just happened, he's absolutely, genuinely happy to see her up and around again.

"It's not nice to tease about things like that." Raph waggled a finger at the others. Because... definitely tempting!

"But I really wanna see what's in those boxes that is soooo special that it was hexed."

And he sort of suspects that he's going to be disappointed whatever it is.

Lilo giggles and catches that finger, " stiiiiillll the offers there if you wanna..." she flicks her tail enticingly. Well who knows how long they had to wait for Addy and Leo? probably not long. She eyes the chests when Raph speaks of wanting to know, she is curious too. " most likely you know um jewels and coin, maybe warrants they can be worth a lot of money seal or sigit rigs... rare eggs?" she guesses smiling and humming happily.


Yep definitely tempting.


Leonardo and Raphael chuckle loudly, maybe Leonardo's muffled by Kovu shoulder - he gently draws his snout across the nape of Kovu's neck and slightly upwards rumbling a deep churr for her, board large teeth brushing her skin and knowing with a smug sort of pleasure and grin that he excited her that easily scenting it and all the more smug when Raphael mutters -


" show offy bastard... ha gotta teeease temptation is good. mmmmmmaaaan gotta know now even more!" bit of a humphneeding some distraction before he was tempted to challenge Leonardo for the pretty little nymph the jerk just made smell so damn fine!

Kovu is aware she can't make the anger go away, but she nuzzles a shoulder, then the sleepy little boys cheek, Leo's guiding him, the hand on him was the last bit of the contact the little guy needed it seemed, he made a soft content little sound, somewhere between one of those chirps and a chur and let drops off arms loose about Leo's neck, little hands loose where they had held, the wrapped one tucked into under Leo's carapace lip near the shoulder. Dawwwww she purrs and smiles.


She was ever so grateful even if she didn't yet understand what had happened, why it burned so and why it felt so good? Some form of magic? something else? well whatever she was grateful!


To both of them her tail wrapping about Leo's shell and heading out when he is ready. Seeing the size of this boat. Not as large as the one that crushed WolfWind. But larger than WolfWind. Oh she admired what she could see a darker wood, heavier duty but as light she knew for buoyancy. She goes where Leo leads arm and tail about him, as he held her, looking about curious, maybe giving the locked up crew her best feline captain glare on the way past. A no nonsense, I am captain look.


And smiling again brightly seeing the others of their little gang.


" hellooooo you do look up and about, its great." Leonardo greets gently and in a polite and definitely pleased manner.


Pip and Sam pause in what they are doing, made a bit fidgety by the scent of Kovu but also a little nervous about this new captain.

Leo is quietly enjoying watching Addy check out the new boat and give the captured crew the 'I am captain' look. Ohh... he liiikes that look. Mm hmm. 

He barely acknowledges the crew. They're not even worth his time. Though he is still an alpha, and can't really turn that off, he does defer to Addy, especially on a ship. And even though he is smaller than a lot of these guys, he still has an alpha air of confidence, and could reduce any one of them to a whimpering mass on the deck.  

He smiles as they move slightly past and see the others. Though his question is for Addy. He had enjoyed watching her reaction to the boat. 

"So, what do you think?"

And the look to Leonardo says 'when you get a chance...'

Leo could use a good spar. 

...And a chat.

Dang it Raphael just wants to break the chests - hexes and curses be damned!! he does grin at the cat lady, " finally someone who will know how to pilot this vessel." his way of saying it was good to see her up and about.


Lilo grins, she snuggles against Raph to keep him from impatiently going over to the chests for now and becoming excited a bit seeing Addy, up and moving about! And Raph would be first to tell, she sort of hums in glee and it vibrates against him, her tail tip flutters a bit where it is resting bumping lightly against his skin.


Kovu makes a light happy sound - much more certain now seeing Addy up and about that the little guy had helped her a lot! And she watches curiously as Leonardo moves away from her closer to Leo and Duncan.


A sign of respect for his fellow leader, alpha, blue wearing turtle, and the newly awoken Addy the big Leonardo just lightly touches her shoulder, amused by Raphael's words, and moving closer to them he angles more for Leo and Duncan, rubbing the small shell aware Kovu is watching him. And from there he could lightly bump Leo's shoulder -


yeah he'd caught the look and its silent message and responded just as subtly the bump a non verbal, [i]' Ready when you are.' to Addy, " Indeed, Captain have you had much of a look at the new vessel?"


Addy rather admired the ship. And at Leo's question she grins, leaning a little past the cute little boy on his shoulder to kiss that snout. " I .... it.... is beautiful - thank you..." though they didn't have to replace wolfwind, she was touched. Immensely grateful! a wide grin at Lilo and Raph, chuckling at Raphael.


" no fear I am... more more upright and able to lead you landlubbers." teasingly, a grin at Leonardo and Kovu nodding at the big turtles light touch, missing the silent communication betweenhim and Leo and looking about. " wow this is... so clean down here." even her ship had not been this.... put away andtidy and so tightly she doubted any but the bigger storms would upset the order! wow.


Lilo sniggers, " it's thanks to this guy here, making the best of disorder so the goblins in that guys head took over and put it all back together." she nuzzles Raph, making Ady giggle, definitely praising the mess making that made the big Leonardo go and clean up!


Raphael giggles a bit at that!

Raph responded to Lilo's tease with a short teasing churr. But really he was pretty interested in finding out what was in the chests!

He grins as Addy comes over with Leo and a sleeping Duncan. And yeah, he noticed Lilo's excitement. And he laughs at Lilo giving him credit for the tidy holds.

"Oh... yeah. All me! So much work. Very hard. Sooo tired." All sarcasm. And he gives a big fake yawn at the end of the statement.

Leo stays pretty quiet and out of the way as the others greet Addy. And he's observing her, watching for signs that she might be more tired and worn out than he realizes or lets on, but for the moment, she seems genuinely okay. For that, he is grateful.

During that same time, he is also just holding the precious, little guy curled up on his shoulder. From time to time he just gently rubs the little shell, taking in that baby scent that still lingers. Heartbroken and irate that he's this old before being found by someone to actually care for him, but grateful to have found them as young as they did.

So yes, as the others greet Addy once again, and welcome her aboard her new boat, Leo is mentally elsewhere. Still present enough, he never lets his attention drift away completely, but definitely focused on the child for the moment. Though the fact that he has allowed himself to drift at all should speak to how badly he needs that spar and chat!

As they finish up though, Leo chuckles softly at Lilo and Raph's comments, then brings their attention back to the task at hand.

He is a Leo after all!

"I believe some cursed chests were mentioned?"

Leo hadn't really responded to him before so the big guy is patient, waiting until the distant sort of expression comes back to them and no he doesn't mind Raph being given credit, only lightly bumping the short guy and casting him a grin when Leo spoke up, his voiced response is for all of them, bu he waits until there is eye contact from Leo this time before nodding, with a small half grin, the silent response that whatever Leo needed they'll do. " Yes and without the right keys they could be dangerous to whom ever trys to break or force them open, but we could meditate to get a sense of them or just risk it and see what is in them with those keys." he points over to them.


Addy gets the sense it was not all Raph's doing thanks to his sarcasm so she purs out playfully and leans forward touching his plastron with a free hand, the one not around Leo still and pecks the small red clad turtle on his cheek in a friendly manner. " well thank you so very much... don't be too worn out there is still the deck above and the main deck."


This makes Raphael chuckle - he and Leonardo both hiding definitely unmanly squeeeeees -


Duncan's little soft chirps to Leo's light rubs turned into this happy little stretch and yhawwwwwnand little thumb of his self injured hand finding it's way into his mouth- he sucks lightly face burying into Leo's neck crook and earning the nawwwwwwwwwwwwwwws and eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees from the massive oh so tough giant turtles.


This makes the already giggling and happy humming, nuzzling Raph's shoulder Lilo soft laugh. Just managing not to nawwwwwwwwwwwwwwww herself! winking at Addy and kissing Raph's cheek to at the same spot - her genio innocuo! - " I am sure he'll manage." amused!! so very amused.


Kovu giggles eyeing the two big turtles with a raised eyebrow.

Leo cuddles the sleeping little child. Especially when the boy yawns and resettles. Leo kisses his little head. He is loath to pass the child off to one of the others, but... he's going to have to. There's no way he'll be able to do what he needs to right now with the boy on him. The emotions around him are too raw, and the connection too fresh. It will cloud his abilities.

He eventually sort of nods. He's ready, mostly. He nuzzles the sleeping child on his shoulder before offering him to one of the others to hold so Leo can settle himself properly. He's pretty sure he won't be able to do so with Duncan in his lap.

"Alright, let's do this right then. We don't need curses and hexes on top of everything else."

Leo settles on the deck near the chests once the sleeping baby is content on another shoulder. He closes his eyes, and starts the familiar process of settling, calming, releasing other thoughts. Clearing his mind to reach a space where they can see and feel beyond themselves. Slowing his breathing. It's a little more difficult than usual as his own emotions are still raging under the surface after the encounter with Duncan's mind. But he manages.

Once he's there, he reaches out for his counterpart. Alone, he can't feel much about these chests, other than that at least some of them are, in fact, cursed. Though together, hopefully they can feel which keys can safely open them.

Raph laughs at Addy's words and the kiss, and isn't quite as naaw-ey as the big guys at the baby, though he does smile at the little snuggler.

There's a soft churr, just for Lilo when she kisses the same spot Addy had.

"Oh... I don't know. Sounds like an awful lot of work. Might need a rest... or a pick me up first." All tease. And no, not really. Just playing.

Though he wouldn't say no to a little more kissing!

Lilo hummmms and her tail flicks playfully against Raph snout, " mmmmm we seeeeem to have a little time whilst the Leo's are busy..." she offers for the pick me up motioning with her head towards the tidy store rooms, a make out session?


Raphael is content to loom and chibi eyes over the little boy curled up on Addy's shoulder. The little guy had protested a little around his thumb filled mouth at the transfer, but the soft Addy skin and her licking like Leo's kisses and light attentions sent the little guy back to his dream land and dawwwwww Raphael was just happy to nawwwwwwwww over it!


Addy trying not to feel intimidated by the loom of the huge turtle, she knew he meant no harm but he was huuuge! And well it made it easy she had Duncan to lick and nuzzle and purr at. ooooh he soooo cute!


Kovu too.


Leonardo waited, patiently only dropping to his knees and beginning the focus when he managed to pull himself away from chibi eyeing the snuggling oooh nawwwwwwwwwwww


No! focus! and he is there feeling Leo's reaching and connecting with him, and much like Leo sensing the emotions were there he readies to let them flow past him, whilst boosting the 'signal' strength between them reaching - oh dear the familiar sense of their counterpart was laced with new pleasures and for the moment Leonardo could not feel it was echoed else where through Raphie, Leo's brother. He could feel his brothers, Donatello at rest, Michelangelo well and happy. He could slowly pick up on Duncan and his brothers. - though not too closely as he is currently focused on the chests, on the keys feeling for the dark energies and yep at least one, the larger one had a nasty enchantment, the other two not so much but boobie traps that upon opening that was not with the key had a spring trap to throw stuff into the faces of the break in perp. he is in no rush, being a sea of calm and a safe harbor for the turmoil from Leo, there if he wanted to share all with him. And even if not.

Leo does feel Lee's pleasures echoed through Raphie.

"Ummmmm... I think my Raph's boinking the little Leo..."

He backed off of that connection quickly, hopefully at least Raph wouldn't notice. Or maybe he wouldn't care.

Mike seemed well, and even on the move, so all seemed well there.

Don was weak, but definitely present.  Not nearly gone like a couple times earlier on this trip, but not as strung as he usually is either. Somewhere in between.

Once they've established the chests with traps and charms, Leo moves on to the keys. Making sure that the one's they've selected are correct.

And he glances over to his counterpart. Sharing just a little of what he had experienced that upset him so. Not Duncan's direct memories, but more his own response to them.

"I... I hate that lab and the humans that held them..."It's a strong word, Leo tries not to use it, but right now.... it's definitely the right word.

Raph looks toward the meditating Leos. Then toward the storeroom Lilo had indicated. He grins, grabs Lilo's hand, pulls her into the store room she had indicated and takes her up on that offer! There's a brief churr, and Raph presses his lips to hers. They probably don't have a ton of time, but he'll take what he can get!

Annnnnd Raphael lurks behind Addy waiting for a moment to swoop in and snug the little guy! waiting!

though he did cast an amused look after his counterpart and Lilo, good for the little guy, delights of a lover were beneficial in more than just pleasure, bonding, some good feels and destressing!


welllif he recalls what Donatello said about it.

Kovu sits to watch the two genio innocuo curiously, knowing she should interrupt and not going to, butwaiting and watching. Maybe trying to imitate Leonardo's posture, but she hadn't had the forever training regarding it so wasn't very .... good.

Giggling, Lilo went with quiet happily not mind the quiet and the dark of the space once they were inside! A mmmmm! when the kiss came slipping her arms about his shoulders and tail around a thigh hands cupping the back of his head, a hum into the kiss opening her lips to take it a little further, thoroughly enjoying the moment! And a perfect distraction from the wait and see it was!

Duncan is quiet happy to be passed around.


Okay maybe he does fuss a little, but Addy just goes slower and carefully places the tot in Raphael's arms, quiet amused the big guy all but melts. Quiet visibly melts, even sits slowly in a 'melting' sort of way his shell scraping against Leonardo's leaning against him and snuggling the little guy.Kovu giggles sitting close waiting her turn - again. Addy meanwhile lays down and out beside Leo though stretched around to watch Raphael totally turn to mush, it was amusing and adorable.

there is silent laughter, Leonardo lingers on the feelings for a moment, not out of a a sort of pervy intentions, just... he loved love and loved bringing others pleasure - in ways only he could so there was a delight in others pleasures.  And maybe Leo would pick up on that, Leonardo was not so much about getting tail- rather giving it. " I am pleased for them, there is something special... about connection with another - it's.... physical yes, then that moment of nirvana and.... it's everything, like a quick and brief moment of astral..."


It is quick, he moves on focusing and is mostly the energy, smiling and is relieved himself when Leo feels out his other brothers, especially regarding Don.


He is fairly comfortable with the keys and chests arrangements they come up with, they... feel compatible.


There is an echo of the anger, the rage... and Leonardo has no qualms about telling Leo straight up, and there is a edge to his tone." Those humans better hope I never find them. I... hate very few people. but I would too... we should spar." hate was an ugly word, an ugly heavy burden but when it was so deserved. and not rushing away if Leo wanted to talk more about that. And his thoughts are like Leo's it was the kindness and love of a mutant rat that saved them from the same fate.[/color]

Where up to now, Leo has mostly blown off his counterpart's advice and commentary when it comes to physical love, this time Leo is... listening. Not really eagerly, or looking to ask questions yet, just... listening.

He is also content with the key choices.

The anger carries a pain with it. If they're not in control when they go back, where are the little ones from? What happened that they haven't been found yet in their world? Duncan's memories interspersed with some of Leo's own of times they were captured and caged. Times they were nearly experiments, and that one time Don actually was. And Leo is prepared to go to the same insane lengths for these babies that he went for his brother.

And if he unleashes another ancient demon in the process?

So. Fucking. Be. It.

Please." Yes, he could use a spar, and the care with which he pulls away from the contact and the short session belies the strong emotions he just shared. But a burden shared.

As they skittered off, Raph sort of wondered if his counterpart realized what a giant looming, lurking presence he was even when not actually trying. Sort of amusing.

Raph enjoys the prehensile tail. It wasn't something he had really thought about before, but yeah, fan of the tail. And as things go, Raph is keeping it pretty tame. Hopefully they'll be interrupted to see what's in the chests, but for the moment he has a hand on the small of her back, the other on her upper arm.

A bit of a hold on Leo for a moment, light and yet firm before letting the connection drop entirely, a brief one, one to share that burden, one that said no matter how this adventure ended he and his brother who doubt will find ways to help, to be with them, especially if they have to search who knows how many dimensions to find the little boys. Sharing the anger he is ready himself to be done with the chests and spar off the emotion.


After all the will both retreat from the contact to find the little boy with them being snuggled by a totally mushy Raphael teddy bear and watched by a happy Kovu and relaxed beside Leo Addy. Lilo and Raph he knew were in the storeroom, he leans amused Raphael was so close their shells scraped as the back with them Leonardo reaches to knock on the door. " we are ready to open the chests."

Mmmmmmmm sure they couldn't get over excited and as predicted it was a short make out. But for those few good moments Lilo enjoyed cupping Raps head gently with one hand another playing with his bandana, feeling the light hand and happy humming, brushing her tail over his skin, delighting in the share of flavors and pressing closer her tail tip teasing around the edge of his shell. Leonardo's voice making her gasp.

Raph pulls back slightly at her gasp, laughing softly.

"Yeah, Big Blue, we're coming. Keep your shell on."

But it's actually good natured, and he gives Lilo one more brief kiss and a nuzzle before taking her hand and heading toward the door, holding it open for her.

"Soooo... What's in the box?" He grins at the others, even though they had apparently been waiting for them!

"Anyone else feel like we might be Pandora here?" Just so it's been said.

Part of Leo really wanted to take Duncan back, but he's going to need that spar, and they'll be doing that soon. So he just brushes the little head tucked against Raphael's giant shoulder.

He then moves to take one of the keys as Raph and Lilo emerge from the storage room.

"Well... maybe if we didn't have the keys. But since we do, it should be fine."

And he move to the chest associated with the key in his hand, and unlocks it. He pauses for effect, mostly because he can see Raph vibrating with anticipation and... well... Leo occasionally likes to make his brothers sweat, and this little Raph sort of reminds him of Mike.

And finally, he opens the chest.

Oooooh Addy catlike sort of pressed lightly against Leo when he comes back to them -though she is not pushy and can feel what he needs only the other turtles can provide for the moment -


Annnnnd when they open up the bigger chest she gaps -


" That is... that is an Eldunarí -" she actually hisses drawing back if she had furr it would be on end, her claws where out and she had an arced sort of appearance her tail up - light a frightened cat.


Lilo, fresh from being smooched and having relaxed for a moment letting Raph lead her out with a playful, " we needs to come back here and do that some more..." - also reacted like Addy when the chest opens. She had never seen an Eldunarí - but she heard of them and knew like Addy immediately what it was by the presence of it, indeed hiding behind Raph - her furr all on end and tail rolled up and pressing against her backside as it did when she was so uneasy.


Kovu's alarmed sound was something in her language but no way to miss it and she drew away too.


Leonardo eyes all the females around them and their reactions. And now open the jinx or hex stilled by the key he could sense now what had been hidden. There was something old, powerful and alive in what looks like a spiderwebbing fragile spun orb of... not glass but something like inside swirling smoke. He moves back a little to lightly touch Kovu's shoulders, to reassure her.


Raphael, had grinned at Leo, the grin said it all the big guy couldn't wait to have his own - and for a moment had forgotten his own eagerness to see what was in the chests. And well it looked pretty and unusual, basket ball sized, but .... " can someone tell us what an Eldunarí is?"


Duncan felt.... something - even in sleep he chirps for Leo at the soft touch - and now he makes another sound, sort of a drawn out churrrrrrrup trying not to wake to what he felt but slowly was. The Eldunarí glowing a little within like a white lantern and dimming in time to his small sound.


Addy shivers, " A dragons soul... only the most deep living naiad sirens can call them out of unwilling dragons, willing ones can give it to someone they have bonded with.... the dragon can go on living... but can then be controlled by who ever possesses it's Eldunarí - if it is dead the power and strength of that dragon is still in that... and can be drained - its memories. Damonfeuer, drakes are similar to dragons but they are not... the actual dragons are old magical creatures like naiads and fae and genio innocuo."

Leo is not listening. He is staring at the item in the chest. He hadn't known this sort of thing was possible, but he can absolutely feel what this is. Well, he sure couldn't put a name to it, but it's calling to him as surely as it's calling to Duncan.

Whether it was the Eldunari itself or Duncan's chuuuurrrup that makes the Eldunari glow brighter though, Leo couldn't say, but coinciding with the event, his chi lines flare to life. Brightly. Just barely shy of presenting his avatar. And he closes the box quickly, but carefully.

He looks down at himself, he hasn't been able to do this since the amulets broke in that final battle with the demon Shredder. He moves quickly away from the now closed chest. The glow dims to a more 'usual' level, but does not fade beyond that. He tucks the key in his belt.

"No one opens that again. Not one word about it's existence." The last mostly directed at Sam and Pip.

And... he's still glowing... shell, um.... he closes his eyes and concentrates for a moment, pulling the energy within once more. He can still feel it there though. He could tap into it if he had to... whoa...

Raph had absolutely agreed on needing to do that a little more! But the chest being opened quickly captured everyone's attention.

He had been aware of Lilo hiding behind him, and didn't mind. He had felt the power of the thing, but hadn't really moved, not until Duncan chirped and made it brighter... and made Leo glow!

At that, Raph sort of stumbled backwards, taking Lilo with him and doing what he can to keep them both upright.

"The heck?! Duuude! Shoot, I sound like Michelangelo..."

He watched as Leo reigned in the glow.

"Seriously though, what the heck was that?!

Raphael was no more melty turtle, the troll sized Raphael had rolled to his feet, not at Duncan adorable little sound, but the way the stone growled - stepping back and the toddler bcoming lost in those massive arms almost as the big guy gaps at Leo, " whaddah heck was that?!"


Sam and Pip before had thought the then genio innocuo being capable of incredible things were myth... they were seeing some now. Both had heard of Eldunari but never seen one let alone been in the presence of an active one!


Lilo wraps Raph up in arms and tail, glad he had her, though she had reached a little - frightened Leo was being hurt. But the glow didn't seemed to hurt him and there seemed to be a certain amount of control he could exert over the manifestation. She her tail wraps about Raph too - watching. Glad the box was shut.


Addy... the others drew back, even Kovu - she stepped forward - Leonardo was perhaps the only one not to be so taken by surprise or react so - she steps closer her fingers light tracing the faded lines over Leo's shoulders and arms, " wha - what... are they?... you?" amazement in her voice the blue giving the large green eyes a faint moonshine reflective to them, lessening as it fades.


Leonardo smiles and holds up his hands, " it's okay guys it is just a manifestation of -" he trails off here not to spoil the fun for his counterpart if he wanted to tell them about chi. " what would saaaay Drako use one of those for?"


Lilo answers still snuggling Raph, " well if he has magic of some sort something like that would enhance it." of course she knows nothing about what Drako might combine such power with, not aware of the two staffs.... the time scepter or the war staff. " but he'd need someone with a way to speak to dragooooohs." her brief aha turning into an ooooh, Leo was just glowing - it's possible he could.... and Duncan...

Leo is curious about the answer to Leonardo's question, and he waits for the response before answering the ones about himself and what just happened. He sort of gives Lilo a look at the 'communicate with dragons' thing, but she figured it out before she finished her sentence. Yeah...

Mission critical information first though.

"When I was here last, Draco and the Daimyo's son had control of both the Daimyo's War Staff, and the Time Scepter. So while I'm pretty sure his inherent magic is relatively limited, he has two extremely powerful relics at his disposal."

He shook his head. This was getting out of hand. "He cannot be allowed to get his claws on this."

Leo was sure, he was sure, that he could communicate with the Eldunari. He hadn't... not truly, but... he was absolutely certain that he could. He looks at the chest for a moment, something between concerned and strategizing.

"As for me... I'm from a line of exceptional ninja. A line of Battle Nexus Champions. My brother, my master and his master. When I was here last, those were the only ones I knew, but if I'm not very much mistaken, there were at least two more before them." That is for the Nexus Dwellers. They would know what that means.

"Master Splinter is, almost unarguably... the best ninja master of our time." Possibly ever... Because what he is about to share is an incredibly unique distinction. And given what he's seen of his counterparts... it's likely that it's not unique to his world. Though maybe not the goofy Raph, but he can't really say what the rest of the guy's world is like. Though it does seem that Leo's own Master Splinter focuses more on mental training than some of the others do... While the other Leos seem to have good meditation abilities, the other turtles don't seem nearly as skilled as Leo's brothers.

"A while back, a group of mystics was working to release an ancient evil. The Ninja Tribunal, a quartet who fought off the evil once before worked to oppose them, and selected eight acolytes to aid them. The most skilled ninja of our...region." World, really, but Nexus Dwellers that don't already know that don't need to. And only Master Splinter had every one of his non-novice students selected. "My-- he almost said brothers, but corrected himself. "three clutch mates and I were chosen along with four others to train under the Tribunal to stand against this demon. There was some physical training, but most of it was mental, astral training. What happened just now was a physical manifestation of my chi, my life force."

He looks at the chest again.

"Within every being is an avatar, but it can only be brought forth with proper training. My clutch mates and I are all dragons, despite our age." Leo wasn't quite sure what that was supposed to mean, but the Tribunal had said he was too young at the time. And... though he addresses the group, it is maybe a little intimidation intended for Sam and Pip just in case they get any ideas or consider bringing friends or anything. "So yeah... you open that thing, I'll know. You touch that thing, I'll know."

Now that he's felt the thing up close like that, he can still feel it even shuttered inside the chest.

And over the shock the big Raphaels stands back much in the manner he had when his father told April O'Neil - their April how their lives had gone since she released them into the sewer. Turned out they had been her pets in the beginning and she made sure even as experiments they were taken care of.


Hah she still did now - going into police custody for his bungling, willing to put herself between them and guns even though she knows their pretty much bullet proof.


So he is fascinated... and rubs the babie's little head in his arms.


Noting Leo had said clutch mates - So he tries his best not to react like the story is all new to him - like some giant size eager Mikey.


A glance towards Leonardo - is this why you ask us to practice more? - the look asks and there is a small nod... and Raphael's d'ooooh sort of response to that - but heck hearing all that he would try to - oh for sure try so very hard too!

Sam and Pip gulp.


Loudly.


Doesn't help by the glow the two larger turtles seem be outlined in a way that makes them spooky.


Or terrifying -


Even little round Raph had a shadowy scary cast to him!!


they nod, both in a rush - frantically. Nope they would not say anything!!


In fact both were only likely to say something out loud if drunk...


But it was the new captain getting up in their faces that really drove it home -

Addy, not sure if Leo liked it, or if it was annoying stops tracing over his shoulders where the blue lines had been, reigning in her whooooooooaaaaaaaaaa at his explanation, the story to make sure the only two old crew member they may be keeping on longer, moves closer to Sam and Pip, time to put on her 'captain trousers'.


She stands as tall as she can against the blutbaden and lowen males, both taller than her but she is pleased to see they do shrink a bit. " If I sniff out or sense even an whisker of disloyalty to Leo. To us. To ME I will not hesitate to snuff it out." And... she wouldn't She was a captain she has faced in her short so far tenure the hardships of gaining a crew trust and loyalty and learning that female captain are often taken less seriously than their male counterparts, but so far she'd manages to begin a good reputation for herself so that was something.


She looks over her shoulder at the chests, the others it would turn out held unique enough jewels and coin. " Can I have those in my new captains quarters please?" The 'for now' is left unsaid she would think of what to do with them. How to hide them. But for now where she and whilst he is here, Leo can keep an eye on them as much as possible.


Leonardo nods, and after patting Leo's shoulder, thanking him silently for the explanation and well there was some admiration there too, smiling hefting the two slightly smaller chests, " I'll wait on deck. If any of you two want to spar and train a bit too you'll have to call dibs, Leo wants first."


Raphael waves a hand, and gives the little boy a small rock in his arms. " meh I think Raph and Lilo and I will deal with those int he cage, can't keep them in there for ever." he then snugs the boy and offers him to the next who wants to snuggle him, and it looked like his nap time was almost up considering the stretching and wriggling and eye peaking he was doing. Once his arms were free he moves to heft the larger of the chest, maybe a little cautiously as if the dragon soul could get him... and eyeing Leo, " that is soooo coool man... I mean not cool... but cool." he was sure that time was not a cozy comfortable adventure time for the guys family but it still some cool things have come from it.


Lilo after grinning sheepishly back at Leo's look, had listened with wrapped attention, neither she, Kovu or Addy had seen the hall of champions and had been a bit young for their species to have known much about the tournaments held, but she like Addy was definitely impressed. Kovu a little puzzled, possibly just because she had very little of their language that she knew and understood. She reaches eagerly and snugs the small purple genio innocuo, her tail still around Raph though and ready to go with whom ever to help out.

Raph is desperately trying to take his cues from the big guys, and Leo said clutch mates instead of brothers. Why-- ooohhh... because people probably assume they're aalllll brothers, and would therefore... know this story... ooohhhhh... Okay. Fine. He really wants to gape and repeat, 'wait, wait, you can turn into a dragon?!' But the other guys are keeping it together, and darn it, Raph can too!

He does have to agree on the keeping the chest locked up and hidden away thing. And HA! Addy has Sam and Pip right where she wants them. Good for her.

Actually... she was kind of scary...

"Aye, Aye El Capitan... er... La... Catitana! Okay... a little off my game. I blame Glowy Little Blue No Pants over there."

He is soooo calling her La Catitana for the rest of the trip. When his counterpart moves to get the large chest, he will follow for now, then go with them to assist with those in the brig.

In the mean time, he will just hang out with Lilo, and he chuckles as she gets the kiddo. Little guy looked about to wake up.

Leo was sort of amused by the look that Raphael shot to his brother. Yes, yes indeed.

"I feel like our training stressed the mental and astral aspects a bit more than seems to be the standard..." Leo admitted. His own Master Splinter would never let the others out of meditation training the way that it seemed some of the others had.

Given that it was Addy tracing his chi lines, he doesn't mind. If it had been any of the others, he probably would have brushed their hands away by now. Not Addy though.

And oh! Speaking of Addy, watching her deal with Sam and Pip. The way she put them in their place so efficiently. Leo liked that. Oh, he really, really liked that. He could watch that again and again. And he's pretty sure he'll have more chances to see it on this trip, especially now that they're on a boat again!

He shakes his head slightly at Raph's new name for her. Though... internally, he actually finds it amusing.

"You're one to talk about no pants." Leo muttered as Raph carried on about his business. He might as well not have said anything for all the attention the smaller turtle paid the comment.

And he smiled at the larger Raphael's words. "Yeah, I get it." He understands. Yes, it is a cool thing that he can do now, but at the time... it was pretty intense and sort of terrifying at times.

Leo appreciates the silent thanks for the story, and... was he picking up on admiration from the his larger counterpart? Pretty sure he is. And there's a slight smile from Leo, and a nod. "Yes, please." to the spar! Because he is absolutely ready. And he definitely needs it.

Then! Then he's going to need to meditate for awhile, maybe seek out his brothers.

Finally a glance to Addy. Is she coming to the quarters now, or staying down here for the moment?

Raphael, with only one chest to contend with tried to tellRaoph he was doing fine, patting and squeezing his shoulder on the way past. " Iwon't be long if you and Lilo wanna tell the rest of the crew what is going down. Comeon Sam,Pip ya should probably get that skip boat ready for boarding." he calls to them, as long as the pair were in sight og one of the genio innocuo they wont be able to get up to mischief, not that he thought they would after that warning from the bald cat woman... and did he detect a sort of enjoyment of Leo's face at the moment? hah!


Leonardo is ahead and agrees with Leo, in a casual way that would make it seem they all had the parental figures if one didn't look to hard into context, " guess as the older batch of clutch buddies we were to be the brawn. But I am sure you showing me more and a change when things settle down to teach my clutchmates will rectify that." And his tone made Raphael slouch abit, because it was one of those very firm Leonardo tones that was not a suggestion of thinking it might be happening but a oh this is going to happen!


Giggling as she nuzzles a slowly getting waggy tailed Duncan - Lilo watches as Addy gives Raph a bow, " I might think of that as the new name for my boat."


Lilo nods at Raphael and reluuuuntantly, figuring if they were going to be preparing the main crew Leo would not want Duncan around them she offers him back to his cat mum and she beams taking him, licking his little face and following Leo - though she will make sure the chests are tucked away into the Capts cabin and secured - and one of those keys had to be capt's cabin door keys right? she would lock up before overseeing the escorting the now disbanded crew off the boat. Teasing Leo with a playful swat of her tail across the back of his thighs, and well it was barely a tap, had she had fur it would have only teased and tickled, like this there was a slightly sound. " I think the no pants is sooo refreshing..." wink heading up and giggling at the agrees from the front of the procession from the Leonardo and Raphael.

Raph waves off the comment for Little Blue. It had been in fun, and he takes the response in kind.

"You got it, Big Guy." He will go with Lilo and tell the prisoners what's what. Gladly. Knowing that the mountain turtle will be along shortly.

And HA! Yeah, he might have been a little slow on the comment, but it had apparently worked. He'd be honored if she chose that as the name for her new boat! He grins. "Well, you're welcome to it, so long as you don't mind me calling you La Catitana for the rest of the trip." Because he's going to anyway!

He then takes Lilo's hand once Duncan has been passed off, and they make their way down to where the prisoners were held.

"Alright you bunch of... big... brawny... behemoths." Whatever. He could actually probably hold his own. They're not actually any bigger than Bebop or Rocksteady, and Raph is creative about using his environment. Still, they're locked up and he's not.

"It's about time for you all to be off loaded. They're up there prepping a skip right now. I strongly suggest you leave nicely, or you miiiight peeve my brothers. And the new captain."

Leo sort of nods in agreement with the older batch being brawn. That certainly seemed to be the way things had panned out.

"It seems we each have our strengths, and were given different things to focus on in our training."

And a bit of a smile as Raphael sort of slumped a little at the promise of Leonardo teaching his brothers more of the meditation side of ninjitsu. It might be boring, but it opens up worlds.

Almost literally.

And oh! HA! He'd liked that tail tap from Addy. Actually a little embarrassed by it, but in a good way! And the others are mostly heading off before he lets it show anyway. As Raph and Lilo head to the brig, Leo follows the others to the upper deck, bringing up the rear. And helping keep an eye on Sam and Pip. Though he's actually pretty sure they wouldn't even consider crossing them at this point. Mostly out of fear.

Once on deck, while the others head to the Captain's cabin to put things away and lock them up, Leo follows Sam and Pip to the skips. For now, he will oversee them getting the boat ready for the old crew to leave while he waits for Leonardo and the others to finish in the cabin.

Addy purred out a giggle and maaaaybe wriggled her hips a little just for Leo - ahead of them and chuckling still, " I think will wear the name with pride until I put in on this young beauty." gesturing to the vessel in general. She could tell unlike WolfWind this one was newish, the wood less smoothed by wind and waves pounding against it, less pock marked by parasites and less panels of replaced woods. Yep she was a new vessel. And she gestures for the big turtles to follow, looking over to Leo as he moves away with Pip and Sam.


Happy sigh, rubbing Duncan's shell as he is slowly coming back awake just hanging in her arms like that oh he was so cute!


And she had to let Leonardo open the door for her entering ahead of Raphael when he makes the hand movement and she looks about - first things first... and she was feeling pretty buzzed still she had half a mind to make the quarters more secure and captainy. " thanks guys... I think I might watch you then maybe if Leo is feeling up to it steal him away to give me a hand in here." oh yes some furniture shifting some -


ooooh she spots the little crop whip and giggles - oh she doubted the previous captain used it for actually whipping oarsman. No one in their right mind would do so.

A laugh and nod, " well then I will try not to wear him out too much for you." a tease and he puts the two chests down, he got it the new captain wanted to get rid of the old feel of the space and freshen it with her own.


And he is backing out and out of the way over to where Pip and Sam are trying not to look weary and just get on with making sure the skip was secured and then lowering it to the water and unrolling the ladder on the side for the crew to climb down and get in.


" ready for some sparring?" to Leo, standing back, grinning a bit and dumping hiss words on the floor, they had no need for that - just some good hand to hand.

Lilo is trying not to giggle at the interactions and grins gleefully at Raph, tail hugging him for having found a name fore Addy's new home, that she liked, and the catwoman didn't even mind him calling her that! it was awesome.


She stands back a little as he addresses the rough looking crew in the brig, a larger blutbaden growling a little. "why should we listen to you?" a bit of a challenge. " we should take our boat back.'


Oooooh at that she manages a small humming sort of growl. But nothing more she trusted Raph had a handle on it!

Raph grinned that Addy would allow him to keep using the name, then would call the vessel that later! He actually felt sort of honored.

Even if it had been a joke that he'd been a little slow on.

When the old crewmember snarked back at him, Raph laughed.  A little too hard, a little too long. "AhhhHAHAHAHAHAHAAA hehehe HAHAHAHAHA Oh wait... I can- hehehehe You serious? HAHAHAHAHAA. Oh, you crack me up. hehehehe..." And was still laughing when he responded to the attempt at intimidation. "No, wait, I... Hahahehehahahhahehe"

"You know... I'd like to see you try." Maybe a little giggly. He draws a sai, but isn't actually threatening anyone with it. More just sort of waving it around, but he's flipping it around plenty to show that he knows how to use it. "Because... hehehe you've only seen the big guy in action. I mean... There's some serious entertainment potential if you fight, and it's been a sorta slow day." Well, not really, but these guys don't need to know that. He sobers. "I guarantee it won't end well for you, but, like I said, I'm all for that." He turned to Lilo. "Honey, you ever had popcorn? We'll make some popcorn, It'll be great."

"Remember Big Red? Mountain Trolll size dude? Kinda crazy? Wait until you meet the others. Been awhile since I had popcorn."

Leo sort of watches as Addy leaves. He then focuses on Sam and Pip, and he even moves in to help them with the skip. They look tired, and probably haven't had much chance to rest lately. Hopefully once they're underway after the prisoners are offloaded they can get a chance for some shut eye, but he will leave that up to Addy. The skip is just about ready to go when Leonardo comes back over to spar, dropping his swords.

"Sure you want those there when they bring the prisoners up? I trust you to stay hand to hand."

Leo himself, will stick to hand to hand, but he's not removing his swords. He moves closer, taking a position where they have space to work, but not yet attacking. And as always, he is paying attention to other goings on, so if Sam and Pip do try anything, he'll notice and be ready to stop them. As, he's sure, will his counterpart.

Should they doubt this, they'll quickly find that genio innocuo have 'eyes in the back of their heads.'

Or at least Leos do.

Lilo relaxed when Raph began laughing and even manages to stop sort of hanging back, griping him so hard with her tail, and maybe even gets a bit of a giggle going - and nodding fervently. But saved the effort in answer -


He grins at Addy, leaving the chest where she asks for now and nodding, " sounds like a plan and he might enjoy being bossed about to help reorganise your new quarters." he teases a bit leaving the room ahead of them and looking toward Pip and Sam they were behaving for now so he grins and heads below deck to join Raph and Lilo and waving a hand, rumbling in his thick voice " and this guy looks short but he'll kick you all into the next moon cycle if you even so much as try to fart ass around.... we are letting yous go, and be thankful for that." He is glaring at them and opening the cage door slowly, " And I suggest you don't attempt to touch the new captain or Kovu, or Lilo on the way up and do dare look at the child sideways." okay there is a definite growl in his voice now. A wink at Raph, " lead the way?" he'll make sure they file out carefully and follow.


The fiesty crew man cowers a bit - and glances unbelievably at Raph, well maybe there was something in the troll sized guys words if he was warning them about Raph! At first he had been glaring at the laughing. Now he was wondering and the others their spoekman quiet followed suit... though some reluctantly.


Lilo looks proud and maybe a tiny bit like she might enjoy watching Raph kick someones tail.

" you two will make sure the crew make it down onto the boat and then get it to shore and bring it back... however many times needed to take the now fired crew away. And don't try anything funny." a hard tone. The two look between him and Leo nervously and nod waiting for the crew keeping tabs ont he boat bobbing in the water beside the ship everynow and then.


He doesn't bring up but is maybe amused by Leo watching Addy - but Leonardo does grin and nods, " think of it as a test... mooostly to see if the rather cowardly omegas there would dar to try anything... and the leaving crew. Fairly certain you and I are no stranger to stopping and disarming swordsman and well Raph's are excellent at disarming Leo's sooo I think they will be fine.' and well unspoken a sort of extra bit of vigilance training for the two of them.


Addy does come back into view after some time, to watch them... and play with Duncan he was full of beans and so the little yellow coral ball was let out - she shows the little guy how to catch... though he is pretty uncoordinated at this point of playing and often mistimes his attempts... but none the less he is laughing and happy to chase after it to attempt throwing it back.

Raph is relaxed, even in the face of these big goons. Maybe slightly nervous, but for the most part, he knows he could at least hold his own against them. And he was sort of amused at how Lilo had responded to his laughing.

When Raphael returned and really laid down the law, Raph is grinning again as he tells them not to touch the girls or even look at Duncan.

"Oooh, I'd bet those would at least rank an evisceration!" He rubs his hands together in anticipation! Maybe acting a liiiittle crazy, but he's pretty sure that will play with his crowd.

Well, probably not an actual evisceration, but he'd sure enjoy watching the blues toss these jokers off the boat. Probably literally. Little Blue is smaller than a lot of these guys, but he's still pretty sure the guy would find a way to throw them.

"Sure thing, Big Guy!" Raph grinned, willing to lead on. But he looks to Lilo, "Honey," bowing slightly, sending her first so he's at least between her and the old crew.  

And he might not be Blue worthy, but he's still ninja, and he's perfectly capable of paying attention to what's going on behind him. Even if it doesn't necessarily appear that way.

Leo has his arms folded, and is doing a fair job if being an intimidating second as Leonardo tells the omegas what's up, and how the rest of this drop is going to go down. If they were hoping that he would save them from this fate, well... it's not going to happen. Though he does feel a little bad for them having to deal with the old crew on the trip to shore.

Leo gives a slight nod. Fair enough reasoning. All the same... he'll keep his own swords, thanks. He's had them damaged and broken and lost too many times to risk them like that.

And sure, he could probably pretty easily manage against any of these guys even if they were armed and he was not, but he'd prefer not try. Even as they're finishing the conversation, Leo is already running through the bout in the river in his head. Considering some options he might have against the larger, stronger turtle. Leo's pretty sure he's slightly more agile than his counterpart, so that's his advantage. Though over a distance, the big guy is faster, and he's definitely stronger than Leo is. Short bursts, lots of direction changes. Probably not unlike tactics he might use against his own Raph.

Though it's probably a lot harder to catch this other Leo off balance than it is Raph. This'll be fun.

"Shall we do this?"

Leo takes a position opposite his counterpart, bows, ready position for only a moment before he's moving in with an attack. He's going to need to do everything he can to keep any blows from his counterpart to be glancing ones. And Leo's pretty good at that. He will also stay low, forcing his larger counterpart to come down to him.

And Raphael cannot help adding to it and the nervous sort of shifting among the old crew. Some him, but definitely at Raph's description. Oh he had them where he wanted them!" especially how close Captain and her first mate are becoming." oh yeah he would immensely enjoy watching either of the Leonardos toss someone over board for doing something...


not as much as he would himself enjoy throwing someone that is. Oh yeah he'd enjoy that!


And they are gathering close to the door clearly eager to be out and away now - Raphael growls driving his point home to them to behave. And hah! absolutely Leo was not the only one who might be a little protective. Amused watching Raph make sure Lilo lead the procession up dawwwwwww he hid his squeee that would not help the imposing figure he was going for after all! - and he had to be amused to think it was probably at a good time to watch the Leonardos sparring... that would definitely drive home the message to just be glad to get off the ship with ya head on!
